Brenda scheduled my service appointment. She is not only very sharp but also pleasant and courteous. Ben your Service Advisor at the sign in desk is also just wondeful. Ben made me feel comfortable and took really good and prompt care of me...signing in and out. The estimate of time for my transmission flush was spot on. Your Service Portor handed me my keys, had a smile on his face, laughter in his voice and just a really pleasant man to send me on my way. All in all a very nice experience at Hyundai of Temecula. On a whim, I called the dealership and was connected with James C. Even while stuck in traffic, he was straightforward and honest: he gave me the exact price for the transaction I wanted and corrected some misleading info I'd heard from other dealers about their pull-ahead program. It wasn't the news I hoped for, but it was credible—and he turned out to be 100% right. When I arrived, everything was ready to go—James had the vehicles I wanted pulled up and waiting. We completed the deal at the exact numbers he'd quoted over the phone—no surprises, no haggling, no wasted time. I really appreciated how he respected my schedule and made the process enjoyable instead of stressful. Joann in finance was fantastic too—super easygoing, no pressure tactics, and she had me in and out in under 5 minutes. We’ve bought many vehicles here since 2004 and while we have had some vehicle issues, the staff at TH is great. From the sales team to the service team we’ve been very pleased and can’t imagine going anywhere else. We’ve purchased an Elantra, Vera Cruz, Sonata Turbo, and currently have a Palisade and a hybrid Sante Fe. All top notch vehicles maintained with service from TH. They’ve got us through every stage of life from needing a safe vehicle to haul around car seats to fuel efficient vehicles to get us up and down the freeway commuting to and from work. I’m very happy with the excellent service I received from Matt. I called him to explain my situation and what I needed, and he was able to help me right over the phone. They sold us a Lemon straight off their Lot. I expected more buying Certified Pre-owned, on top of it dealing with their service department has been hell. Constantly picking up the car after they “fixed the leaks” just to take it back. They have had the car for 6 months now and today I still had to return it due to oil leaking all over the top of the motor. The Manager claimed he would “Make it Right” and he has done nothing close to that. Stay away from this dealership

I’ve had basic service here before and remembered it being efficient and straightforward, which is why I came back. This visit was even smoother. Check-in was quick, the front desk was courteous and organized, and my car was ready faster than expected. What really stood out, though, was a small moment while I was waiting. One of the attendants noticed me and asked whether I was waiting for a Lyft or for my car. When I said I was waiting for my car, he came back a moment later and offered to check my service number to make sure everything was on track. He even took the time to show me where to find the number on my paperwork so I’d know for next time. As he was doing that, my car literally rolled up. We both laughed, and he joked that he was good luck. It was a simple interaction, but it made the experience feel genuinely thoughtful rather than transactional. Thank you to Temecula Hyundai for consistently efficient service, and special thanks to that very kind attendant. I wish I’d caught his name, but his attention and friendliness didn’t go unnoticed.

I had a fantastic experience with these guys! As soon as I entered the parking lot they were waiting for me in the service bay. They immediately opened the garage, I drove in and I was immediately greeted by an employee. He grabbed my key and my name and said that a service tech would come inside to chat with me momentarily. I walked inside and it is a beautiful lobby and it has a big area for customers to wait. I was very impressed with the coffee machine and the complementary waters and sodas. It felt very Upscale. Travis was great. Super helpful. Very good with people and very professional. They got me in and out within the time they promised and I was very very happy with the entire experience.

Domingo and James are the best and I highly recommend. I came into the dealership not necessarily sold on buying a car. I told Domingo what i wanted and what type of payment I was looking for and he and James made it happen. He even had white glove service and drove it to our home 2 hours away. Best car buying experience I’ve had.
