Surprised that they have any positive reviews after our experience today. Told us that the service was covered when we booked the appt, then tried to squeeze us for $800 when we dropped it off - apparently Vista is known for this type of behavior. To add, the lady who checked us in (blonde hair, middle aged) couldn't have cared less about us or her job. We've purchased several cars from Vista and have never had a good experience - shame on us for having any faith that their quality of service represents BMW appropriately.

My Disappointing Experience Bmw of pompano beach service center My name is Kazım Okan Civelek, and I want to share my experience with BMW service so that others can be aware. I always believed that all BMW service centers would provide the same quality of service, but I learned the hard way that this is not the case. On February 28th, I scheduled an oil change appointment at BMW Fort Lauderdale since my vehicle’s oil change was covered under warranty. During the oil change, they also performed a multi-inspection and informed me (with a detailed video) that my drive belt needed to be replaced. The professionalism of the service team at Fort Lauderdale was outstanding. They were transparent, explained everything properly, and gave me a fair quote of around $250 for the drive belt replacement. However, since I didn’t have the budget for it at that moment, I decided to postpone it. The oil change was done free of charge, my car was washed for free, and I left the service center completely satisfied. On March 10th, I finally decided to get the drive belt replacement done. Since I live closer to Pompano Beach, I thought it would be more convenient to go to the BMW Pompano Beach Service Center, assuming I would receive the same high-quality service. This turned out to be a huge mistake. Normally, I schedule my service appointments through the BMW app, but the app was not working at the time. So, I called BMW Pompano Beach, but I couldn’t get clear information over the phone. Because of this, I decided to drive there in person. When I arrived, I was greeted by an employee named Ronald Bunyi. The service center was empty, yet he was dismissive and unprofessional from the start. Unlike BMW Fort Lauderdale, he did not even offer me a seat; instead, he sat at his desk while I had to stand the entire time. I explained everything in detail—that I had a multi-inspection at Fort Lauderdale on February 28th, was told that my drive belt needed replacement, and that I was here because it was closer to my home. I also mentioned that I was unable to book an appointment due to the BMW app not working. His response was disappointing. He told me there was no availability and that they could not help me that day. I then asked him for a price quote so I could schedule an appointment for another day, assuming the cost would be similar to what I was quoted at Fort Lauderdale. He told me to wait in the guest area, and he would get back to me. While waiting, I called BMW Fort Lauderdale because I was already feeling uncomfortable with the poor customer service at Pompano Beach. 30 minutes later, Ronald Bunyi returned with a business card. On the back of the card, he had written by hand: “$955.94 + tax.” I was shocked. I immediately asked why the same service and part was priced at $955.94 at Pompano Beach while Fort Lauderdale had quoted me only $252.89. He could not provide an explanation and simply said, “This is the price I’m giving you.” Once again, he made no effort to offer me a seat or provide any detailed reasoning for the outrageous price difference. I Immediately Left & Went Back to BMW Fort Lauderdale I was so frustrated that I immediately left and drove straight to BMW Fort Lauderdale. When I arrived, they took my car in right away, changed the drive belt in just 1 hour, and charged me only $252.89—exactly as they had quoted before. They even washed my car for free, and I left the service center feeling happy and well taken care of. After this experience, I can confidently say that BMW Pompano Beach does not deserve your business. The service quality and customer experience at BMW Fort Lauderdale is FAR superior to Pompano No matter how far a great service center is, NEVER settle for poor service! I am sharing this experience to warn other BMW owners. It is completely unacceptable for a brand like BMW to allow such a poor level of service at one of their locations. I will be posting this review on BMW Pompano Beach’s Google Reviews so that everyone is aware of their outrageous pricing and terrible customer service.

These guys do a great job. They’re easy to work with responsive and they take care of their customers. I’ve been a customer for three or four years now and I’m very satisfied with the level of service. The prices are high, but that’s BMW.

Went there today for an oil change and the service was perfect! Last week I went to the BMW of Coconut Creek and it was terrible, they didn’t want to do the oil change under the warranty, even though it’s been 2 years since the last change. So I called the BMW of Pompano and talked to Michael Fine and explained everything that happened to me at the other location and he was very nice and took care of everything, they did more than just the oil change and everything was really fast compared to the other location I went. I’ll definitely come back to this BMW if I need any service in the future! Thank you so much!

This review is specific for Andres Gutierrez, who was (thankfully) our service advisor. He delivered the kind of attentive, professional service you'd expect from a luxury brand like BMW. He kept us updated, escalated issues when delays arose, and ultimately ensured our problem was resolved -- something that would not have happened as smoothly without his involvement. The dealership is lucky to have him on their team. That said, the overall service process took far longer than it should have. Our car sat in the lot for three days without being inspected -- which we saw through our vehicle's remote camera feature -- and we received little communication until we pressed for daily updates. Fortunately, Andres (who happened to be out for several days due a family emergency) was the reason any progress happened at all. P.S. At least we weren't stuck with a compact loaner all day only to return and find our car untouched, which we experienced at another nearby BMW dealership. Credit where credit is due -- Andres made sure the job was done right and deserves recognition for it.
