I came in with a cylinder 2 misfire diagnostic on my car and spoke with Mr. James ...he was very nice and professional. Even though im sure he had full work load ..once i expressed with him the fact that I needed my car done for work reasons, I appreciated the fact that he did the best he could to get my car done in a timely manner to have me back on the road and back to work...and my car drives much better! I appreciate all that the staff at Full Circle did for me and i will definitely recommend their services to others!

I have had great experiences at Full Circle before. I made an appointment a week ago to have my car serviced today for an oil change and faulty spark plugs. When I arrived early for the scheduled drop-off time, the gentleman behind the counter told me that he couldn't look at my car because he was getting a new heater installed and wouldn't have the time to look at it. I specifically took today off work to have my car serviced, and no attempt was made to reach out to me by phone after I had made the appointment. This kind of neglect of customer service will make sure I never return to Full Circle Auto Repair.

Derek Tucker is a excellent mechanic and takes the time to explain and extra time to show his customer the service he is giving to you and the issues that may come in the future if you don't know the preventative maintenance steps to take. I highly recommend him as your mechanic.

My battery warning light came on and within 10 minutes power steering went out, we happened to be right by full circle so managed to limp the car there on it's last leg before it died. I ran into the office just as they were closing. They checked me in and took my info, and diagnosed the problem promptly the next morning. Their quote for repairs was fair and they were very responsive to my questions. They had the repair completed according to the timeline they stated (on the faster side) and were fantastic every step. Highly recommend full circle.

Great prices and quick turnaround compared to other shops. Oil change, tire rotation, and coolant flush were all comparable or cheaper than the shop I usually go to. Turns out my battery was installed crooked by those goofs at Advance Auto Parts and Full Circle corrected it for free! In addition, they were forthcoming with other maintenance items that they recommended.

First visit with a low mileage 10 yr old car making brake noise, overdue for…everything that wears out in a decade and 26k miles. Pinged everything I expected & cost was entirely reasonable. Been a while since I needed a mechanic, was really happy with text option to approve/deny repair recs (no playing phone tag!) Everyone in the shop was friendly & happy to explain. Service was fast that day for new tires, brake stuff. Shop is super convenient to my home, will be back & rec to neighbors.

Scott did a Great Job. I'd been having problems with the oil light on my 2014 Subaru Crosstrek. I did not want to drive all the out to Hunt Valley to the dealership and Full Circle came out on my search. They had Great reviews, so I decided to try them. Very Happy with the service! Scott was very thorough and did not treat me like "an idiot female driver"! Which I Truly Appreciate! It took about an hour and a half. And there was a cute little place just a couple of doors north to eat. Pretty Painless and Well Priced! They've got my Business Loyalty!

This was the second time I use full circle and I must say this will probably be my auto repair home. With my first experience they were able to diagnose some major problems and also some little problems that I had. They gave me an estimate which was pretty reasonable and they were able to do the same day service. Most recent time was a couple days ago in January 2025, I had some major problems and I wanted to go through my extended warranty, Shakir, the mechanical worked on my car, gave all the information in a timely manner to the warranty company however I was declined from the warranty company so I paid out-of-pocket in my vehicle was ready the same day. My hats off to all the staff who are friendly and courteous. My only complaint is that they're not open seven days a week but I guess we all have to rest at some point lol.

I have useful circle several times on my near 30-year-old G3500 Express bus seems to like their service. I have had service not so good at places that cost a lot more. Everyone I have encountered is friendly kind and knowledgeable about my dear dinosaur. They've also done great work on my wife's car. Thank you Full Circle for taking care of me, out cars and the beast.
