It is so easy to get a car wash, even if you're not a member! I highly recommend membership, though! You get to drive in the member lane and the system will read your sticker, with barely a stop, and off you go. You will be washed in minutes. The vacuums are amazing! Super strong and very thorough in cleaning. We really love Bluebird, now Cobblestone and still the same great service and vacuums!!!

I would like to preface this by saying I rarely leave poor reviews. If you care about your car, don't go here. I spent $20 at the car wash for the premium wash. My car came out grimy and streaky with water marks and dings on the hood. Costo is better for only $7.99. This was their second chance; I had previously gotten their basic wash and had grimy water marks all over it, too. My thought was spending mor for a better package would be better, but apparently not.

Excellent car wash! My car had tons of bugs from a long road trip and it was SUPER clean after the $13 wash! Vacuums had great suction and wipes available for interior. Would highly recommend!

This location is fairly new and very nice. I love that the vacuums work well. The car wash has sprayers that hit your car in many directions, and they provide both dry and wet hot towels.

I just lowered my rating from 5 to 4 stars. Since the change over all the amenities have remained the same. Those are very excellent. I'm more than pleased. The problem is now customer service. In particular, there are several employees who walk a tight line of doing what is needed and being... Cordial, not friendly or inviting like before Bluebird sold to Cobblestone. They no longer go the extra mile like the before the buy out either. It's the same several employees too. I could understand someone having a bad day. But I pretty much wash my truck everyday. They're consistently bad tempered without being rude.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I went in with my car intact, and I left with it broken. I got my car washed on July 28th specifically because this was one of the best reviewed car washes in town, but unfortunately I left with a broken wheel well dragging on the ground. I was able to file a damage claim with some of the workers there, they were very helpful, I had no issues with the attendants. My problem started when I got a call from the damage claim expert Rob stating “they found my part, and to come in so they can fix it”. (Mind you my part never became fully detached) I took my duck tapped car down for the second time to hopefully resolve the issue. The attendants found out that wheel well they thought was mine, in fact belonged to ANOTHER car that got broken off in their wash. I was told I would get another call from their claim expert to figure things out. A few days later I go back for a third time in hopes, AT THE VERY LEAST, I would get reimbursed for my wash. I was wrong. Rob brought me into his office just to show me a VIDEO of my car breaking in their wash and proceeded to tell me that they are not at fault and there is nothing they can do. Rob stated that the car must’ve been broken before I came to get a wash. This video attached CLEARLY shows the plastic wheel well completely intact when driving into the wash. I don’t understand why there was absolutely no resolution to a problem that this car wash was at fault for, ON VIDEO. Rob was mansplaining me, and treating me like “I don’t understand “ when everything there is to know is on video. I had no issues with my car before I went in, and had a broken wheel well when I left. Obviously this car wash is notorious for breaking wheel wells seeing as the part they thought was mine came from somebody else entirely. I have never been treated so poorly by a customer service representative ever. I went in with an open mind hoping to get help with the problem this wash is liable for and left stressed out, disrespected and having to deal with this on my own. Zero money back, zero compensation, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. The money isn’t so much the problem as the lack of accountability and poor customer treatment. Save your time and money cause when they inevitably break something on your car, even if they have video of it, you will still be held responsible and treated poorly in the process. On top off all that. My car had horrible water spots and dirt patches after the wash. Wasn’t worth the money even if they didn’t break my car.

I’ve had Rocket, and Mister memberships for years and thought hmmm what’s different? Well hands down the customer experience by far sets Bluebird apart. Jaxson went over the different membership options with me, showed me the “mat washing” station which is my biggest annoyance after having a clean car. The sanitized warm towels and dry towel station was a huge plus for me!!! Thank you for telling me what was available Jaxson!! 👊🏻

I liked the bluebird name better but that's just me. Cobblestone is a great car. Wash all the employees are very friendly and helpful. I think the prices to become a member per month are very competitive with all other car washes. It's a great place to wash your car.

Been a member for about a year. Easy to get into and a good number of locations. The joining of Bluebird and Epic helped with that. As a member, it is super easy to drive up and straight into the wash. Only reason I dropped it a star is because when busy, the vacuums can lose some power and you may not get to clean to the level you wanted. But overall, great wash with towels (hot and cold), mat racks, different vacuum options, high pressure air, etc. I almost always can walk away with the like new look I want.

Exceptional service! Sara brought over more towels and helped wipe down my car and noticed a spot where bird poo didn’t come off all the way and offered to send me through again. I wasn’t worried about it but the fact that she wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my wash is not service you get just anywhere. Thank you! I will be returning!

Love this place! Great location. I go here often, sometimes more than once a week, to wash off the Idaho dirt and vacuum out the mud from the dog. The whole set up is extremely convenient. The car mat washer is amazing. I have a membership, so no waiting in line to pay—so easy to always have a clean car.

Ever since Bluebird sold out to this company the car wash quality has gone down. The last three times I’ve gotten a wash my vehicle is still dirty in places and not even close to being dry. The auto air blowers are worthless.

Came to this car wash for the first time and the staff was very welcoming and friendly, I normally go to the one in Nampa but wanted to give this a try and this will be my new home for my car wash, a staff member named Norby A. came out side to check on everyone to make sure our needs where meet. Great service great staff
