The owner was kind and honest. It took a while to get my transmission replaced, thru no fault of his own. He offered to pay for a rental for the inconvenience. My vehicle was repaired and I had no other issues that he was not willing to handle immediately. He came highly recommended.

I was referred to TLC to have a “free” diagnostics test done, for a possible leak. I arrived as soon as they opened to a warm smile and friendly greeting, and I was helped immediately. As soon as Mr. Tim looked under the hood, he instantly knew I needed a new radiator. He gave me the best deal and worked with me financially, I had no clue I would be spending money with TLC but I’m so glad I did! From the amazing hospitality, knowledgeable team and convenient location, you can’t go wrong with TLC! A family member had an issue with the ignition on their car. We had the vehicle towed to the shop after hours. The next day. They diagnosed the problem and returned the vehicle in less than 48 hours. Service was fast. friendly and reasonably priced. We were very happy with Tim and TLC and will use them for all our automotive needs moving forward.
