We moved from Long Island, NY where I used a Jeep specialist mechanic who was excellent. Here, I had to go to the local Jeep dealer for one repair and the cost was ridiculously high plus they returned the car with the air conditioner not working! I had to bring it back and they apologized! I looked for a Jeep specialist down here and found Brandon. I gave him my 2007 grand Cherokee and he found all the problems that needed repair. The cost was high but the repairs were excellent. The car rides like new despite 152,000 miles. A few days Later the check engine light lit. They fixed it but a few days later it came on again for a different issue and they fixed it for free. They did right by me!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Brandon's Truck and Auto for some much-needed repairs on my Jeep, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I had a no start issue, for which I first took my Ford Escape to another auto shop. That shop was unable to diagnosis the problem and basically threw up their hands and gave up. After this, I did some research on the internet and landed on Brandon's. I brought my Escape to him and was mot disappointed. I was initially impressed with the clean and well-organized shop as well as Brandon's assurance that they could fix my vehicle. I was extremely satisfied with their expertise. They diagnosed and repaired my Escape in less than half a day. This will be my go-to shop and it should by yours too.

Hands down best place to take your jeep. Have a 2017 JK and they take great care of my jeep. It's unusual to find an honest and fair repair/maintenance place. Brandon went from being trust worthy to the exact opposite!. Brandon charged excessive hours for work not performed for a insurance claim through state farm. I was not warned of his charges until it was completed and he basically held my jeep for ransom.He was paid for the job and knew I was taken advantage of. A couple weeks later the grill started chipping so I returned it to him,I was told by brandon that I damaged the grill and he charged me & used my card when I wasn't even at his shop. I called his paint shop and spoke to them and they said THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR THE REPAINT!!!. Brandon you got caught .Brandon you have become a shady business man and your greed has wrecked our 10 years. I will never use you again or refer anyone to your crooked shop!!!! I wish there was more space to tell more of what brandon does at his shop! Here are some pictures of thin paint work that is chipping everywhere and where they scratched rollbar!Do not trust this CONMAN !

Brandon is a Jeep veteran and knows his stuff. His team is amazing and super professional. Hendrick his right hand man is incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating to no end. I got my 16’ JKU Lifted with some suspension work, brakes and just today got an amazing deal in wheels and tires. Brandon test drives your ride and personally sees to it that the work is superb. Recently brought my pride and joy of a truck in for some much needed dialing in, alignment wise after removing a big lift from the truck. Brandon and his crew are top tier. My truck literally has never driven as amazing as it does now. I do all of my own work and some things you just have to leave to the professionals with the right tools and equipment to do. The shop cleanliness the customer service and the professionalism is unmatched. Highly recommend this shop for any auto repair but definitely for the lifted trucks or big trucks that need to drive like a normal ride not a hay wagon!

I recently installed a 3.5 inch Clayton lift on my 2023 Jeep Wrangler 392 and needed to get the alignment and pinion angles checked out. I'm very particular about who works on my vehicles and did quite a bit of research on local shops before choosing Brandon's. After calling and speaking with Brandon, I knew it was the right place to bring the Jeep. Brandon and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. It's immediately clear that they know what they're doing. The cost for the alignment was also very fair. If you have a Jeep and want it serviced by a shop that specializes and knows about Jeeps, this is the place to take it.

These guys are awesome!! Brandon and Hendrick. Being a female its never easy going to an auto repair shop. And these guys are honest and kind. They have fixed issues I have had from other auto repair shops and recently just an old jeep that needed some major repairs (spark plugs, sensor issues etc) to keep running as great as it looks. It’s the ONLY place in Florida I will take my Jeep to no matter the issue from now on.

I tried to do this in two posts but it kept bringing me back to this one, so I'll put it all here. I brought my 2020 JT to Brandon for some prep work for this year's Jeeping with Judd event. I had only had it for 6 months had already addressed some quality of work issues by the previous owner. While it was there for gear work Brandon felt something was off with the steering. On further inspection he noticed that the previous owner had chosen not to reinforce the steering box properly for the added stress of the wheel upgrades. Instead of noting the deficiency as a recommendation to fix later on a receipt like many other shops do, and merely addressing the primary reason i brought it there, his experience and tenacity to not let something go that's just isn't right was validated when he found severe structural frame damage hidden behind the steering box. The potential for catastrophic front end steering system failure on the trail was certain. The fix was extensive and outside the intended timeline of attention my jeep was supposed to have needed, but he would not allow something to go out unsafe. After welding the frame and fabricating a support followed by more welding, repainting and realigning the front end, all his hard work blends in like it was factory but the improvement in driving steering and stability is immeasurable. What you see in the picture showing the top of my jeep is it running down a trail at a 33 degree off camber tilt and the steering is stable and solid. But what you can't see is the rest of my family and kids also in the jeep that may not have been here today had I hit the trail with a broken frame that was barley supporting the steering box and trackbar. Years of experience produces amazing work by these amazing people. It is hard enough just to find a mechanic who cares about his work, let alone someone who cares about the customer enough to forgo what was asked to do what was needed. And after most likely saving our lives, to be charged a reasonable price for this exceptional work was an unexpected bonus. Why would you trust your Jeep anywhere or to anyone else?

I had a great first time experience at Brandon’s Auto & Truck Sales & Service! They were a one stop shop for me to have my Jeep’s headlights replaced, aftermarket stereo wiring corrected, and check engine light checked. They had great options in stock for the headlights, everyone I interacted with was really personable and kind, and cost was reasonable!
