Small selection / higher than average sticker prices went to see a specific bike they had it but was high priced. It was 4 years old and only 3k cheaper than buying brand new. Dealer didn't seem willing to work for the sale kinda just ya that's the price deal with it. Didnt even take the effort took look at our current bike and give us a base trade in value. So my wife and I will be buying elsewhere.

Sales. Grade: F Have not had an actual positive experience. They lost my business when I was in the market for a new Motorcycle. After 3 visits getting nowhere with feeling good about a purchase, I left on the 3rd time, went down to BMWMC of San Diego and bought a bike that day. They are not displaying any training in customer service or professional representation of a top tier international brand and company. This is not a real BMW MC Dealership. The individual mentioned on other reviews for doing a great job for the customer left Temecula and went to a another BMW dealership. Actions speak louder then words. Update: to the owners excuses. I moved on from looking at the recalled K1600 B and was set to buy a S1000XR. That recall didn’t play into any bad experience. It was actually great timing because I found a bike that suited my needs a lot better. Any excuse is a good excuse, if you are weak enough to use it. BMW Service. Grade A+ The BMW Service Department stands out as an exceptional example of meeting ones expectations. They are courteous, helpful, and a pleasure to go in and speak with. There pricing for services are on par with other dealerships and are willing to break down all questions that you may have. After a brief conversation with the mechanic performing my maintenance, I was left with a very positive impression. After services were completed, my bike was returned cleaner then before and an explanation of what was performed was discussed.

The BMW shop shares the same building as Harley Davidson of Temecula. To be honest the BMW side looks like an afterthought. There was one associate present who seemed to go out of his way to ignore my presence. Not so much as a good afternoon, not to mention how may I help you today. Looks like I'll be going to BMW Motorcycles of Riverside for my next bike.

Brought my 2019 R1250 GSA in for an 18K service. It was last minute and later in the day and I wasn't quite sure they could get it done for me. David said "no worries Mate, we'll get it done!" All parts, labor, and cost was explained and the work was completed in a timely manner. My service was completed by Master Tech Rick, who even made sure to reset my service indicator and provided me with a checklist of work performed. Over all, I appreciate the good work and welcome atmosphere when I take my bike in. Thank you guys

My experience with the dealership meet my expectations. My salesperson Eduardo was knowledgeable about the product and guided me through my purchase. He introduced me to the Service, Parts and Merchandise Departments so I better understood the operations of the dealership and what to expect when I need service. I traded in two motorcycles, they picked one up and I drove the other into Temecula. I felt they gave me a fair trade in value for my bikes. I will say, service is very good, but my goodness does sales suck. I walked in to the dealer to test ride (and ultimately buy that bike!) and 10 minutes in nobody came to help me. it wasn't until the poor parts guy walked in for his shift that anyone even asked if i had been helped! calling to confirm stock on a bike that shows up online, another 15 minute wait to talk to someone. I eventually hang up and just ask whoever was at the front desk to confirm, to which I'm told sales will call me back. not expecting to get that call. I'll be buying my bikes at Long Beach BMW from now on.

How far will you go to buy a BMW? Well I traveled from Oregon (SWA) to Temecula (1143miles). It started with Western Oregon BMW pissing me off. I started an online search and found this 2019 R1250RT that Temecula BMW had. I contacted via a web request and got a call from Andre the owner the next day, we talked and agreed deal. I picked the RT up 2 weeks later and rode 1143 miles home. OMG what a nice bike and great people to work with. Thank Temecula BMW for making it fun to buy.

I came into this dealership about a month ago, not planning on buying a thing. I’m a brand new rider and had no idea what kind of bike I wanted. I was met at the door by Jay, who took me around and sat me on several bikes. He had a wealth of information to offer and listened to my opinion on all of them. I never felt pressure to buy and ended up walking out the door … only to come back a couple hours later and buy the bike I knew I wanted. After signing all the paperwork with Josh, I was passed off to the parts department, then clothing to get fitted with a helmet. It was a great experience. The buying process easy, and everyone made it feel so special. We ended up going back a few times for parts and everyone was just as welcoming and personable as the first time we walked it. 10/10 recommend.

Eduardo in BMW sales helped me. I test rode a demo bike. We went across the street to see bikes in storage and look at one in a color I liked. I eventually made a reasonable offer. They accepted it. This all happened late in the day. I paid for the bike. Randy the finance man got the deal done quick and neat. Eduardo stayed after closing until I got a ride and returned to take the bike. He treated me very well. Now time for a new paint job for the building? Maybe tone down some of that orange and black? Make it easier to see the BMW part.

I Had a Catastrophic problem with my BMW motorcycle where the engine blew and was in a situation where i didn't know what to do. I called the service department in desperation and the technician Kyle went above and beyond for me. He had me bring the bike in and was able to get the bike fixed and covered under warranty and did it all with in a week. Kyle did not have to go out of his way and help me get the claim approved he could have told me sorry the warranty just expired and there isn't anything we can do but he didn’t and im very Thankful.
