Hands down the best repair shop in Roanoke. They are honest and charge a fair price... You may find someone cheaper but you won't find someone more reliable and better to work with. Matt and his team do a great job!

First time customer. Had wheel valve stems on rear dually tires of Class B motorhome replaced with proper stems & wheels re-balanced. Professional staff all around from front desk to mechanics, very knowledgeable with clear communication. Spotless facility. Whereas no other shop was willing to touch our motorhome, this shop did an outstanding job. Well pleased & will use them again.

Cannot thank this shop enough for their help in inspecting a vehicle I was considering for purchase while deployed overseas. They went above and beyond by taking photos of key areas of inspection and emailing them to me as I could not see the truck myself. Gave great advice on my consideration to purchase the vehicle! Jennifer at the front desk was super friendly and responsive to all my requests.

A leak related to the oil cooler was found and the gasket kit sealed the leak. I appreciated the communication in person and by phone. They were honest and no hidden charges. The repair schedule was right on target. Thank You.

I have never had such a great experience getting my car fixed. My AC broke and I was expecting it cost a lot of time and money to get it fixed. I took it in, and it was fixed the same day. They were honest and did not rip me off. The customer service was great as well. I will never take my car anywhere else and I recommend this place to all of my friends.

We have used these folks twice now and I cannot say enough good things. We also had the pleasure of meeting them at a mutual friend's wedding and they are truly wonderful, honest people. They do great work for a great price and treat everyone with personal care. Family owned and family run. Highly recommended.

Hands down the best place I've taken my vehicles for maintenance. No one enjoys taking their vehicles to the shop because things can get pricey, but Blue Ridge Truck And Auto always makes the process fast and easy. My truck is always done the same day and they perform the repairs professionally and quickly. Matt always gives me a call to keep me updated on my truck whenever it's there. I refer everyone to them for automotive work. And will continue to do business with them for a very long time. Great people.

This is by far the best place to have your automobiles repaired. I've even had my motorcycle maintenance done there as well as different parts added including exhaust and clutch and brake levers. Always fair and honest and the price is always competitive. Repair work is done right the first time and on time. Matt and his team are the only place I trust to touch my vehicles.

Our family loves this place and has appreciated their top-quality work for years. Matt is a helpful, straight-shooter who knows his stuff - just as Jamie, the former service manager did. Matt used to work on our vehicles in the shop and now does an excellent job explaining our options out in the lobby. Brian is usually our go-to mechanic now and his repairs keep our older vehicles running smoothly. I was thankful for the recommendation I received - pointing me to Blue Ridge Tire and Auto - and am pleased to share this strong review with others.

I got a front end alignment on my vehicle that was done in time and for LESS that but just their quote, but half of what my usual garage wanted. I took a 750-mile trip a couple days later and the steering was spot on. Highly recommend.

I've been taking my vehicles here since 2012. By far the most honest crew I've ever dealt with, and fair pricing. Biggest thing for me is the extremely low turnover rate with the mechanics. A lot of the same faces here at Rhodes Ave location for years. Will always be my go-to for anything from maintenance to major repairs.

We’re in the same business, so we know how easily some shops can take advantage of a tough situation — but these guys did the exact opposite. I sent my step father Steve to them for fuel system repairs, and they did an outstanding job. Truck was the dealer first and had it towed to Blue Ridge Truck & Auto. Crystal’s communication throughout the process was top-notch, and the pricing was fair and honest. They treated Steve with integrity and professionalism from start to finish. As a fellow shop owner, I truly appreciate the way they handled everything. Highly recommended. We would be honored to extend the common courtesy to them and their customers if they are ever in a tight spot in our area.

I brought my vehicle to Blue Ridge Truck & Auto for an annual safety inspection and rear brake service. From start to finish, the team treated me with professionalism and respect. There was a minor mishap involving damage to my windshield due to improper visor tint strip removal during the inspection process. What mattered most to me was how it was handled. Richard, the owner, stepped up immediately and made it right. That speaks volumes about his character and accountability. Most importantly, the brake work itself is excellent. The car drives smoothly, with no shaking, wobble, or noise. The stopping power feels solid and confident. As a disabled Marine veteran, respect goes a long way with me. Every interaction was courteous. I was addressed respectfully and treated with genuine consideration. They took care of me and ensured the vehicle was safe and properly repaired. I appreciate businesses that stand behind their work. Blue Ridge Truck & Auto did exactly that.

