I set up an appointment two different weekends in a row. Dropped the vehicle off. Both times they called me within 20 minutes saying they weren't going to have time to work on it and just to pick it up. Horrible customer service. This was my first time every trying servicing with them I will never be back and will be telling everyone I know to take their business elsewhere. Very disappointed in them. On another note I took my truck to Ramona tire a few blocks up the road after picking it up at Les Schwab. No appointment and they squeezed it in and had it done within 40mins.

Professional and courteous service. Lobby and restrooms are clean and comfortable for waiting. They were quick in diagnosing my car and gave me a full print out of the service.

I had a tire emergency and the team was able to get me in late in the day, assess the problem and give me a solution. They installed a full set of new tires in 30 minutes right before closing on a Friday and right before I was headed out of town. To say I am very grateful and pleased with you is an understatement of how I feel. 7 stars out of 5!

I love Les Schwab in Temecula . Today however, was a horrible experience. About a month ago, I scheduled a tire rotation for my 2015 class A RV. I showed up early, signed in, and was given a two hour estimate for the tire rotation and rebalancing of my tires. The counter staff were Great. About a half an hour into the wait, Luis approaches me and says “your tires are too old“. Coincidentally, I just had my oil changed and a pre-trip inspection completed by Automotive Specialties (They are great - ask for Gator). Gator told me that the rig was in great condition and the tires had no cracks and did not show any age. I explained this to Louise and he said “I’m still not doing it”. I am including pics of my tread life & sidewalls. Of course, this happened when the owner/manager Cory was out to lunch. Luis needs a lesson in customer service. Even if he felt it was unsafe (which it wasn’t; claw aA RV tires las 10 years), he could have completed the rotation with a caveat that Les Schwab would not be held responsible. Instead, he was ready, willing & able to replace all 6 tires ($1200-1500). My quote was around $320, which I was willing to pay. Watch out for Luis. Not a good guy.

Les Schwab is the one stop shop. I checked with 3 other mechanic shops and tire stores before finding out about Les Schwab. I needed my tire repaired on my brand new Tesla. Les Schwab was the only company willing to work on my car. This place Inside and out was amazing. They have a coffee machine, popcorn, and a fully stocked coffee bar. Their service was great and the technicians are very professional and quick. I can’t thank you enough for getting me back on the road when no other shop or companies were willing to working my situation. Well Done Temecula Les Schwab.

My tire was punctured by a nail at night, I came to the store at 8:10 in the morning, Konner received us, our English is not good, Konner is very patient and nice, I drew a picture and told him it was the right rear tire, and he told I'm about half an hour to 40 minutes and it's 8:40 and the tire is fixed Noah did it for me, awesome, thanks for the work, it's great! I think I will come to you for services such as changing tires on my car in the future. Your work is so great and so important!

Brady did such a great job helping me get 4 brand new tires! My tires were special order and for whatever reason we kept running into obstacles trying to get the tires ordered and on, but whenever I received a phone call from Brady it was “ I got it figured out and taken care of” or “I already looked into your options and here they are for you to choose”. Thank you so much for turning this stressful situation easy!

I brought my 2020 Tacoma to get the tires rotated and balanced and to check the brakes. Even though I didn’t buy my tires there, it was recommended by a friend. They called to say that the front rotors were a little warped and recommended machining them. I appreciated that cheaper option rather than just saying they needed to be replaced. Then when they called to say the truck was done, they said there was a problem with their lathe and my rotors were damaged when using it. They said they would be replacing the rotors at no cost. I still expected to pay for the rotation and balance but when I picked up my truck, they said it was all at no charge. This is how you get a customer for life. Great customer service that shows integrity and builds trust. 🤙

Never go to Les Schwab tire they are horrible with horrible services. The first time I took my car to Les Schwab tires was to get tires and wheels put on. They put on my rear wheels and didn’t tighten the left driver side lug nuts that day my wheel fell off, causing me to get into an accident. Today I go to get a nail fixed in my tire that is covered under the warranty. They said they will not replace the tire because I did not follow the exact procedures even though the nails and the sidewall and unplaceable. I have quotes from other tire shop saying that it is unplaceable and they’re saying it’s fixable, which is dangerous Scam people and they still have not paid for my car to get fixed after causing an accident.

Everyone that works here do exceptionally well when it comes to customers service. They have gone above and beyond for me every time I need something. They have stayed late to help me get back on the road . I was heading out of state in an RV and needed two tires before I left at 4am. I got there 30 mins before they closed and they told me they would stay late to help me out. I can't say how much that says about everyone who works here. I highly recommend them for any car service you may need.

It's a long review but it's worth the read.. My wife took her Ford F-350 crew cab dually 4x4 in for what seemed to be a simple alignment and two new front tires. Her appointment was for 10:00 a.m. When she arrived the service technician showed her choice of tires and told her the tires in the alignment would take approximately 2 hours. She agreed upon the price left the truck there and came home. 2 hours came and went without a word. At the 4-Hour Mark we received a phone call that T**y (the tire technician) could not remove the lug nut covers... after a brief conversation with him on the phone I explained to him they are the same as the lug nuts on the wheel, just one size bigger. No special adapter would be required he could use a regular tire removal tool and they would spin right off. He said thank you, and said they would be done before they closed at 6:00 p.m. At 5:35 p.m. we arrived to retrieve the truck figuring it would be done.... and we're quite surprised to see no work had been started, because T**y still could not remove the lug nut covers..??? But they just thread off.. (Note the pictures) What..?? Quite admittedly my wife went quite Karen in their store .... Highly upset that she had waited 8 hours for a truck that was supposed to take 2 hours, and at this point they were going to close and could do nothing. But this is where the story turns around. Eager to make it right , staff offered to do the tires but could not promise they could get the alignment done before they closed. Of course this was unacceptable to my now highly disappointed wife.. "Why would I put new tires on a truck when the alignment is off and it's just going to wear them out twice as fast.?.!."... well she had a good point. And obviously the manager , the sales associates , the girls at the counter , and even the customers still in the store all agreed .. she had a very valid point. Here is where Noah stepped in and made everything right. Offering to make it right even at the cost of his employees staying late to be sure the job was done. At 6:30 p.m. 30 minutes after the store would have closed , we drove away with the new tires and the truck properly aligned. That is the best customer service I have ever seen ... a store having staff stay on overtime , just to make this situation right.... and be more worried about customer satisfaction then the cost of the labor of the men to do the work.! well, THAT is hardly ever seen these days. I'm not sure what to say about T**y, other than I believe he needs a little more training for this job. Quite contrary for Noah.. He calmed my wife down in just 10 minutes, kept his word, completed the job, and turned the whole situation around... if anybody at this location deserves a promotion it's Noah.. and my wife and I both support that decision.!

