Best Shop in the East Bay If you are looking for a mechanic you can trust, is honest, and has fair pricing this is the place. We have been taking all our cars to Omid for everything from basic maintenance to full blown break downs for years. He is always quick because he is a workhorse. The shop is a block past Costco if you are coming up Monument from the 680. Great guy.

I don't know if I caught whoever was answering the phones on a bad day but they seemed very annoyed and upset that I called in to ask for a quote regarding repairs to my vehicle. I called in asking for an estimated quote for my vehicle for route maintenance. Whoever I spoke to gave me a quote at first for labor, then as I asked about the more intricate details and specifics of the job and asking if they'd be willing to take up another job doing another task on the vehicle, the person became seemingly angry and said he's now going to pass on this job and hung up on me. It's almost like they don't want your business at all.
