ATTENTION ALL PART SELLERS - This shop has a history of ordering transmissions, removing the valve bodies, and then attempting to return the units as if they were untouched. Do not accept with credit cards or checks from them. Very shady and dishonest; how do you really expect a vendor to accept a return for an item that you removed parts from? Be extremely cautious: always mark all your bolts and components if you choose to deal with them. When you catch them tampering with parts and rightfully refuse a return, they’ll retaliate by leaving false negative feedback. Absolutely not a trustworthy business.

Michael is without a doubt one of the best mechanics I have ever been to. He is a pleasure to speak with, he is more than informative, and does not try and over sell things to you. His communication was very impressive. Sending photos and explaining issues to me very clearly so that I could understand what he was trying to say and do. Not only that, but the turn around time from his wonderful team of mechanics was amazing. I have a 2000 S500 Mercedes and he actually had parts in stock which was impressive. This is a one stop shop for all your automotive needs. I cant recommend Michael enough.

Mike Saad is the man! He's been running this store for 20 years and it's family owned. He's helped me on many cars, not just European. He's always working, I can tell you this much, nobody there sits around, everyone is busy and ensuring your car gets back on the road safely. Mike can do anything there. Need an auto-tune? No problem! Need your rims resurfaced? No problem! I mean heck, he even got me a new headlight before and his guy popped it in within seconds. Good work done here.

Big Shout out to Mike Saad and the guys over here. I had my Alternator go out on my MINI and the guys replaced it in just a few hours. They also recommended other repairs that I will need to get done soon. Their service is Fast and very professional. This is actually the second vehicle that I brought in to them for repair. My other vehicle was a Kia Van and they replaced the engine on that. There is no job to big for these guys. They also offer payment plans through "Affirm" which really helped me out with the cost of the repair. I really can't say enough about these guys! I go to them and I send people to them because I know I can trust them. Which is a big deal. Especially when it comes to vehicle repairs. I found this shop, gave them a call, and Mike—the owner—answered personally. Within minutes of talking to him, I knew I had found the right place. I completely forgot about the other two shops and didn’t even care to look further for cheaper options. Mike’s knowledge, honesty, and passion for what he does came through loud and clear. You can approve or decline each item—no pressure. It’s clear, honest, and professional. Oh, and they even found a dead rat inside my BMW that the official BMW dealership completely missed—despite the mouse clearly being there for more than two weeks. That alone speaks volumes. Mike and his team have earned my trust, and I highly recommend them to anyone. Even if another shop offered me a 10% discount, I’d still choose Mike without hesitation. Mike is an unbelievable talent. His team are the best, period. I’ve seen his miracles, I’ve seen his happy customers, and now (due to my own fault) I had the pleasure of having my car serviced with BMB. I snapped an axle, driving how I do, and he (mostly his amazing Tech CJ) had my car inspected, three services done, axles replaced and back on the road in under 48 hours with a shop not empty, but full of cars getting equally thorough repairs. They do the best, most efficient work I’ve ever seen. Come talk to Mike, bring him a case of white Monster energy drinks, and get your car RIGHT.

I reached out to most of the auto sound shops in the area and BMB was the most knowledgeable and honest when explaining my specific Audi issues. I had constant misfires, and CJ was able to walk me through the different possible causes, rather than just diving right in to changing the spark plugs/coils. This team definitely cares about their customers, rather than just getting a sale. Mike also helped me with getting my appointment set up, and the quotes were very fair. Mike is the only person I have trusted with my vehicles for more than a decade. He has serviced all of my cars, Mercedes, bmw, and Lexus. Most recently he did a full side panel repair on my Chevy Silverado. It came out so clean can’t even tell anything ever happened!!! Absolutely flawless work. This shop has been in his family for generations and it shows, they take pride in their work and their prices are extremely fair. I literally drove from Vegas to bring my truck down, I won’t take it anywhere else!!!!
