I recently purchased a 2025 BMW X7 from BMW of Beaumont and my experience raised serious concerns about how certain charges were presented during the sales process. The primary issue involved a product called “Care Free Paint.” When I told the sales team that I did not want this add-on, I was informed that it was mandatory in order to purchase the vehicle. Because I live out of state, the dealership sent the final purchase documents to be signed and notarized locally. When reviewing those documents, they clearly stated that the “Care Free Paint” product was optional and not required to complete the sale. This was also a very expensive add-on ($899), so being told it was mandatory and then receiving official paperwork stating it was optional was extremely concerning. This contradiction between what I was told during the sales process and what was written in the documents is the main reason I am leaving this review. There were also additional issues during the transaction. The vehicle was originally advertised with approximately 14,483 miles, but when it was delivered it had over 600 additional miles. Since this was sold as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and warranties are mileage-based, the additional mileage raised concerns. Additionally, the dealership initially attempted to charge me for window tint on a used vehicle that was already tinted. That charge was only removed after I questioned it. I made multiple attempts to resolve these issues directly with dealership management and also attempted to address the situation through BMW North America before leaving this review, but unfortunately I was unable to reach a meaningful resolution. Accurate and transparent representation of optional products during a vehicle purchase is extremely important, and situations like this are why buyers should carefully review all documentation before signing. If dealership leadership would like to address these concerns and resolve the issue, I would welcome the opportunity to discuss it directly.

I have owned many BMW's, purchased from many BMW dealerships around Texas. This was by far the worst buying experience I have ever had. My saleswoman failed to properly install the license plates on my vehicle which fell off on my way home. To this day I have never heard any follow-up or apology from the salewoman Koi. It took over four weeks to get my new plates sent and even after properly notifying them of the exact address they should be sent to, they still sent them to the wrong address three hours away. They didn't even express ship them, allowing me to drive around for weeks without plates on my new purchase. I understand mistakes happen but I never got even as little as follow-up/apology from the saleswoman Koi or the Manager. I always spread the good word of my BMW buying experience and promote it to friends and colleagues. I will be doing the opposite after this poor experience that makes me question the exceptional BMW buying experience that I have always had in the 20+ purchases I have had previous.

They want you to leave with a new car. Negotiating and caring is key. They did that. Got a great lease deal on a demo X3 with M-sport package which was a requirement for me. They gave me what i wanted for my trade with some negotiating. Jace, my sells advisor, was caring and diligent in trying everything he could think of to get me in a new car even though i didn't need one. They made it impossible not to buy a new car, which is an excellent business model in my opinion. Destiny, the BMW genius, was very nice and knowledgeable in her craft. Everyone was easy to talk to and personable. Mya and Kim my service advisors communicated and answered my questions quickly and efficiently. All around a decent buying experience minus the usual "waiting for signing" think we all go through at some point when buying a car that will most likely get better once their building is done being renovated. I'll definitely buy another BMW from Jace even though they are 2.5 hours away from me. Go see him.
