I was early and sat in my car for 35 minutes. It would have been longer had I not said I was going to be late for work. They don’t offer ride’s anymore, so my wife followed me there. She had to leave and take my daughter to an appointment. When I got to the counter Cameron was not helpful. I had a check engine light for a crankcase sensor. He said it would be $165 dollars to diagnose it and would let me know between 2 and 4. After asking if it would be fixed then he said that they don’t have the part and would have to keep it over the weekend. He also refused to check on the warranty status to see if it was covered. I told him that I couldn’t leave the car over the weekend. He wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule. Haha….NO. To be fair I bought my truck from them and they were very nice. The service system set up was not up to par. Please fix that. Not sure how you got so many stars. Maybe it was a bad day; I hope.

We've had so many different issues with Ford services for our F150. But this last incident is really what is making us very upset. I had taken my husbands F150 truck in on Thursday to get a simple or oil change. The gentleman who was helping me I believe his name was Nick told us that his service guys said that we had a coolant leak and that we need to address it right away. I called my husband and told him about it. He then called one of our local repair shop guys to get the truck in on Monday. When my husband had popped open the trunk when he had gotten home that Thursday he noticed that his air filter was completely off. When he had called and spoke to Nick about it Nick knew nothing of it. He said that if we needed to have it changed the service guys would’ve told him and he was not included in my paperwork. He said since his air filter was an aftermarket thing they wouldn’t have touched it. And then my husband asked why was it off then? Nick did not have an answer for that nor did he contact my husband afterwards to explain. We brought our truck to another repair shop and had them do the testing to see if our cool it was leaking and they couldn’t find any leakage of any sort. When I had asked Nick where was it leaking from he couldn’t tell me and he told us that he would have to run a diagnostic test which was going to cost me about $200 to run to find out where it was leaking from. I’m very disappointed in Ford that they would do something like this! We work really hard for our money and we take our truck there to trust them to do the right thing and it turns out they are not doing it at all! They are all in it just for the money! So now I’m no longer going to support Ford and going to look for a small local company to bring all my repairs too! If I can give a place a negative star this place would definitely get it!

Best place to bring you're Ford. They arent just trying to slip money from you,they actually listen and give a fair price. Brought my car in for a Sync audio fix and what would have been 180$ was waived because it was such a simple fix. This place will always have my business. Would give zero starts if possible. Honestly more like negative stars. This place is trash. I would NEVER recommend this service department. Brought my car in on September 4th to have recalls done, and something was going on with the transmission. After having my car for 5 WEEKS, with barley any communication unless my husband or I called. We got the car back and noticed it was still doing the same things we brought it in for. Called other ford dealerships to look at it but since we brought it to this one they stated we needed it bring it back. We brought it back October 24th and still to this day....3 weeks later they still have it. With no answers of what's happening. Service manager has done nothing. We barely have gotten a call back from her. Avoid this place if possible, I have no clue how they are still in business.

My appointment was at 10:45 am , my SUV got into service area at 12:30 pm , unreal!!!!! guy Joseph tells me the 10:45 is the check in time , ...two houars check in?? are they out of their mind? , I got other stuff to do then sitting in a chair for 3 houars , extremely inconvenient , I purchased my car here 4 years ago , I service two cars at this location , this is Not the first time this has happened , I expect to check in and get the car into service area at my assigned appointment time. Update: For the length they gave me a complement oil change which was very nice.

Awesome service today (as usual). Chris Vecchi, Gary (concierge driver) & of course Rachel (Manager) delivered TOP NOTCH customer (& vehicle) service. The pick up & drop off service was so wonderful, and allowed me to get other pressing matters done. The texts, calls & overall communication of my service advisor Chris, Gary & Rachel eased my mind & truly took any concern away. Got new brakes, fluid, and sway bar links, which were all installed perfectly to factory specs. The technician even found what was causing this annoying noise (that was misdiagnosed elsewhere & continued to bother me). So I went ahead and let them fix that too, since they were doing such an excellent job already! My car was returned clean, and no more squeak, hum, clunk or rattle. Thank you Chris, Gary & Rachel for taking care of our family vehicle & treating us like your family.

