Theseguys were recomended to me by a good friend. Took my truck in to get break line repaired as it was leaking. Very polite explaining everything to me. Reasonable priced. But the best thing is i got it back thesame day. No waiting and waiting like other shops will make you do. Need a good mechanic, go here.

HONEST & RESPECTABLE My car was making a weird noise on and off randomly for a while so I looked up a few places and decided to come here. I arrived a bit before close and couldn't describe the noise though one of the staff offered to go on a short ride with me for diagnosis. Luckily, the noise happened again and he was able to give me an educated guess as to what it was. I asked them when I should come back to get it checked out and they told me to just bring it in for a quick look. After all was said and done I found out there are fasteners under your exhaust pipe that can come loose and cause rattling. Five minutes later I have a new one on and am ready to leave. I ask them how much for the parts and they tell me it's pro bono. I have not had a reason to return yet but my business is going to them, they are truly a class act.

Wow, just wow. I'm amazed. I gave a call to inquire about a/c repair on my Honda Pilot...Did not go well at all. I don't know who answered the phone but I let him know that I did not need the $85 test because it was just diagnosed last week at Meineke, who could not get the part in to do the repair. I told him exactly what I needed done, what part was leaking and where it was. That's when I was told he couldn't help me with that. I guess I wasn't supposed to know what's wrong with my own vehicle, bring it in for another test, be told it's something else, get that part, then something else fails and get taken for a ride, not today sir. The positive reviews makes me wish this turned out differently. Educate yourself before you call a shop, it may or may not work in your favor 🤞😉🤷♀️

I can't begin to Express how much I appreciate my friends from work nudging me to use this shop. These two guys, Steve and Gary, started out in Severna Park then the owner of the building doubled their leasing so they moved to Brooklyn. They are very experienced kind, helpful and reasonably priced! If I call on a Monday with an emergency they tell me to come right in or drop the vehicle off and it'll be fixed by Tuesday after work. For a single father that is very important! For example I went in there two months ago and asked for a tune-up and truthfully they said I do not need a tune-up just one of my hoses had popped off. Charge me $20 hours and fixed it and I was out of there in one hour. Anybody else would have charged me $150 and not said a word!

My father recommended Master Tech Auto. He was highly pleased with their service after they installed a motor. I took my vehicle to them after a dealer told me I needed a front engine oil seal that would cost $2200. Master Tech found no evidence of a leak. Right then and there I decided that they would be the place to bring my vehicle. They serviced my vehicle recently. Two thumbs up. The owners, Gary and Steve are courteous and professional. I recommend this shop. My family has used the services of Gary and the crew at Master Techs for maaaaany years. Many places can feel shady, untrustworthy, or pricey for no reason. There is no nonsense at this shop. You get what I'd say is more than what you pay for because they do great work, and assure that whatever problem you come in with is taken care of so you can leave feeling confident about your vehicle. I've also gotten a vehicle inspection from Gary and the price was fair, and the inspection was thorough! I felt reassured that my vehicle was ready for the road thanks to Master Techs
