Honest, fair, and high quality service. Had my brake pads/rotors done and their price was very reasonable and exactly what I was told over the phone. At another point I needed help extracting a screw that had rusted in. They were very helpful and quick, and super nice about it. Will definitely be returning here.

Went here at the suggestion of my insurance adjuster, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. They took my WRX after I hit a pothole serious enough to crack my brake rotor and destroy a ball joint, and they made it roll better than it did before the pothole. Great guys that hooked me up at a time I really needed it.

Keswick was able to get me in for a break job same day and they did great work the first time. I am so excited to have found this shop, they are reliable and located in my neighborhood. It is a small shop, but they are fully transparent with all costs and I never felt like they were trying to oversell me on any services. Definitely my new go to for auto repairs.

Great service! I dropped by Keswick Auto Center because I was hearing a small noise that I wanted to get checked. They thoroughly checked and turns out everything was tight and safe. They didn't even charge me as there was no extra work to be done on the car. I greatly appreciate the time they spent to make sure I was safe to go, and overall had a very good and friendly experience. Thank you again!

Did the job but called me to say me OK cushy will be done in 30 mins I get there in 45 just to give a couple mins.. when I arrive they’re am eating and the mechanic lies and says he told me to come after lunch which doesn’t make since because I would’ve had to ask .. what time will that be over.. he refused to let me pay and made me wait resulting in me getting back late to work and missing a portion of a meeting. I’ll get my work finished elsewhere

I’ve had two GREAT experiences with this auto shop! Always quick and efficient, with competitive pricing. Today my bad battery was diagnosed and installed in under 30 minutes! 10/10 recommend. (PS. The only poor reviews on here are from before the new owner bought the shop in 2019!)

Last year I brought my car in because the AC and blower weren't working. KAC gave me a quote for $1.2k to fix it, which was only a little less than the car was worth, so I suffered without AC for a summer. Didn't want to do that again this year, so brought the car to another mechanic, who was able to get it repaired for less than $300. I do not recommend bringing your car to KAC on the basis of this experience. Edit: The owner's response is not accurate; the AC compressor didn't need a replacement. The mechanic I brought it to discovered a pressure issue and said it hadn't been properly tested. I shared with them the quote I paid KAC $70 for; they could have charged me a lot more to perform the same repair, but didn't because it wasn't needed.

MD state inspection, I have gone to other places, so I prepared the vehicle (removed tints, checked all was good) they made no recommendations and passed vehicle as expected. Some other places always have some forcible fixes that they want to do, not the case. I recommend these guys, very nice.

It was my first time here! I had no appointment but they squeezed me in to do my car breaks service and oil change! The guy in reception was nice and the person who change the oil and Brakes Pad and rotors was very polite and experienced knowledgeable. Two part review: 1. My original oil change went smoothly, everyone was very friendly and even though it took a little longer than expected, I had no complaints. Would have been 5 stars. 2. A week later my dashboard lights came on when I was in a different part of the city and another shop realized that the oil filter used was for a V4 engine instead of a V6 engine. This had caused basically all of the oil to leak out and could have completely destroyed my engine. Thankfully I caught it in time. When I went back to Keswick, they did refund my previous oil change and apologized. I do believe it was an honest mistake and I'm grateful they made it right immediately, but it could have been a *very* costly mistake had it not been caught when it was. Because of the way it was handled I'm still giving 4 stars and I would consider going back again, but I will definitely make sure to have all of my car details on hand next time. Living and learning.
