I had a flat tire late at night and was towed to Outkum Enterprises LLC by AAA. Thankfully, they were open and able to help me out right away. They had the exact tire size I needed, and while the tire was from 2017, it still had decent tread and got me home safely — exactly what I needed in the moment. I’m not from Baltimore so it definitely seemed like a shady area but overall the guys working there were nice and helpful. All that for just $60 — can’t beat it. Definitely grateful they were open and came through in a pinch!

Ran over a rusty nail somewhere in the city at 2 a.m. tire was losing air and making all kinds of noise. Stopped by Outkum and the two very friendly gentlemen working had me in and out in about 8 minutes. They were super nice and helpful. The tire plug only cost me $15 and I was in and out in a flash. Highly recommend. And they are definitely open 24 hours

Outkum saved my bacon late at night. I was in Baltimore, more than hour away from home, when a pothole gave me a flat tire. I had roadside assistance, but no spare tire on my little electric sedan. Fortunately I was less than a mile from Outkum. The professional and respectful staff put on a replacement tire that got me home, quickly and at a reasonable price.

Shoutout to this business and Ted. I went there to have my brakes and rotors replaced. Ted noticed that one of my calipers in the front was missing a bolt. He went out of his way to find a bolt that would fit as my car was not safe to drive. He found one and informed me that the front brakes and rotors did not need to be replaced. So I was able to get my money back from the parts I thought I needed and purchased earlier that day. Thanks to Ted and this business, my car drives like a champ and is no longer a safety hazard. I can’t thank these guys or Ted enough. They have earned a customer for life! True professionals!

I’m sitting at my mechanic for the second time about a rotted tire that is on the verge of blowing, again. I get tires fairly often because of my work. I get holes and flats a lot. Since moving to Baltimore over 5 years ago. This was the only place I have gone to. I thought they were good because of the 24/7 hours. It has been scary dealing with these people. They lost my wheel lock and never said a word. I had a flat, called my road side service and proceeded to give him the wheel lock key, he stars me there was no lock. They sneaky, didn’t bother to say anything when they gave me back my key. I told them what happened and they didn’t seem to care. Here I am again with another rotten tire that could have blow on the highway. I’m done… Ok, 30 minutes later my old tire dealer in DC commented, “Someone is selling you rotten/warped tires”. There is literally a massive bubble on my tire! I travel on 95 all day long. These people will kill me to make a dollar. Look real close at this tire. It could have cost me my life. His only response “You know they used”. Not, I’m sorry, let me make things right, no. His response says it all. Yes, I told your staff twice they lost my wheel lock, nobody cared.

Had a blow out on the highway tonight on the way to work. Got towed in, and within 15 minutes I had a fresh tire mounted and balanced and was on my way to work. The fact I was desperate to get back on the road they could have ran me for the cost of a tire but they didn’t. It was easily affordable and quick. Great service. Extremely helpful and affordable. I came with two tires that needed plugged for $40 both tires were too damaged to be plugged and had to be fully replaced, they only charged an extra $25 for the replacement of both tires and spotted an extra part of the cost for me. Many places can be very predatory about costs and damages so I was very thankful for their cooperation with me and patience explaining the issues with my car.

I picked up a big nail in the Inner Harbor on my way up to Pennsylvania and didn't know what to do. Looked for a 24-hour tire repair and there they were. Pulled up they were very nice, very efficient, put a plug in my tire and I was out of there quickly. Extremely reasonable price and friendly. Thanks guys when someone's in a pinch.

I’m furious. I came in for a simple oil change, the easiest job a shop can do, and they still managed to screw it up before even touching the oil. They told me my drain plug bolt was stripped and that they couldn’t change my oil unless I bought a new one myself. Fine. I left to go to AutoZone, paid for a new bolt, and before I even left the parking lot I decided to pop my hood to double check something. Good thing I did, THEY LEFT MY ENGINE COVER OPEN. Do you know how dangerous that is? Driving with that open could’ve caused it to slam around, break something under the hood, or even cause an accident. That kind of carelessness is reckless and shows they don’t pay attention to anything. I didn’t even pay them because they didn’t change my oil, but the fact that they still managed to put my car at risk before doing any real work is unbelievable. If this is how they handle a job they didn’t even start, imagine how they handle the ones they actually complete. I’m never coming back.

Offered me a fair price and replaced my tire only to realize the new tire was not up to their standards. So instead of saying nothing, putting their tire tire on my car and sending me off, they let me know right away and referred me to their neighbor shop.
