Family owned old school auto body professionals. Incredibly friendly and accommodating. They do fantastic work and prices are reasonable. Compared them against several shops in the city/county and they had the best price. Not to mention they were the only shop that didn't insist on a brand new fender and quarter panel. Cant say enough good things about them. Will recommend them to everyone I know!

Great Place!!! My bumper got damaged badly from an accident and a dealership would have charged me a ton of money to fix it. Taking it to Ed's was the best decision I ever made. Mr. Rich is really nice and helpful, and helped me out all the way! He even told me to order a new bumper online so that I can get it at a cheaper rate and ship it to the shop directly. Even during snow days, he worked on my car and got the car in really good condition! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT MECHANICS, and best of all, they are here to fix your car at humanely reasonable prices, and NOT steal all your money.

Had an excellent experience at Ed's Body & Paint. Ed was able to work with my schedule and repaired the body damage quickly. I wasn't oversold any extra repairs, and got the suggested repairs for my price point. Very happy with the craftsmanship and quality of work!

New customer, now a life customer! I had a great experience with Ed's auto body. Ed and his staff are very honest and personable and the process was transparent. He took his time to explain everything to me. His prices are beyond reasonable and he won't try to sell you anything you don't need. His word is Gospel, this man knows cars. The turnaround time was a record for body work and I only had my rental 3 days. I needed a Left rear door, quarter panel and the door frame. The work is flawless! Ed coordinated me bringing my car in after the parts had arrived and been prepped which is really going above and beyond in terms of service. He called me to let me know how the job was progressing and the second it was done. He even touched up and repaired a few things not related to the accident and didn't ask for payment for them! I thought he treated me like a king but watching him with the customers he and his staff seem to treat everyone like this. Not just like a person but like family. I am very wary of mechanics after a few less scrupulous places in my area tried to take me on a ride and gave me outrageous estimates for things (it turns out) I didn't need. If I did need them I ended up doing the work myself. I have no car experience but when Monseniour Tire down the road tried to tell me a new distributor cap was going to cost me $700 (with 2 hours labor) I decided to try my hand at car stuff. In 20 minutes I successfully did the work myself in their parking lot. That experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth but now that I've found Ed's I feel confident bringing my car to him for any and everything and referring everyone I know there. I know he'll meet or beat anyone in terms of price and beat anyone in terms of service. He'll give candid advice as he did when I sent a friend to him. His advice was not what my friend expected. My friend was used to sinking money into his truck which was on its last legs. Ed advised him to trade it in ASAP before he had terminal problems that were imminent. Most mechanics would string you along and be happy to take your money but not Ed. Even though it cost Ed money he could have easily made, he was happy to help my friend make the right decision. I could go on but on every occasion Ed's helped restore my faith in humanity!

Unbelievably fast, courteous, and easy to deal with. The job I needed done was done quickly, and at a much lower price than other shops quoted me. The quality of the work is excellent- I dare you to try to find the boo-boo I gave my car! Ed's is a great, honest neighborhood business. I would recommend everyone call Ed's before you take your car anywhere else for any kind of body/paint work.

I don't write reviews often, but felt the need to do so, as they were just fantastic to deal with and did everything they said they would, and went above and beyond to fix my daughter's car ( body work ), and it came out great. Very fair prices, and customer service was exceptional. Thank You!!

I grew up in the neighborhood and know Ed and his son Ritchie they are wonderful people who care about people, and they make sure everyone is taken care of. They have fixed 2 of my vehicles over the years and have always done a very good job. It's always looked as good as or better then when the vehicles where new. If your looking for a friendly professional and caring people who do excellent work then add body and paint is where you want to go.

Honestly 5 stars is way too low, I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Not only are they very professional and polite, but the price is extremely reasonable and they are very honest. Also very quick. If you have any body repair work that needs to be done on your car, there is no better place to go than ed's.

