Great experience with this company and would highly recommend! We blew a tire on our RV and had to pull over on the side of a busy highway. We had never had this happen before so just did a google search and after an unsuccessful call to another company they answered, got some info quickly and had someone in the job right away. They called me back to let me know they were on the way and got here as soon as possible. Job was done fairly quickly and successfully and price wasn’t bad for what we had done. No complaints here!

If I could give him zero stars I would . Last Thursday I called him to replace a brake chamber in my truck . The Saturday after I decided to replace the other 3 brake chambers and I noticed that he did not put the cotter pin on the clevis pin nearly losing it ..he also cut the pushrod too short and did not install the locking nut for the clevis pin so I had to replace the brake chamber he installed. Will not recommend and I have contacted the company am leased to so they won’t use him again for road service or any type of mechanical work.

My car battery died in the middle of downtown Baltimore, in one of the most inconvenient, parallel-parking situations imaginable. I will never contact them again. One old man came and sat at his laptop for three hours, said the system was faulty, and I couldn't fix it. He took $600 and left. Then my friend came and found the problem and fixed it. It was a single wire.

We were in the Perry Hall area visiting with my older son, a couple of weekends back, whose fiance just had a baby; my grandson. My younger son & I stopped to get lunch on our way. We were traveling from Dover, Delaware. Because the part of the parking lot we parked at was on a decline, my son engaged the emergency brake before we headed in to get our food. While preparing to drive off, he disengaged the emergency brake only to discover it had not disengaged. He was only able to drive about 50+ feet in the parking lot, because the brake would not release. He looked online to see what to do, and followed a tutorial, several times, which did not work. We did not have AAA and did not know what to do....1 hour & 45 minutes from home & 30 minutes from our destination. I looked online & came across A1 Emergency Roadside Service, called the number & Randy answered. I explained the situation & he said he wanted to look into it & would call me back. In only a few minutes, he called back & instructed us to ensure all doors were closed & that our seatbelts were on & walked us through the short process and the Brake FINALLY RELEASED! We were so overwhelmed with joy we could hardly contain ourselves! What a blessing Randy Watson was to us! No charge, rather a very kind gesture of humanity and kindness! I asked him if we could CashApp him even a small monetary amount for his time, and Randy replied, "Just leave us a good review" So, it's my absolute pleasure to do so! THANKS SO MUCH RANDY!!

Be aware! Scammers! Giving one price but when its time to pay double it! Also make sure to read invoice because charging twice for the same thing... Asked twice before ordering road service how much it would cost to patch a tire and she gave $300-$400 price, but after repair it came up to almost $600. Be careful truck drivers!!!!!!!!
