I wouldn’t even advise you to let them change your oil took my car there for 1 PROBLEM cost me a lil over 2 grand got my car back with the same problem and more I’m not lying I believe every comment on here with a negative review 💯🎯

I would just give mike a negative 0 he told me everything was fix on my bmw paid this guy 1,800$ bucks and my car still end up stuck on the highway what ever work you need done please don’t go to this guy shop he doesn’t know what he doing..

This the worst mechanic ever I took my 2007 bmw 328i to this guy shop he never put my battery in right my car battery blew up on the high way and I was stuck had to walk off the highway dealing with this guy never happen to me before don’t trust him he will over charge you for something that don’t need to be fix please don’t go to this guy shop look for the white people because this black man obviously don’t know how to treat his people.. he will laugh in your face in get you comfortable to spend money then a few days later tell you something eles wrong with your car that don’t need to be fixed Don’t trust this man his shop should be closed down and I reported him to the better business bureau.. if you make the same mistake go ahead online and report him like I did

I would recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere for repairs. This is an untrustworthy mechanic who takes advantage of customers. I brought my car to him for repairs and it took 4 months for him to get close to repairing my vehicle. It ended up at BMW for them to complete the repairs. I had to spend more than intended and when I asked for a refund related to the repairs he did not complete, he advised me to go to the Attorney General. He talks a good game with no intentions of making good on promises to fix your vehicle or repay you. Run far from this repair shop!

If there were 10 stars I would happily give them. I’m from out of state and had issues with my X5 while in Baltimore. Mike saved the day and went above and beyond, on a Saturday nonetheless, to make sure my car was safe for the 6 hour return drive home. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He and Dion are wonderful and I highly recommend this shop!

Charged me for a diagnostic only to write down what I (the customer) thought the issues were with the car. Had my car for a weeks and did nothing. I finally took it to another repair center just to find out my guess aka his diagnostic was completely false. Needless to say my car is on the road no thanks to him. My sign was when I saw cars there for weeks untouched. However I tried to give him a chance. Should've went with my gut.

Do not take your car to this shop! If you own a BMW, you are probably thinking you’ve come across a great alternative to the dealership, a certified BMW mechanic who can maintenance your car for an affordable price. That small business mechanic may be out there, but it is not this shop! The service is just bad. In total, Mike wasted five months of my time. I drove my car into his shop just to have it towed out because it won’t turn over. All of this after several pushed back dates of a guarantee that the car would “be ready,” ordering the wrong parts, and even purchasing a new battery, which is the reason he told me the car wouldn’t start. Needless to say, I have an appointment with the BMW dealership to actually get the car fixed. I wish I would have just taken it to BMW in December, when I had scheduled my appointment with Mike. But, I thought I had found the perfect mechanic to save me some money! Instead, I wasted my time and money! Total inconvenience. He is a good salesman! He will talk you right into a deposit for his services. The truth is he is an untrustworthy mechanic. It’s simply wrong what he is doing to people.
