This was our first time going to an auto shop. Being new car owners we were very naive and didn't know much. Vince his son and a very nice lady named Tony were super friendly and made us feel very comfortable. After looking at our car they found a problem with the car's two front links, I left the car overnight and they started working on it the next day and later I was able to drive it. I am super pleased with their service and honesty and will certainly being coming here for anything I need done and as long as I live in Baltimore.

If you read no other part of this review, read at least this much: In Vince's Auto Repair & Sales I've found a mechanic I trust. I heard about Vince's through word of mouth on my neighborhood. Being in need of some repairs to my beloved truck but also a stone cold cynic I did further research, all the reviews looked excellent so I called ahead to book an appointment, turns out my problem was something he could fix but he recommended I take it to another shop because he knew they did good work and would beat his price for the same job. That right there folks is a good first impression. I also had brake work that needed to be done so I went back to Vince's. Vince and his team did excellent work for fair price. They are the absolute definition of craftsmen who know their work and take deep pride in it. I swear my brakes are better than when my father first drove the truck off the lot 20 years ago. If he said I needed something he didn't just expect me to take his word for it but showed me the problem clearly and walked me through how to best fix it. Vince and his team have earned my trust, give them a shot and I know they will earn yours.

A week ago my clutch went out in Baltimore on a Sunday--on the way to Florida to say goodbye to a dying friend! It happened very suddenly and I was stuck and on the edge of panic!! I carefully researched area shops and Vince's was one of the shops I called 1st thing Monday morning 🌄. From that 1st call to T, and throughout the whole process I felt I was in competent and caring hands. They did everything they could to commandeer the parts as quickly as possible, communicate with me throughout the process and educate me on some other important considerations--like changing my battery out before it fails catastrophically, keeping up on filter changes at regular intervals and other preventative tips that I had not considered. I learned a lot from them and they got me back on the road as quickly they could! Just as importantly the clutch worked flawlessly on I-95 and their prices were fair. I can't be more grateful 🙏 to you guy's! It was an amazing and refreshing garage experience for a change! Thank you all so much and I'll hopefully stop by for a check-up on the way home.

I've been to Vince's Auto Repair twice now and I've had a positive experience both times! The first time was for a major transmission issue, which you can imagine was very stressful for me. Ray offered plenty of practical advice about how to proceed and was very patient with me as I tried to determine what to do with my vehicle. The second time I visited the auto shop was for a bulb replacement for my headlight. This time I met Vince, the owner of the shop. Both him and Ray are very kind and intelligent people. They've been in the business for years and it's very evident that they know the ins and outs of vehicle repair and maintenance. I typically go to the dealer for auto issues but there is no comparison with Vince's. This local shop is far superior than the dealer and will give you a much more personable and honest experience. Their prices are cheaper and more reasonable compared to the dealer. They treat you like family. Added bonus, Vince is an awesome person to chat with while you wait for your car to be fixed. Highly recommend this shop and I will definitely return in the future!

These guys are great! My car broke down on 895 and was towed to Vince's. I couldn't have been happier with them. They're very transparent, saw to my issue promptly, and were affordable. Moreover, they made a free apt with me a week later to make sure all their fixes held. If all mechanics were like them, the industry would have a different reputation!

I was in an absolute bind yesterday and this business was so committed to helping me that the owner drove all the way to Virginia after hours last night to get the part for my car so it could be ready when I needed it. Vince, Ray and T are such a great team. They are highly skilled, honest and straight shooters. My engine light was on and had no heat in my car. They told me exactly what was wrong and fixed everything that they could. It was pricey but you can’t put a price on your safety and well being while you drive. Vince helped me through the process of fixing another issue with the insurance company and still had my back till this day. I will never take my car anywhere else. I absolutely love this place! My partner and i have brought a total of 4 different vehicles to Vince’s over the years and every single time I left with exactly what I needed at a more than fair price. The staff are all very kind and extremely knowledgeable and make you feel confident in your decision to come here. I recently had an issue with my A/C and as a single mother I was concerned about the cost of repairs but Ray made sure I was taken care of. I have never had any further issues with my vehicles after leaving Vince’s and have never felt like I was ripped off for the cost repairs, as so many other shops do. This place has been around for 60+ years for a reason. I highly recommend this auto shop!

Most reviews are left to denigrate businesses- I rarely leave reviews unless outstanding service has been delivered. In this case, Vince‘s auto has shown outstanding customer service, compassion, and dedication in a manner that I would only expect from my grandmother. A driver of mine had wrecked the company vehicle and we were trying to get him home for the holiday and it was proving very difficult given the limited timeframe schedules, etc.. Vince‘s Auto was the only one who offered to get the Driver going in a 24 hour schedule and did precisely what they offered to do. Vince‘s Auto was patient, compassionate and understanding through every step of the way truly outstanding customer service. Five stars they’re not only good at what they do they’re good human beings, bravo, bravo bravo

Absolutely the friendliest and genuinely caring and honest car repair service experience I have ever had. My van’s repair has been great. I had my transmission replaced and they worked well with my warranty company to get through the transaction. Vince’s Auto Repair Shop on Belair Rd is your smartest decision. They are a family friendly shop. Vince isn’t concerned with volume. He’s concerned with satisfied, repeat customers. I’ve been going there since he opened and I couldn’t be more pleased. I stopped in yesterday because my tire wasn’t holding air. Ray discovered it had two nails and Vince didn’t charge me for the repair. That’s just how awesome he is. They are very thorough, professional, caring and kind. Do yourself a favor and start going to Vince’s. Teresa is his customer service/assistant and she’s amazing. I just love them. You will too.

I went in for a rattling noise I heard near the passenger side of trunk but my van was driving good. It turned out to be my license plate coming loose. Silly me ! Ray put a few bolts in and didn't even charge me. Thank you for being honest and not telling me it has a major expensive problem it does not have.

I was looking for a new place to get my vehicle taken care of after having a bad experience with another shop misleading me on the issues of my vehicle.. so I decided to shop around and found Vince on Google search and it was the best decision I could ever make coming here. From the customer service speaking with Vince to Tee who is amazing with her service to Ray who test drove my acura and knew exactly what was my issue the minute he heard the noise. When I say it matters to have people who truly love what they do and take time to listen to your needs as well.. you can tell they have over decades of experience in this business by how they handle you and their business.
