Stopped by and I wasn't acknowledged. I arrived at the same time as a gentleman. A man greeted him and asked him what he could help him with. He completely ignored me and did not acknowledge me or ask what I needed help with. I stood there for a while then left. Maybe it's because I am a female...not sure.

I called them to know what time they closed I was told at 3 pm. I show up at 2:15 and the owner said he was closed and I told him I’m the person who just called. I just needed an alignment. I understand some shops get packed but His response was “Yo soy el jefe aquí y por mis huevos no te voy atender asi que te vas.” I don’t understand why he was so angry and disrespectful and he proceeded to tell me “No necesito tu negocio gracias a dios me va bien.” I’m glad he gets clients but this is no way to treat a new client. I reminded him he had to be humble and there are ways to talk to people. Hopefully he changes his ways and appreciates new business/clients. This was the shop on Paredes and the “Owners” name was Gerardo M.

They work fast and honestly. They pointed out an underlying problem and gave me the option to fix it or get the alignment done or both. Most places won't perform an alignment without having you fix the related problem first.

Don't bring you're vehicle here unless you're whole family has life insurance They changed a wheel bearing and didn't install the strut back properly it was very loose and the whole wheel was about to slip out in the middle of the highway and caused more damage to the speed/abs/traction control sensor that costed me more money to repair in a different shop the mother of my kids tried taking it back while I was working and they told her those are electrical problems they don't fix and to take it somewhere else but it was messed up because of the poor installation that they did and they didn't want to take responsibility They can probably do an alignment but anything bigger than that I wouldn't risk my life in taking them another vehicle to work on The picture shows the strut in the air when it should of been sitting on the blue line I highlighted in the bottom I had to drive all the way to McAllen to tighten it up so the car can be somewhat a little more safer

Went to get my vehicle alignment early in the morning. I was second in line but they did not take long, I waited maybe any hour . FYI they prefer cash but do take cards. The young man was informative. Will definitely use these guys again.

These guys might do a great job on alignments but are horrible with anything else. Wife took her car in because her tire was flat. She went up to someone asking for help and immediately they told her she needed a new tire. (without looking at the tire) She thought that was weird so luckily she called over a friend that works on cars and knew the owner, looked at the tire, and knew that a new tire wasn't needed. They ended up fixing her tire. Not sure what is wrong with these sexist people but imagine this was your significant other or someone you know they are trying to pull a scam on. Beware.

Took my car in for an aligment, mind you this is the 3rd time i’ve been chasing them around to get them to do it in a span of 3 days. Once i finally get them to do it the car now pulls to the oposite side from where it would pull to, went back and im assuming i spoke to the owner and told me that my tires were worn unevenly causing this and to prove a point he switched my front tires from one side to the other, claiming that the car would now pull back to the original side it was pulling and ofc after this it did not prove anything since it was doing the exact same thing, made no difference, came back a 3rd time and they got it back in the bay to check, car came out a bit better but i decided not to go back after 3 tries all within the span of 1 hr my car now pulls to the opposite side, i just thought to my self oh well i lost $20 lets call it a day. Moral of this dont go to this place, atleast for alignments, never going back to BM Automotive .
