Thank you to Nguyen, I hope I spelled it correct. Was a little pricy for a tune up on my trail blazer, However, they were open on a Sunday and most places are not. This guy was up front polite, and honest. We had a good conversation while my vehicle was being worked on. The estimated time I would get my car back took longer than expected. Not surprised because it was Sunday so staff was short. Unlike most businesses, Nguyen apologized to me and made it right. Will not disclose what took place. My point is, there , people understand other people's situations and are caring people. I recommend Clayton auto service . 100 percent is to be determined since I just got my vehicle back and havnt drove it much. As far as honesty and good people, thumbs up. Update in 30 days or so.

I've gone here many times. At first they seemed good, then I got a battery replaced and a couple months later they had to give me another one because the battery went out. I went back again to see why my car was over heating and they looked at the car for 5 mins and told me I had to get a new cooling fan and that it would cost $550. I left and did some research and found out they were overcharging for the parts and a job they claimed would take 3+ hours only took 40 mins. So I will definitely not be back, they seem nice but I'm sure they have ripped others off like this.

My husband and I traveled from Washington State to Concord to visit our families. Our brakes felt spongy and we were leaving town on Monday, so we check out this place on Sunday. These guys know their business and ordered a major part for us and after a delivery delay we were on the road home by Tuesday morning. We had no problems on the road and our brakes are perfect. You guys rock!!! Thank you so very much for making us feel like family and making us feel safe again.

I had some really bad experience and bad air shocks on my vehicle that was installed by another mechanic shop last year. "Sully" inspected it, gave me some professional advice, replaced it with a conversion strut kit, instead of air shocks. Because I had 20 inch rims and tires on my 2014 Chevrolet suburban rear 2wd. Everything came out excellent, he was honest and told me it's normal my suspension light will stay on, but not worry. It will at some point go off, or stay on and he told me that's a button I can push on my dash board it will turn it off everytime. It rides smoothly now I recommend everyone to this AWESOME SHOP, but be specific of what you are experiencing as much as you can.

These guys are great. Always able to resolve whatever issue that arises with your car. Pricing is reasonable. Syeed is very helpful. Very thankful they are in the neighborhood. Had a problem with the ac, they fixed it right away. They are awesome.

I have been going there for years, take all my cars, kids cars, and recommending them for years, until now. Different people behind the counter, brought my car in for an inspection and was told I needed to replace all my brakes and rotors, took it somewhere else for second opinion and was told brakes were fine. I don't recommend them anymore. What a shame Clayton Quality Auto.

This is my favorite place to get my oil changed they have tons of other services and are exceedingly friendly and when I google the thing they are talking about they are asking for a very reasonable price every time. I would put my trust in their diagnosis and work with them if you have concerns about price. My father was a loyal customer and went to them for years. I promise this is the best place for auto questions and services.

I brought my car in for an oil and transmission fluid change. I waited 1 1/2 h and it‘s still not done, writing this while waiting. I was watching my car and for long periods no one was working on it. Meanwhile 4 or 5 other cars came in and left serviced… wth This was the last time i come here. Do not come if you don‘t have 2h time to wait. Prices are good tho, that‘s why i give 2 stars.

Decided to give Clayton Quality Auto Service a try after reading all the positive reviews and so glad we did! Our 2007 Veracruz had a check engine light on and was misfiring. Called and talked to Nguyen who was very friendly on the phone and said we could have it towed there right away and they'd take a look at it. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Mike the owner who quickly diagnosed the problem and really took the time to educate me on what was going on with the car and was very upfront about the potential costs. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and the prices were reasonable. About a week later we brought our 2008 Honda Civic in for some repairs that the dealership had previously said we needed but seemed over-priced so we had put them off. After Mike checked out the car, the price he quoted us was WAY lower than the dealership's and some of the services weren't even necessary, apparently they were just trying to up-sell us. So glad to have a found a mechanic we can trust! Mike really cares about his customers and truly has their best interests in mind. We have been so well taken care of at Clayton Quality Auto, from now on we won't be taking our cars anywhere else!

I took my car in and had brakes put on my car, my brakes or worse now then before. Took car back and they heard the noise coming from brakes and was told my new brakes was old fresh out of the boxs that's why they're making noise i took my car back 4 time. Customer service is very bad. They put a hole in my back tire

This place used to be good, which is why I’ve been coming here. My last several visits, the guy running the shop tells me I need this and that fixed (which I later find out I dont need by calling the dealership and asking). I came in for an oil change and spark plugs. The guy says it’s $600 just for parts so it will be $1000 total. That’s when I called the dealership who told me parts were $123 for spark plugs. The guy at the shop then tells me I need my transmission filter changed. Umm what? The dealership confirmed that’s not needed. Today is my last visit here, time to find a more honest shop. Is anyone else concerned that he is not typing anything into the computer when coming up with pricing? Anywhere else I go, I get an exact estimated total with change included. This shop just makes up a number and then rounds up.

I brought my Mercedes C300 to this shop after the check engine light came on, and they diagnosed it as a faulty thermostat. I paid over $1,000 for the repair, including parts and labor. However, not even a day later, the check engine light came back on. I returned to the shop, and they told me the issue was now electrical and recommended I take it to the dealership. At this point, I felt like the initial diagnostic was rushed or incomplete. If the problem was electrical from the beginning, it should have been caught before replacing the thermostat. I essentially paid for a repair that didn’t fix the actual issue. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of thoroughness and transparency. I’m currently seeking a second opinion from the dealership and considering filing a formal complaint. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

I had a really solid experience at Clayton Quality Auto Service. The team was professional, honest, and took the time to explain what my car needed without any pressure. The work was done well and in a reasonable amount of time. Pricing was fair, and communication was clear throughout the process. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that the wait time was a little longer than expected, but overall I’d definitely return and recommend them to others.
