I’ve worked in the automotive industry for over a decade, but since switching careers, it’s been very difficult to find a local shop that I can trust with my vehicles. Every time I have gone in there, they’ve helped me without even spending a dime for small issues so I decided to go ahead and give them a shot with a complete replacement of front suspension components on my Ford F250 the entire experience was excellent from the price to the service they provided. I will definitely keep going back to them in the future.

I came in to get my tire patched and had such a great experience! The team was friendly, professional, and took care of everything quickly. They explained what needed to be done, kept me updated, and had me back on the road in no time. Excellent customer service all around, definitely recommend if you’re looking for a shop that treats you with care and gets the job done right! Shout out especially to the guy that was working at the front, I didn’t catch his name but thanks again!!

I came with my husband to replace 4 tyres . We have been here before had our air conditioning unit replaced 3 months ago . We have had the same manager help us his name is Dakota . He is extremely nice very knowledgeable polite and patient with all my husbands enquiries . We will continue to come to this particular branch even though we live in Murrieta just so we can deal through Dakota . The other staff members are also very nice .

I've been going to Ramona Tire/Evan's Tire for over 15 years for minor service maintenance(oil changes, tires, brakes, etc...), and occasional major service(clutch replacement, transmission/engine repair). They've always done a great job and have been affordable and timely no matter what was being done. If i needed to drop the car off and be somewhere else, they always offer a ride to and from where I need to go (within reason). On top of all of this, they are honest and guarantee their work. I got new tires a few years ago and ran over construction debris on the freeway, a piece so sheet metal caused a 2 inch rupture in the flat that extended to the side wall. When I brought it back in, they replaced the whole tire at no cost. 10/10 service and staff.

*Update: Ramona Tire resolved my issue and replaced my wheel studs and lug nuts at no cost. Repairs seem to be fine and up to standard. Will know more once I drive the vehicle on the freeway for a test drive. Thanks to Ian the manager at Ramona Tire in Temecula for making this right 👍 Came in for an oil change with an appointment. Dropped my truck off at 11:45am for 12pm appointment and service took over 4 hours to complete due to extremely busy day. Didn't mind the wait, but what I did mind was that when my tires were rotated the assistant manager claims my wheel studs and lug nuts were stripped on left front tire. Long story short my wheel is now missing two lug nuts that were not replaced and the wheel studs are completely stripped due to faulty service by technician. Shop claims no blame yet they were able to remove the wheel just fine and it appears my wheels locks WERE NOT utilized to remove the wheels. The blame was placed on previous tire rotation service which was also completed at Ramona Tire in Murrieta, CA. Shop left my truck as is and told me to not drive long distances with faulty wheel studs, what the hell! I was then told they could complete the repair but it would cost $150!!! This is unacceptable and I expect my wheel to be repaired at the shops expense. To make matters worse I was told to return for the repair "for a fee" for damage that they caused. I plan to return after Thanksgiving when the shop reopens but this leaves me without my vehicle for at least two days maybe longer! This needs to be resolved via site manager and Ramona Tire immediately! Person that helped me was Joshua assistant manager at Ramona Tire Temecula and I attached photos of my tire with two missing lug nuts and damaged wheels studs!

The politeness, enthusiasm, and attentive service of the staff at this auto repair shop left a deep impression on me. After completing the services I needed, the mechanic thoughtfully noticed a scar that I had overlooked and helped me repair the damaged area free of charge. This scar had existed for a long time and had been ignored by other repair shops before. They weren't afraid of being troubled; the key point is that they took the initiative to fix this flaw without me even asking for it. This is Will. I was serviced yesterday. Customer Service was good to start things off. All of my concerns for my vehicle were addressed. Explained what they noticed during the vehicle inspection needed taken care of and prioritized each issue accordingly. They worked with me as best as they could with pricing. Finished the job exactly when they said they would be finished. Gave me an Uber ride home and back to their shop to pick my vehicle up when they were done. I believe I have found my new mechanic spot!

Took my Nissan Sentra in for an engine light and oil change. I was quoted $230.00 for troubleshooting the engine light and I nearly fainted. I immediately called pep boys and placed them on speakerphone. I asked for a quote to troubleshoot an engine light on a Nissan Sentra. The pep boys rep responded with $90.00. I thanked him. So I advised Ramona tire I will go to pep boys instead. The Ramona tire guy let me know they will match that pep boys price so I decided to let them do the work. I advised the employee I missed my birthday oil change coupon and he said I can have a Black Friday price which was $29.00. So I left the car with them. To make a long story short all the Nissan needed was new oil to reset the engine light. I also received a tire rotation free. When I picked up my car, Ramona tire waived the trouble shooter fee and only charged me $29.00 plus tax so I was very happy.

Never a bad experience with this group of mechanics at Ramona Tire off Via Rio in Temecula. They discussed all my options and helped set up a scheduled maintenance for our car to be able to safely drive our vehicle while still fixing the small things that need to be fixed without going over our budget. They are friendly and in the 10 years we’ve been bringing our cars to them, we’ve never had an issue.

They do quality work at a reasonable price. Seem competent. My only complaint is they constantly try to up sell you and suggest work that doesn't always need to be done. In some case, yes, they recommend additional work that should be consider, but I have found that their inspection and recommends are not always necessary and oftentimes wrong. As an example, I was told that my sparkplugs needed to be changed, yet not more than a week earlier they were changed by another shop. Obviously they were wrong and didnt didn't know what they were talking about. You cannot always rely on their recommendations.

I have always had such a wonderful experience with Ramona Tire. The associates are always so friendly and they are so efficient at getting things done! However, I had an off-putting visit today. I brought my vehicle in for a wheel alignment with the unlimited plan that I have. Upon picking up my vehicle, I was told that there were 3 recommended services that were due according to manufacturer specifications. It was going to cost over $1000 for them to be done. I’m on a really tight budget, but I was worried about the safety of my little one and me while driving. The associate was gracious in letting me know that it wouldn’t be dangerous to without getting the recommended services and even offered me a discount if I wanted to get them done, which I really appreciated! However, I decided to wait and see if there were maybe any better prices available as a quick Google search showed that the amount I was quoted from Ramona Tire was about twice as much as the services typically cost. I decided to check with another service provider in town, and not only was it going to be about half the cost, but they told me that per the manufacturer specifications, the services weren’t due for another 60,000+ miles. After speaking with them, I also confirmed it with my car’s manual. I probably should’ve been more in the know about what my car needs, and now I am. But, I’m just disappointed that I was almost convinced to spend over a grand when it truly wasn’t necessary yet. I would just appreciate more honesty!
