I brought my car to BMW Concord for a recall issue repair. Scheduling was pretty quick. I had called in the day before to schedule and they were able to accommodate me the next day. My service advisor was Chris Neves. He was professional and explained everything thoroughly on what needs to be done and how long it would take until the service is completed. After the recall repair was done, they also found a leak on the rear differential and repair would be $$$. What I liked about Chris was how he explained the what the repair would be like and he was not pushy unlike others when I told him I would delay the service for now.

Exceptional Service Experience at BMW Concord!!! I recently had to bring my car in for an urgent check engine light issue, and I cannot speak highly enough about the entire service experience at BMW Concord. Dealing with an unexpected car issue is stressful, but the team here handled it in the most professional and attentive manner possible. My service advisor, Miguel, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that my service experience is excellent every single time. He is a true professional who genuinely cares about his customers. Even though Miguel was quite busy with his scheduled appointments, the service people who greet you outside were quick to take my information and expedite the process, which I greatly appreciated during an urgent visit. While I waited, I was incredibly impressed by the level of attention from the staff. Several people checked up on me and acknowledged that I was waiting—it made me feel valued and not forgotten, even during a busy morning. This continuous check-in is a testament to the dealership's focus on customer comfort. A special mention must go to the two gentlemen working in the Loaner Department. They provided service that was both very professional and attentive. The loaner process was smooth and quick, which was essential given my car's unexpected issue. Despite the frustrating issue with my car, I truly can't say enough good things about my service experience. From dealing with my service advisor Miguel and the proactive folks that greet you in the service lane, to the professional Loaner Department, the level of service was outstanding. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience! P.S. I have been a customer for almost 20 years at BMW Concord. I've had a fair share of not so good experiences over the years but in the last 5 years or so the service experience has been a top notch and I'm going to continue to choose BMW Concord as my go-to dealership.

This was my first time servicing my car at BMW Concord. I had a very positive experience here as dealerships can be quite variable in terms of its quality and customer service so it was a pleasant surprise that I was able to receive both at a high level. Felipe Marambe was my service representative and he was professional, knowledgable of products/ services, comprehensive and able to respond to my needs proactively. He went over and beyond to adjust to my schedule and pick-up especially since there were certain unseen repairs that surfaced causing my vehicle that needed more days and immediate attention. I would recommend both Felipe as a service representative and BMW Concord as a place for your service needs.

Yesterday I went to the Concord BMW service department and they were especially helpful, I had a very tight schedule and they made an excellent effort to accommodate my situation. I was able to pick up my car quickly and everyone was very helpful. This service department is always awesome! I recently had an outstanding experience at BMW of Concord! When I brought my car in for a service issue, my advisor Joey went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Once they determined the catalytic converter was still under warranty, BMW of Concord covered the diagnostics, parts, and all the mechanic time for free—no questions asked. BMW also helped provide a loaner vehicle. Joey was incredibly professional, transparent, and made the whole process stress-free. I appreciate the fact they were able to get me an Uber back home or within a certain mile radius.