We recently used Gosch Ford Temecula's mobile service, meaning instead of dropping off you car at the dealership for service, they come to you. Our service tech was Dante and he was OUTSTANDING. He got our oil change and tire rotation, and inspection done in just under an hour, was supremely friendly and professional, and during his inspection let us know our engine air filter and cabin air filters should be replaced, and that our brakes and tires were still in great shape. Just outstanding, honest service. Highly recommend their mobile service.

I have my truck serviced there a couple of days ago. Everything was supposed to be okay. I picked up my truck ran some errands and one home. I put about 35 or so miles on it. Next morning the truck didn't start I contacted Joseph in service and let him know what's going on. He never got back with me. The communication with this dealership was awful. They don't even have the decency to let me know what's going on and communicate with me.

So the dealership constantly ask for your experience and ask for review's both the service paperwork and billboards in the wait room. Alright ill give a review. Generally speaking I've came to Temecula service center since the center in Escondido is subpar since buying my truck in 2022. For general maintenance and oil changes the service has been good, not great but good enough where I can take a two hour wait for oil and tires rotated. Today was a little different I had dropped my truck off for a couple recalls since my truck needed couple done, alright no Biggy leave overnight get it done. Well it took overnight and into the afternoon. The first thing when getting to the dealership I was greeted and asked If was to pick up my truck. They ask name and found paperwork and " a key". Whoops! wrong key so I got a random bronco key, my key is a maverick so had to wait for them to find my keys. Finally I get the correct keys for my truck. And Whoops! the driver side seatbelt is now broken and wont work. When I go back into the building they acted as if I was some stranger and wanted me to wait overnight to fix it, "Yeah Right," I generally don't get annoyed but getting told this right after Ford had for a day and didn't understand they disabled the retract mechanism kinda irked me. After 15mins they fix it and send me on my way. When I got home I noticed a couple things that just tells me they really don't care about keeping it clean anymore. Spots where the dirty tools touched the trim, trim pieces incorrectly installed, and dirty shoes stepping on the side decks of the truck. I don't have anyone that rides with me and I don't step up on my trucks sides. If anything is to take away from this. Is the dealership needs to slow down and pay attention to the details. I don't want a bad experience and the dealership probably doesn't want to waste company time from easy to fix mistakes.

I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time (and 10 minutes before they opened) and I was quickly greeted! they knew who I was and had the keys to the loaner car in hand and I was quickly on my way home. I am so grateful for the great service I was given, and I loved how they take care of educators. I got an oil change, a full inspection, and my tires rotated. They sent me a video going over everything they found in the inspection, fluids they topped off, the details for the oil change, and other specifics on what needs to be watched and fixed next (need brakes soon). Writers are great but the mechanics are hit and miss. You will almost always have a day or 2 lead time until your vehicle is seen for repairs and hope Parts are available. Even normal maintenance parts. Others have said lack of communication which internally is very apparrnt. With the amount of fords here, this shop should easily be twice the size. Although labor os overpriced its probably the going rate

I've been using Gosh Ford Service Dept for all my maintenance needs for a while and never had an issue until recently. I took my vehicle in a few weeks ago due to a noise in one of the rear wheels. They told me it was going to take 1 week due to the fact that they needed to order the part, this seemed reasonable to me. After 1 week I called and they told me they needed another week and they did this again after another week. I believe the issue comes from bad communication from their employees. I had Raymond as my service rep. I ended up contacting Rachelle Long, the manager, and she was able to get ny vehicle serviced right away. I dont really have a complain about the service itself but definitely they need to train their employees to communicate better and if there are any issues I recommend talking with Rachelle as she will make sure that everything gets done.
