I bought four set of tires. They have the best price. They beat one business by $330. They got me in and out in a decent amount of time. The only thing that I didn't care for was the employee screaming and yelling in the shop. Seem kind of unprofessional.

Probably my 3rd review of Blue Springs Service Center. Phenomenal customer service here. The front desk communicates any concerns with your vehicle without pushing for sales. They do quality and FAST work. Got me back on the road so I didn’t need to rent a vehicle to travel out of state. I have been bringing my vehicles here for almost 10 years and will continue to do so as long as they are open for business.

1. They stated they could not find the key to take off lug nuts but it was in the console 2. They stated they could not find the cut in the tire. My husband asked if they looked on the inside of the tire. They had not and when they did found the cut. 3. They left my car inside even though they said it would be outside for me to pick up after work. So I drove there and my car was not outside . I had to be taken before work this morning.

I had the best experience at this location on yesterday. I made the appointment the day before and they got me in as soon as I arrived and didn’t take long to send me on about my day as very satisfied customer. Brenda ( the receptionist) was very welcoming and polite. Andrew is knowledgeable and approachable. He had no problem answering any of my questions. I highly recommend this place of business.

I had an unexpected flat on Monday… They are all unexpected, right!? I was lucky enough to quickly get a tow from AAA over to the Blue Springs Service Center before they closed. They were able to get my funky weird custom run flat tire for me the very next day on Tuesday and I was able to pick up my vehicle later Tuesday afternoon. The customer service and the care that they provided were exceptional. I chose them because of the good reviews that they had online and they did not let me down!

I have always found them to be quick, honest, and do quality work. And they are competitively priced. This time I had them do an engine tune up and to check on the condition of the brakes for my daughter's 2010 Chevy HHR. They called quickly to confirm and discuss (front pads and rotors needed replaced, back was fine) and had it done later that morning. One of the few places I trust to not push for unnecessary work, and who take the time to check on things.

They were wonderful! Best tire prices around. Everyone there was super nice. Not like Discount tire up the street who wanted us to just go on ahead and bend over while they used zero lube and got us for $380 PER TIRE. We had been a customer of discount tire for a long time too. We are now loyal customers of Blue Springs Service Center. We waited about an hour, which was quick for as many cars as they had. Fantastic experience! I'm the kind of person who trusts very very few with the maintenance of my vehicles due to so many bad experiences in the past. This service center was fabulous to work with! I was able to schedule an oil change for the next day. It only took about an hour to get done, which is awesome when I have 3 kids in tow 🤣 and the price was very reasonable for full synthetic!! They were patient with my trying to get a quote for tires for my husband's truck, except I couldn't remember the tire size and we just hoped what the computer said they should be was right (it was!). I am thankful for this service center, and I will definitely be using them again for work on my vehicles.
