Told me they could not work on my car and that a place needed to be repaired costing me well over $100 had to pay to get it check by a mechanic and they said my car was fine. Really disappointed usually use jiffy lube as my go to place but will be taking my business elsewhere now.

These guys were quick as usual but what i appreciated was the manager showing me everything on his tablet. This is the kind of oil filter, this is the level of coolant, here is what we did according to specs. We topped off this for you. Quick but also thorough is hard to come by. We had a great experience with our oil change. We were able to have some things done that were needed such as tires rotated and a engine flush, there are things with our car we are aware of and they were pointed out to us as a issue, we found it reassuring that they were pointed out in a informative and detailed way. Our transmission needs a good look at and we know this, and the time and referral to a specialist and discussing the car overall with the manager was informative and helpful. Our oil change, engine flush, car vacuumed, and tires rotated was done efficiently. The manager even took time to talk with our son about his interest in cars and what working with jiffy lube is like. Overall it was a great experience and our car is running smooth! Thank you!

I live in Northern California and came in yesterday to replace my front breaks and get an oil change before heading back home. When I arrived, Nathan had me pop the hood, only to discover that I had a coolant leak coming from my radiator. There it was, clear as day, bubbling over the sides and splattering everywhere under the hood of my car. I have an old 97’ Yota and just hit the 200,000 mile marker. As much as I hate to admit it, I love my old dumb car. I bought it used for $1100 in 2016 and since have only invested around $4,000 over the course of 9 years. The whole team here was tremendously thorough, Nathan showed me with a flashlight how much might front brakes had been worn down, along with the original brake rotors entirely worn down due to the friction caused by my brake pads from 200,000 miles of braking. Gerald their mechanic is very friendly and a hard worker, he replaced my radiator and showed me the old one. Andrew took care of things under the hood, and pointed out some minor issues, while Fernando worked the lower bay and pointed out a very small leak. In just 3 hours they received my car, ordered and replaced a new radiator, changed my oil and front brake pads and rotors, replaced my filter, added new coolant & replaced the coolant reservoir, vacuumed the inside of my car and washed the exterior windows. Riding away in my old car never felt so brand new. I highly recommend this very thorough and friendly crew for any repairs mentioned above. You can trust these guys and they gave me an extremely fair price. Salud!

I've been to a couple other locations in the past but this one is really nice with the amount of communication they provide as well as customer service. They speak with each other very clearly so when you are in your car waiting you understand what's happening around you, and they do give some courtesy services that feel like a nice extra touch to make the money feel even more justified. Came in for an oil change, a tire rotation, and to have my tire pressure checked, I called before coming in since I only had about an hour to wait, and Nate was very helpful on the phone and in person. I mentioned that my car was taking a little longer to turn over than usual, and he was able to diagnose immediately that I likely needed a new battery. He had the battery tested, and he was right. I also mentioned my brakes were a little squeaky and he checked those immediately as well, and gave me peace of mind that they looked good. He even came in to let me know that the wear on my tires looked even, and I wouldn’t benefit much from a rotation, and gave me the opportunity to decide if I still wanted to pay for one at this time. They got me out in time, took great care of my car, and were very patient when I decided last minute to change the type of oil for my car. Because I was getting a new battery and an oil change, they were also able to find me a better coupon than the one I had. Overall, I will definitely return to this location and I am grateful for all of the help from all the techs, and the time Nate took to educate me on my car.

Guys left greasy smudges on the door. Leads me to believe they handled my steering wheel with dirty hands and sat on my seat with dirty clothes. It’s a bummer to have any car handled this way but this one is only 5 months old. ***as a follow up, I received a phone call from Nate and he tried to make things right by offering a carwash. I don’t appreciate that my car was left with grease on it, but I do appreciate Nate’s follow up and good customer service in an effort to rectify things so I’ve changed my 2 star review to a 4 star review
