Hood popped open when driving home after my oil changed. Car still had dirty oil when I got home. Windows dirty and when I tried to use my Winshield wipers it was empty, the fluid were not topped off so I could not clean my windows even though they noted that it was topped off on the paperwork. The paperwork noted they cleaned the windows and cleaned the floor. They did not!!! There was more dirt on the floor from the technician shoes after I got the car back. They didn’t not use seat covers or floor covers. I honestly think all they did was reset my “change oil” light and that is it. I don’t think they even changed my oil. It cost me $102 and they didn’t really do anything. Go somewhere else! I will be going back for a refund. What makes it even worse its my wifes car and my wife told me not to go to Jiffy Lube because they are terrible. I didn’t listen and well here we are now. Jiffy Lube you need to be better. My wife blames me and I’m an idiot for not listening to her. I’ll update this review if they do anything to compensate me or refund or make it right somehow. If you don’t see an update, well you know what happened.

Operating under the assumption that most oil change shops want your business more than to respect your time, I called first to see if it wasn't too late on a Friday for me to bring my car in for an oil change. A pattern developed, answer the question and then tell me to come on in. I asked if there was a line of people before me, as I didn't want to wait too long before my car gets serviced. It's called "Jiffy Lube", not "Wait forever lube". My oil change light had come on, so I preferred to get the oil change done earlier than later. I headed to the shop. Not having been to a Jiffy Lube for decades, I didn't know how it worked. I parked my car, and went inside. The Service rep was tending to a customer before me, and there were two other customers patiently waiting for their cars to be serviced. The service rep saw me, then told me to take my car around the building and put it in line to be serviced. I wanted a Jiffy Lube and with 3 people in front of me was going to end up with a Wait Forever Lube. Also, the service rep was directing me to put my car in the service line before I knew how much I was going to pay, and what was going to cost extra. I didn't want to order my food without knowing how much I was going to pay for it. Not enjoying the experience of not getting my questions answered, and not wanting to be trapped there for an hour with 3 people ahead of me at15 minutes per service, I bailed and went somewhere else. The other Oil Change shop, saw me and changed my oil with no wait time. They answered my questions, told me how much everything was going to cost. And I enjoyed the genuine small talk. I'm sure anyone who goes to Jiffy Lube will have their oil changed just fine, but I would have preferred to have my time respected, and to be engaged like a genuine human as opposed to being directed around by the service rep.

One of the employees, Robert, defends deceptive pricing practices. CVT fluid exchange page lists a fluid exchange at $199. When Robert performed the work order, he listed it at $299. When I pointed out that the price listed on the CVT is $199, he agreed that that's what's listed, but refused to change it to the listed price and said that the incorrect price would not be changed. I used to trust this location, but man, Robert makes them look bad.

Didnt reinstall my oil cap so now there is a huge mess under the hood. Staff was unprofessional yelling at each other and arguing in front of customers. Computer system failed so they created a new record of service history even though ive had the vehicle serviced there regularly for years. 2hrs for an oil change that wasn't done correctly. Never again.

Called this location before arrived and I was asking if they have a oil for my BMW. The manager said yeah they have an oil I came here spent 15 minutes of drive, then I took a seat and spent another 15 minutes before they finally said oh we don’t have an oil for your car.

If your named “Jiffy Lube,” shouldn’t being fast be a part of your service? I went to this location to get my oil changed. Not a big deal as I’ve done it many times before. But I’ve noticed that service times have been slowly getting longer. And they seem to be fully staffed, so I think it’s quantity over quality. I pulled in and there was a van in front already getting serviced. I pulled in at 9:45. (I know because I had a phone call that started right after I pulled in to the bay) I get off the phone and notice that it’s been quite a while that I’ve been sitting here. 2 trucks pulled up behind me so I was stuck for the moment. I asked the service tech how much longer he thinks it’ll take before I can move up and he says something to the effect of “The guy in the pit is being slow cause he’s mad.” I couldn’t tell if he was joking or not, but I didn’t press the issue. I sat there in my vehicular prison. I’m sure that leaving them the key and getting out would have been an option. And I’ve done it before. But this tech brought me in and kept me close to the bay door so I couldn’t open my door enough to get out without possibly damaging it. So there’s that. Finally, the van is done and pulls out. I get to move forward and get my oil changed. This is at 11:00 now. So I e waited in my truck for over an hour to finally get this done with. Part of me wanted to just drive through and leave. But the van driver decided to leave while getting serviced, so the tech just pulled up enough and left it there in the main driveway. I get my oil done. Pay. And leave. I will not be returning to this, or any jiffy lube. I’ll go somewhere else. TL:DR It took 90 minutes to get my oil changed, and that’s way too long

Used to be my regular oil change spot, but everytime the wait exceeds an hour when they estimate less of a wait. Last time they spilled degreaser all over the engine, but didn't tell me so when I smelled burning oil and started to see smoke under the hood I got worried. Called and manager told me what happened and that the degreaser will burn off after 15 miles. I believe they should have told me about this issue up front when I took the car, to prepare me for the issue and not to panic. They didn't say anything until I called miles away and very worried. We trust in this team to look out for us and our vehicles, this is not an acceptable outcome. On a side note I think they used the filthiest rag they had in the shop to "clean " the windows. I had to find a gas station immediately and clean all the windows so I could see. Bad form Oil Change team. I am disappointed and looking for new spot.

Awful service, very rude and rush job on the oil change. They left Greasy oil fingerprints all over my vehicle. They forgot to replace a cover underneath my car, the job was so rushed and low quality. I will never go there again and I do not recommend. Also it was way overpriced, and they did not honor my 15% coupon. I will go to the dealership next time because it is cheaper and far better quality

First kid at the register put my truck information in the computer and the computer said my 2001 Toyota Tacoma Base Model took six (6) quarts of oil. I was able to convince the Manager that my truck takes only four (4) quarts of oil. He added the oil himself and it turned out to take, (with the new oil filter), 4.25 - 4.50 quarts. Cool dude that Manager is.

I was disappointed with my experience at Jiffy Lube. They refused to provide a receipt unless I shared my email address, and I was unable to list the company name without entering personal information. I do not agree with this policy, as a receipt should be provided without requiring personal data. Because of this, I will not be using their services again.