Originally went with this place as someone that is New dealing with mechanic shops and was quoted $86 for a diagnosis by Brian & he had “seemed”friendly so I went with this place. I get there in an hour and a half. They’re telling me it’s going to be $174 x2 hours, which was nearly $400!! I was shocked after being quoted on the phone $86 I do wish the manager would’ve stated that if it takes more than 30 min that it would double, triple, etc. I was flat out stated $86 and some change for the diagnosis.I stated that I was quoted $86 on the phone so he knocked off one of the hours. Although he apparently likes to round up because he told me $174 but the guy at the desk charged me $160 for the 1st hour. I knew I had made a mistake at this point! So I go in for a diagnosis the guy in the back that actually does the work doesn’t relate information to the customer. It seems like it has to come through the front and the older gentleman answering the phone just didn’t know a clue what was going on! He didn’t seem to have any knowledge of mechanics at all when I ask questions about what was wrong, name of parts? Warranty info? Nothing & when he called about the gasket that it may need, he gave the wrong vehicle information on the phone! I heard him and reminded him of the correct vehicle model he was calling about. It appears they were just making guesses because I leave there and they’re telling me it needs a “hat”. Which is not the correct name of the part. I wanted to research but could not with this type of information. I asked if this would solve my issue and I was told that “it should”! Nearly $300 in diagnosing and “making guesses” I still have the misfire issue! WASTE OF MONEY nearly $300) The problem wasn’t solved at all. I called back to the shop & specifically asked for the “ mechanic” by name because he didn’t come out and tell me anything, NOTHING AT ALL! I asked the friendly young man upfront, did the misfire clear, but, he wasn’t sure, he went in the back to ask! He came out and said Joe (that worked on it and didn’t communicate at all) said he thinks it drives better, but all he did was pull it outside to the front of the building! He did not check with the tool to see if the misfires cleared! I watched this time through the window since the trust was gone! No thoroughness ! He should have checked to see if the misfires were gone after putting the “hat” on. That would’ve been nice! That’s why I was there! It didn’t fix the issue AT ALL! After buying & putting the “hat” on he didn’t even check to see if it cleared the misfires! So disappointed in this place and my treatment there was terrible! When folks spend hundreds of dollars on a diagnosis they want to know what the issue is and if the issue was solved, if not what else it could be, etc. I wanted to know if the misfires have cleared, etc. I was completely left in the dark! It Felt like all I was there to do was hand-over money while no one was giving me answers or communicating with me along the way! Not to mention, Brian Told me he would call me back once he got the part the next day , two days later I don’t hear anything from anyone so I’m stuck wondering for two days if the part was even there! COMPLETELY NEGATIVE & DISAPPOINTING experience for me! I wish people were more honest and genuine! My search continues to find an accurate diagnosis and fix the issue! I learned a near $300 lesson & WASTE OF MONEY though! If someone can’t take time to answer questions instead of just showing interest in dollar bills, or doesn’t communicate clearly( should’ve told me something, but, that’s on me though) first time I get an uneasy feeling about a shop ( whether it be dishonesty, lack of communication, thoroughness, or being rude) I’m gonna stop it there instead of allowing people to take advantage of me!!! The communication was terrible. I regret making this choice now (that it’s too late of course). I have to go off & find another shop to try to get another diagnosis!!! I refuse to pay almost $300 again for guesses and the problem wasn’t solved again!

The mechanic was friendly and helpful. He did point out that while he was doing the oil change on my car that he saw there was a minor leak in one of the seals. He didn't try to pressure me into getting it fixed right away, he just said he was letting me know. I will be using them again for sure. Plus they have really cool chairs in the waiting area.