Needed to have a deep scratch on my rear passenger door repaired and Ed and his crew were able to have the door finished and inspected within 2 days. He was able to get a perfect color match on the metallic color for my car. Multiple people have commented and noted that the work Ed did on my car is of very good quality. Ed is personable, and he and his family operate his business and treat their customers incredibly well. He was very transparent about the work, and my experiences with him and his staff were fantastic. I have already recommended Ed to my friends and I will definitely return if I need more bodywork done.

All of us will experience car issues at some point! Body work on your vehicle can be costly! Like most people these days my first stop was google. “Wow, this place has almost entirely good reviews” I said to myself, could it be too good to be true? Nope, it’s not. I was very happy with my overall experience at Ed’s. Santos looked over my damage, proposed a solution for a lot less than I thought and 2 days later I picked up my car, good to go. This is your Baltimore area spot for automotive needs! Thanks guys.

Took my car their for some body work for an insurance claim. When I went to pick it up there were bunch of sap spots all over the hood that would not come off. I clean my car weekly and they were not there before. When I tried to bring this up to the shop manager/co owner (Sergi?), he was unwilling to fix the problem they created or made worse. Really bad customer service. I ended up having to pay a detailing service $200 to buff it out..

Not sure where to begin. So I had the misfortune of returning to my car's bumper scratched to all hell after 2 months of training. I honestly never needed body work done and was worried I would end up at a sketchy chop shop. I stumbled across Ed's Body and Paint on my Google search and decided to go in person to see what can be done. To me it seemed like a new bumper was needed but Ed saw no need for a new bumper. Soon enough he worked his magic and made it look like brand new! This man truly treats the vehicles he works on as if they were his own. This is the only car shop I trust in Maryland now and your vehicle will be in excellent hands if you bring it here. 5 stars without a doubt!

They did a perfect job fixing a dent/scratch on my rear quarter panel from some road debris. They were a couple days behind the original estimate, they made up for it by taking some off the final cost. Very happy with the work overall.

I'm in my 30s and this is my first time taking car of a car on my own. For the past decade, my dad, my brother, or my (now) ex, took care of it. Plus, I just moved to the city about a year ago. So I had no one to turn to and no idea where to go when I had to pay for damage done to my car. And I'm not too much of a "car person" so I had no idea what it would take to fix it or how much it would cost. I did research online and found a few highly rated places in the area. Two places, I had to schedule a couple of weeks out just to get someone to tell if they could do it and for how much. Then I would've had to schedule another appointment to actually bring it in to get the work done. Then another place estimated over $1000. Another estimate was $1200. Then I found Ed's and decided to get one last estimate. There was no mechanical damage, and there were a few other minor cosmetic things (other that than the hood) that I didn't even notice and weren't worth fixing to me. And they knew I was paying out of pocket, (not through insurance) so they looked out for me. They said that I all I really needed was a new hood. They said they could replace the hood for about $830, and it would only take two days so I wouldn't be without a car too long. With the other places, the shortest time was a week! So not only did Ed's cost me way less, but I got my car back quickly! And while I was there, they treated me like they knew me. I feel like I was treated special. Throughout the process, they took care of me and made me feel like they had my back. That gained my trust more than anything. And I noticed that they seem to have that kind of relationship with each person who was there whether a new customer or returning customer. They were personable, and also knew what they were doing. Then when I got my car back, it was like brand new! They did quality work for an excellent price in a short window of time. I'm very pleased and relieved. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for an affordable, highly competent, trustworthy auto repair shop in the Baltimore area.

I hope you never need to go to Ed's, but if you ever need body work done, THIS IS THE PLACE. Reasonable prices, kindness, and care are their motto. They quoted me the lowest amount but about $400 and worked with my crazy schedule (completed the work while I was out of town and held onto the car until I got back). They were responsive throughout and kept the work within the estimate. Car work looks amazing and is functional. Payment and pickup was easy. I will be recommending Ed's to everyone I know. For real, this is the place.
