Phone response very professional, offering same-day service. Friendly technician, arrival fast, and worked efficiently. 35-45 minutes to remove and install rear window. Some care taken with clean-up and vacuuming, but seemed in too big of a hurry...I still had to vacuum glass out of the van and off the driveway. 3 hour Labor charge $45.00/hr seemed excessive for under an hour of work...tho i understand about travel time, etc. Over all, i'm pleased; will use them in future if needed...as i also have employed Speedy Glass in the past. Who wants to drive any distance while seated in a seat full of glass shards with 48° winds slapping them in the face? While that might sound like somebody's idea of fun, I was absolutely thrilled when I was offered a warmer option. It was so thoughtful of Novus glass to set up an appointment to have a technician come to my home. And then I met Sid. Super friendly and a great representative of your company, he got right to work and completed the work in a very timely manner. Quite pleased with my experience with Sid and Novus glass. I had a small ding on my windshield caused by a truck throwing debris on the freeway. It was getting larger. I had called my insurance company and they gave me a list of recommendations for places that I could get the chip treated on my windshield using my deductible. Novus Glass was the third one on the list, and it was right down the street from me, so I decided to go with them. I think I remembered going to them once before when I was a teenager with my first car (for a similar reason.) I believe it was called something else back then at the time, but I remember they were awesome back then as well. They are a great little hidden gem right next to the GMC dealership. When I first entered the shop, a woman named Kieran, (not sure of the spelling, sorry if you read this!) came out and in a very cheery voice, she welcomed me. She made some fun small talk with me and told me the wait would be roughly an hour, but it took less than 30 minutes! Highly HIGHLY recommend this glass shop for speed of service, and also because the chip was barely noticeable after the treatment! They worked seamlessly with my insurance company to get an appointment scheduled and got everything taken care of super fast! The shop had a really nice friendly neighborhood feel to it. I felt like a valued customer, which is very hard to find these days. Thanks so much Kieran and the team at Novus! The only glass treatment place I will ever go to! Something to note: be on the alert when looking for the place, because it's easy to miss the turn. I turned into the GMC dealer before I turned into their parking lot, which is right next door! I'm sure the dealership gets tired of people turning around in their exit way LOL. Novus Glass is right in between the GMC dealership and a place called Tint World.

Took my Mercedes in for a driver-side window repair after a break in and Novus did an amazing job. All of the shattered glass was cleaned and the new window came out perfect. The price was spot on with the quote I had received and it was a very good price compared to other shops around the area!
