Came in for an estimate to fix my bumper after I called and was told to come down. I told Consuelo I would be right there. . Nobody was in the front office. Like a ghost town. Finally found someone in the back who was a body guy. Took photos of my car and said the manager would get back to me with a quote. Never called me back. I called to work on pricing and he said he would call me back shortly. Never did. Called the next day and he had no idea who I was or what I needed. I will take my vehicle elsewhere. The manager/owner then texted me after I hung up on him due to his complete lack of customer service. He then texted me and basically said if I had something to say to him to come down to his shop and say it to him personally, which sounded like a threat. GET YOUR SH!T TOGETHER!

I couldn’t recommend this business more. They are absolutely incredible... and HONEST. I walked into the office from just getting another quote at a highly rated shop in town. I was quoted nearly $700 dollars. After the girl at the front (I didn’t catch her name) walked out to provide the estimate, she immediately noticed she could address one of the “scratches” right there. She immediately walked into the shop to grab some stuff to buff the area. After the first try didn’t work, she persisted until she found the solution. The area that actually needs to be repaired is so small and insignificant. She didn’t try to sell services she knew I didn’t need. She recommended a good solution that would save me at least $500. What an amazing business?! This level of integrity and kindness is so hard to find these days. We will forever utilize this shop and recommend them.

I went in to their shop on Monday to get a quote. Scott, the owner, told me the part should be delivered in "a couple days" and that he would call me when it came in. After hearing nothing for days, I called and left a message. My call was never returned. I dropped in on Friday, and mentioned that I had left him a voicemail, but no one had called back. He said, "Oh yeah, I was just getting ready to call you in a few." However, he hadn't asked me my name yet! Then, when he mentioned the part should be in next week, I said, "Thats' fine, but if I leave you a message, I expect a call back (basic customer service)." His response was, " Don't tell me how to do my job!' Going to Faith Auto Body where I should have gone in the first place. Maybe that's why they're one of the biggest shops in town and this place looks like a fold up tent.

5-Star customer experience!! Can't say enough great things about Dant & Scratch Pros in Temecula, CA. I had a fender bender in my mini-van that left the back hatch door dented. I called DSP and right away I could tell how knowledgeable they were on the initial phone call as well as friendly. They invited me to come to their shop to get an estimate on repairs (Dent removal and repaint the back hatch door). The estimate was well written and very fair in price. I set up an appointment and dropped it off. They kept in contact throughout the process with excellent communication. The end result was amazing, couldn't even tell that there had been some damage. 10/10 Highly recommend.
