I cant lie and say this was the best experience I've had buying a car but in the end Rigo did what he could to make the deal happen and was very helpful and kind. Shawn in finance was very nice, patient and transparent as well. 6 MONTHS LATER UPDATE!!! Since purchasing the Truck I have been back to this dealer about 4 times for upgrades etc nothing was wrong with the truck and every experience has been amazing. The guys and gals in service, parts and actually everyone has been terrific. It seems the initial bad experience I had was 1 person not a reflection of this dealership as a whole. I am beyond happy with the purchase and even happier with the customer service we receive everytime we visit. Quinn in service and Freddie in sales are 2 of my favorites, they have both went above and beyond for me and my wife since the purchase. Rating reflective of a cumulative experiences since 2021. Multiple visits to resolve an intermittent issue. Had to be escalated to GMC Warranty. Repairs costs mostly covered by GMC but I still had to pay out of pocket for whatever reason. In my recent experience with all this, I’d say there is a different attitude and support while the vehicle is within Full Bumper-Bumper warranty. Get beyond that and into Power Train, the line is razor thin and things change. Have not been able to diagnose an issue, have paid out of pocket for both diagnosis and transportation to/from dealership and home). For example: broken valve spring at 2000 miles, dealer kept the truck for ~week and gave me a small SUV no questions asked. Intermittent check engine light- have paid out of pocket for diagnostic service and my own rental car and Uber/ Lyft Rides to/ from dealership (they do offer Uber within a 15 mile radius and I live ~25 away). I have worked with the same Service Manager (Emerson) since day 1 (routine maintenance since truck was new). Generally ok to deal with- communication is good but always seems rushed. The dealership itself is clean and the customer lobby is stocked with coffee station, snacks, and water. The reception staff is always pleasant.

I had a very bad experience with a GMC dealer in Laguna Niguel....much too involved to explain here. I needed to replace my truck which they damaged during a routine oil change. After 2 1/2 months of dealing with them, I gave up. I reached out to Temecula Valley GMC. They had the replacement truck I wanted. I dealt with Moe and Rigo and they treated me with courtesy. They made me a very fair deal and I had my new truck the next day! It was a breath of fresh air dealing with people who put the customer first and do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. I'll definitely be back in the future and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Bought many trucks there throughout the years. Even had my chevys serviced there. Had my 2022 zr2 in there today and they spilled oil all over with no attempt to clean it up. Bolt looks stripped too id be super surprised if its a new bolt. Luckily oil filter seems tight but my lord look at this mess. Truck was smoking and leaking all over my driveway. Shame on this. 13000 miles on the truck. I never post bad reviews but this sucks. Hack job

What an absolute farce from start to finish. Had the displeasure of taking my brand new 2026 Hummer here. Tech misdiagnosed the problem at first (didn't even look at the truck) and said my windshield was damaged... I went home and there was not even a single nick on the windshield. Had to take it back, and it did end up being the windshield for different problems altogether (could have just looked at it the first time). Quinn, my service advisor, was impossible to get in touch with. Really bad at coordinating pickup times. Like pulling teeth to get updates. Still unable to get a response to a voicemail I left asking about the itemization on the repair order. One time, I had to pick up the car on a Saturday, there was a middle-aged man across from the desk. Me: I'm here to pick up my Hummer Him: Were you told what was wrong with it? Me: It's the windshield, correct? Him: Scoffed, shook his head, laughed. And then went to grab the keys and handed them to me. Didn't answer, waved me off. What a weird conversation dude. Flat out weird. When I was told the windshield had finally arrived, I drove nearly an hour to drop the truck off. When I got there, I got the response of "oops, the part actually has not arrived." What? Insult to injury, they appeared to have left a ding after replacing the windshield when it did actually arrive. Icing on the cake - never had a loaner available at all in all the times I had to take it in. Glad I'm paying for a brand new 6 figure truck and you shove me into a smelly Malibu from Enterprise with 50k miles. And your check in kiosks are stupid. Why pull in and have a person ask me the odometer and whats wrong, and then walk me over to a kiosk 2 feet away and have to manually re enter that information. Entire operation here is flat out absurd. I've seen a McDonalds run tighter than this dealer. Hope I never have to step in here again.
