I was really happy. The guys here are really thoughtful. Really think about your issues and how best to solve your problems the most economically. I trusted them. Some places you feel like they are taking advantage of you - especially if you are a female. But I feel like they were super respectful, explained things in layman terms but not condescending. I felt the price was right and they would have worked with him to fix any situation. I worked in the office while they were working on my car and I heard them taking customer calls and wow, I was impressed with the way they responded to their customers. They should both get raises. Great guys. 10.2.25 (8 am) I didn't catch their names but they were lovely. Thanks for a great experience.

I had issues with my coolant system during a busy holiday time, and they made sure my car was seen, the parts were ordered, and the job was completed expeditiously. I needed to get a new set of tires for my 2012 Honda Fit. It’s an old car with a smaller set of tires than the average car, and I previously went to a previous Firestone store that were really helpful and able to direct me to this store since they saw that this store had the set of tires I needed. Rob helped me out and he was able to quickly set me up, but I felt a little off putting to have him try to get me to sign up for a credit card after I told him that I did not want to get one. I wanted to see what I was paying for so taking a look at the invoice I was trying to see what I was paying for, and I felt like Rob was just frustrated with me as he explained the itemized invoice. I paid the deposit and then they would say that they would possibly be able to get the work done today if not definitely by tomorrow. I was glad to hear that they were able to get the work done quickly. Next day I call them in the morning and I ask if they finished, and they say it would be done by roughly by 12 which was great news. The got the work done a little later like 1:30 which was also great. I realized that I didn’t need the Road Hazard Protection plan that they provided based on my car insurance, and I asked to remove it, and the manager was quite upset with my wanting to remove this, and I just again felt belittled by me asking to remove the protection plan. Overall the customer service here was poor and felt a little bit manipulative again the reason for the 3 stars since the service and quick turnaround time was effective.

I had the absolute worst day when I had my flat tire. I have AAA, so I’m not sure if that had something to do with my positive experience, but getting to this location was super easy. The people on the phone were knowledgeable, helpful, and calm. I spoke with a guy named Chris and an older gentleman Rodger I believe. They were so experienced, and knew everything that had to get done. I was in and out in a reasonable time—even with other customers waiting. I highly recommend you go here. I got an amazing price, and my car’s good as new:)