I arrived early for my 8:00 a.m. appointment (around 7:45 a.m.). Although staff were clearly present inside, the front door remained locked past opening time and was only opened after I turned away from the entrance. There was no proactive acknowledgment of the delay, which immediately set an uncomfortable tone. Once inside, the interaction felt cold and dismissive. I had disclosed at the time of booking—well over a week in advance—that my vehicle is lowered. Rather than addressing this ahead of time or contacting me prior to the appointment, the concern was raised only after I arrived. A worker briefly looked at the vehicle and stated it was "too low," without offering any technical explanation, measurements, equipment limitations, or alternatives. The message was delivered around me and to the clerk rather than directly to me, which I found discourteous. No effort was made to explain why the service could not be performed, suggest another location, or offer an alternative. Feeling that my time was disregarded and that I was not being engaged with professionally, I chose to leave quietly rather than escalate the situation. What stands out to me most—and this is my personal observation— is the contrast with a separate visit by my spouse. She has a fair complexion and was treated with care, patience, and clear communication. Although the shop could not fully service her electric vehicle, staff took the time to explain the limitations and still offered what could be done. She later expressed how different and considerate her experience felt compared to mine. I am a Black man, a U.S. Navy veteran, and a college graduate—someone who believes deeply in the idea that this country is meant to be a place of opportunity, dignity, and equal treatment. I've learned that respect is not something you demand; it's something that's either extended or withheld in small moments. In this case, it felt withheld. Not loudly, not overtly—but quietly, through indifference. That may not have been the intent, but it was the impact. And in a service environment, impact matters. This experience could have been improved with proactive communication prior to the appointment, timely acknowledgment at opening, and a clear, respectful explanation of service limitations delivered directly to the customer. If there is one thing I learned in business school, it is that the customer is a priority and that a place of business should, within reason, always seek fair and reasonable accommodations. For that to happen, a customer must first be acknowledged and spoken to with basic respect. In this case, that foundation was missing, which is why I chose to leave rather than continue a conversation that did not feel mutual or constructive.

Had a bolt in my back right tire and the front left was balding more than the other three. Came in for my appointment to do change out for the full four and was told by the mechanics that I still have more life out of these tires and it’d be pointless to spend $800+ on new ones. They also pulled the bolt out and turns out it was just stuck in the tread lol. Nonetheless, superb customer service and honesty coming from these guys, I fully intend on coming back when it’s time to change them out!

I spoke to Matt on the phone about getting the free trip checker service and made an appointment for the next day. Matt was awesome, he got it done right away, checked out everything, put air in my tires, even fixed my tire pressure sensor all for free. A few months ago, a different car shop in Temecula tried to scare me into buying new tires from them, telling me I was risking my life if I didn't (all I needed was an oil change). They also told me several things were wrong with my car that weren't wrong, and they just wanted to scare me into paying them more money. So I was hesitant to try somewhere new as I didn't know where to find someone I could trust, since I don't know a lot about cars. Matt was very kind, answering all my questions, validating my concerns and helping me feel safe before a long road trip. Highly recommend!

VERY DISAPPOINTED. My wife and I have had an account with Les Schwab Temecula since the store first opened. During the early years, we actively supported and promoted the location, including referring many clients and promoting the store at a local car show event under the original Awesome manager, Scott Borden. Over the years, we have purchased tires, batteries, brakes, and alignments for multiple vehicles. After Scott moved to manage another store, we experienced several service issues, including cosmetic damage to a Porsche wheel during installation, an oil change that was overfilled, and broken wheel studs during a tire installation. At the time, we chose not to escalate these matters. On Saturday, January 31, 2026, I called the store at 2:07 PM to ask about having a battery checked on my Porsche, which is driven infrequently. I was told by an employee named Tobey that the wait was approximately an hour and a half and was advised to come in at 3:30 PM. I arrived at 3:30 PM and checked in at the counter. I was then told the wait would be closer to 5:00 PM. I explained that I was not trying to skip ahead of anyone and left with the intention of returning closer to that time. When I returned at approximately 4:40 PM, the store was still open, but several bay doors were closed and no technicians were actively working in the bays. I asked if someone could perform a battery check, which typically takes one to two minutes. I was told they would not be able to do it. When I expressed concern about the customer service, I was told the employees had families to go home to, even though the store had not yet closed. The interaction was handled in a dismissive manner. Due to time constraints related to caring for my elderly mother on weekends, I could not wait for an extended period. I left and went to O’Reilly Auto Parts, where the battery was tested immediately. Given our long history with this location, this experience was disappointing and has led us to discontinue doing business with Les Schwab Temecula.
