They are probably the most trustworthy and experienced repair shop with the fastest turnaround time in Akron. They work on your car immediately and get results same day with constant updates on the service work. The hourly rate may be 20% higher than an independent auto repair shop but considering they have BMW parts in stock and their work is more complete and efficient I think it’s worth saving the time and hassle of trying to get it done somewhere else. For example: I will never again take my car to Autobahn after wasting thousands on needless repairs at other shops. Alexandria is also an amazing service advisor which makes everything so much easier. She’s a great listener and makes sure your concerns are addressed by the technicians.

I have owned few BMWs recently and always enjoyed the brand and the engineering. I finally convinced my wife to drive one and purchased a used X3 28D X-Line for her assuring her a great driving experience. While I typically work on my own autos and equipment I still appreciate having preventative maintenance done by qualified professionals. That said the local dealership closest to us left my wife feeling more of a burden than a customer because she didn’t purchase her vehicle there or have the current model year. ENTER BMW OF AKRON! I had heard very positive feedback and scheduled an oil change before a road trip to New York state. Not only did Jacob and the rest of the professionals there make us (and more importantly my wife) feel welcome they did a fantastic job of providing quality service and recommendations. While waiting in the customer area I witnessed some very nice examples of older BMW models (1970’s) come into the service department and receive the same treatment as if they were coming in for the first scheduled oil change. We left with such confidence in the service we chose to put the X3 through it’s paces at Watkins Glenn Speedway while on our trip a day later! I am a customer for life and can’t say enough to pay the team at BMW of Akron the credit they deserve. Thank you!

Unpleasantly surprised. They do not respond to emails or text messages or anything of the kind. I also don't know why I expected more from a BMW dealership, but what a let down. You're selling very high-end Vehicles so you shouldn't look like walking Phoenix from the movie The Joker. That being said, We've been in the process of buying a car since last Saturday for my son. Listening to David talk to my husband this morning put a very sour taste in my mouth. What a level of disrespect. He's lucky that my husband was the one who was dealing with the whole beginning part of the process because I would have walked away immediately not just from the car but from the customer service. I almost wish my son did not have his heart set on this car. David the rep who helped my husband was probably the most unprofessional person I have ever met at a dealership in my entire life. It also came across that he was very uncomfortable talking to a woman especially when she's picking out flaws and potential things they did not disclose on a car that we are buying. And there was so much more than what I'm saying right now. Also I do not appreciate being called kiddo. I don't care if your boss calls you that you don't call a client that, it's disrespectful. As for the car, we will see

I’m embarrassed to admit I purchased my brand new 2024 BMW x5 here. They took advantage of a woman (with autism spectrum disorder) who had just lost her mother. The sales department does not care about you as person. I will say, Jake, in service is ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️. He cares about you and is amazing. Take your brand new BMW here. But don’t purchase one from here if you’re a woman.

I ordered and purchased my first BMW through BMW of Akron, and I must say it was an excellent experience. My client advisor, Justin Bisconti, was very easy to work with to place a custom order for a 2025 BMW 540i. It's refreshing to encounter a dealership that is customer focused, no nonsense, and simply there to help you get what you want at a reasonable price point. I can't recommend Justin or the dealership enough and will most assuredly return when I'm ready for my next one. Becky McKnight made the finance process quick, efficient and oh so easy. Also, kudos to Josh H. my BMW Genius for making my BMW tutorial a fun experience, with lots of humor, laughing, and great information!

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE AT THIS STORE SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR CARS. They will sell you a car that they bubble gummed a coolant leak together on. They will sell unsafe used vehicles. Never buy a used car from this dealer. David was so proud to sell a car with mismatched tires that are 8 years old they know nothing about cars!!

got there for my 1994 e36 for an oil change, they didn’t have the exact oil filter for my vehicle and we rescheduled it for next week. but even if they didn’t have my oil filter, they inspect my car, sent me a video about what my car needs and plus they hand washed my car. What i paid? NOTHING! they did it for free! I mean this makes you feel that they care about their customers! they give the best service! definitely gonna come back! Great experience buying a vehicle. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was kind and helpful. Even ran into a mechanic at coffee machine and he helped me with getting my coffee. The sales staff was quick to respond to my wife’s questions on line which was ultimately what convinced us to drive Akron BMW when we had 3 dealerships closer we could have went too. Terrible experience with this BMW dealership! Deception and unethical. Spent over an hour negotiating a car purchase as a surprise for my wife. During the negotiation process, I made it clear not once or twice, but several times that this vehicle needs to be purchased under my company, and I was to be a guarantor (which does not affect my personal credit) I was told repeatedly that would not be a problem. (several cars leased and purchased this way) As planned, I brought my wife later that evening to surprise her with a new vehicle, which was covered with a ribbon on top. As she was going over with the genius on the functions of the vehicle, I was finalizing the paperwork. upon signing the paperwork. I realized that there was something not right and I asked am I signing as a cosigner or a guarantor? I was told that I was signing as a cosigner. So this dealership was going to let me fill out all of this paperwork and purchase this vehicle, knowing that my personal credit would be affected (If you own a business, then you will understand) Needless to say, I told my wife that we were leaving without the car. To say this was Heartbreaking and emotional is an understatement and this dealership put me in this position . This dealership will never Receive my business ever. And I will do my best to make sure that My experience is shared.

I strongly recommend staying away from this dealership. This was easily the most dishonest and exhausting car-buying experience I have ever had. I drove three hours from out of state after discussing a trade-in in advance. Once I arrived, they refused to provide a reasonable offer and instead lowballed my trade by over 30% compared to Carvana and CarMax. There was no real negotiation, just pressure after I had already invested the time and travel. I walked to CarMax nearby, sold the same car immediately for over 30% more, and received a check on the spot. The financing process felt intentionally misleading. Loan terms were written longer than I requested at an extremely high interest rate, and pricing was avoided until paperwork was in front of me. I was also told I could not refinance for eight months, which was not in the contract and later proved to be false. I ultimately paid cash just to escape the process, refinanced elsewhere, and saved over $10,000. The only reason I completed the purchase at all was because the car was a rare model. If it were not, I would have walked out without hesitation. In my opinion, this dealership relies on pressure and misinformation rather than transparency, and I would never do business with them again.

Buyers Beware - The dealership will be great during the process of the sale. However, hopefully you do not need anything addressed after. I recently purchased a $150,000 car from them, along with listing my trade for $16,000 more than they gave me. So, one would think when you pay the $4000 for paint protection film on the car and it gets delivered with the film job being horrible, they would back you up on it getting redone locally. They didn’t. Offered a partial refund. Now I’m out having to get the film redone again out of pocket. Even the film shop agreed it wasn’t done right because they were rushed by the dealership. I was treated like a nobody after the sale when trying to get the issue addressed. Pictures attached, this is a brand new car.
