Auto service manager was not helpful to locate my information in his system in order to benefit road hazard. He did not make any effort to search and give me a solution. I don't recommend this location at all Instead I drove to another Walmart auto service and the staff resolved the missing information in there system.

Ordered tires online received a email saying they were canceled with no explanation. I called the Walmart they were ordered to first thing in the morning and reached nobody. Finally reached a woman at the front desk to be told I have to come in the store or go back online because automotive doesn’t have a phone line. I then asked for a member of management she told me that there were no managers today. Sitting in disbelief I asked is there any one who may be able to help with my order? The woman hung up the phone on me. Now I’m out $403 have no tires that I ordered and can’t even reach anyone. I’m done with Walmart!!!!

Good quick service. We bought our boy a battery here and it was very easy in and out. Customer service is very well-trained because we need a special battery and they are quick to look it up in tell us right one. This battery would have cost double the price anywhere else other than Walmart. Great convenient location in proximity to our boys lives. Will definitely need visit this Walmart again when we go to visit.

I could go into about three different areas, but I’ll just leave it at they need to have an agent that is more agile walk at a snails face and doesn’t speak so softly while wearing a mask. Also, she could bring the attitude level that she had with every single customer, including me down about four notches. Seriously this is your front line? This is the first person from your department at the public is faced with?

Horrible. Went for an oil change, after waiting an hour, was told my service was "canecelled" because they couldn't remove the oil filter. Took it down the street to an oil change place, in and out in 30 minutes. I guess they didn't want to change my oil so they made me wait an hour. As always, Walmart sucks.

If I can give -10 stars I would but I can’t, if you wanna waste your time and day doing NOTHING then come here. They told me 1 hour an 45 minutes for a simple oil change, waited 3 hours just to find out that they did NOTHING. What a waste of time

I just ordered a few tires and came to pick them up the next day and I had to wait over an hour just to pick up 4 tires that I ordered and ready to pick up the day before! Never do any services here they gonna take your whole day and not even done.

Going over a 2015 Kia (with an oil light)that got an oil change BY THIS WALMART SERVICE CENTER 4 months (less than 2,000 miles). No oil leaks and less than a quart of oil drained from it. I get it Kia is junk (less than 90k) but if you're just going to slap a crappy Fram vehicle on a car can you AT LEAST put the right amount of oil in it!!! Don't get an oil change here! Get a decent oil change elsewhere!! It's way cheaper than buying another engine.

I have been a retail manager with high customer service skills for about 20 years. I just added stars because of the service manager Lincoln, which was the only one showing high customer service standards. I had to go to work and my battery was dead this. I arrive to Walmart in Pompano because they had in the past given me great service. I was just trying to ask them for the service and two of the guys working in the cars approach was aggressive and not polite at all. They send me to park and said they will help me turn the car back on later. I felt already frustrated, parked my car and went inside and did the line. When I approached the register I was neither welcome nor greeted and she just asked what I needed. I was going to respond and mention battery service and she interrupted saying “it’s one hour an a half”. I said ok but… and I was going to explain her I was in my way to work and it was just a battery she did not even let me talk, repeated is an hour an a half and I just left. I came out and ask them to please help me start my car and they gave me an attitude again and took forever. I went back inside Walmart Service Center and asked for the store manager. The service manager immediately react and said finally how I can assist you? Right there I felt someone cared and I calm down. I explained him the whole situation and he immediately looked into the best options to assist me. If it wasn’t for him I was going to leave somewhere else and give not stars at all review. He is just himself a 5 stars, I believe his name was Lincoln. The cashier did not have a tag at all and never apologized. The other 2 guys didn’t either apologize. When I was back at the register paying for the purchase and service she was again not pleasant at all and when I asked for change for a tip to the guy that fix my car, she denied she can open the register. I immediately asked the manager for change he said she can give you change and I said, no she denied it. He went himself to give me change and I said, thank you I really appreciate your help. You did a great job assisting me and I will give a review to you but also one to your employees because she has not be professional at all. Today, I removed the two extra stars because I had to go to Advance Auto Parts to get fixed and done properly the installation of a battery Walmart did completely unacceptable. They couldn’t believe how Walmart did the job and they asked me how they let me go so unsafe.

Had a 2pm appointment was told by Kristi any minute theyll pull my car in, no longer than 1 to 1.5 hours. Come back 1.5 hour later the car is still sitting outside. Shop manager Rohan states he couldn't find the car. The car that was sitting in the designated area for cars waiting to be serviced. They tried so hard. I literally walked over with Kristal to get the info from my vehicle to where the car was parked. With an appointment my car didn't even get looked at till 1.5 hours later cause he couldn't find the car didn't ask anyone just skipped over my car and kept on. Shop Manager Rohan Make sure you stay and babysit there every move cause they are literally incapable of finding a car that is starting then in the face.

The whole system is broken. Only 3 of my 4 tires were delivered yet no notification that it was delayed. Still got my appointment confirmation text. They had the same tire in stock, but weren’t able to use that instead. Then it took 45 minutes for them to track down the “manager” Chris. He also was no help. His only solution was cancel my order and repay in store for the same tires and then wait 7-10 business days for my refund to process so I’m out $1,000 in this economy. Will not be returning here for tires

The worst place possible to change oil. I waited four hours. The manager did not care. His name is Lincoln. Finally when they start working on my car the technician came up to me and ask me what oil should he use? I videotape the whole thing he couldn’t even unscrew the cup to drain the oil. It took him half an hour. After draining the oil, she came up to me and said that they don’t have the synthetic oil which was sitting on the shelf and asked me what oil should he put in? This is how you train your workers. I’m hoping my car is not damaged and he put the right oil in. I would not recommend for anyone to go to this place.

Extremely Disappointed and Concerned Took my Volkswagen Jetta in for a basic oil change, and within a mile of leaving, my car began smoking from both the engine and exhaust. The vehicle was running rough, and I immediately returned to the shop. What followed was chaotic and unprofessional: No one could give me a clear answer. The manager and lead technician kept pointing fingers at each other. Eventually, they claimed oil had been spilled into the intake, but even that explanation seemed unclear. No real accountability or communication was offered. The team was disorganized, and no one seemed to know what to do. I insisted on a written report, which I did receive, but even that felt incomplete or questionable. Although the smoking has since stopped, a warning code remains on my dash, and I’m left wondering whether long-term damage was done to my vehicle. What should have been a quick service turned into a stressful and potentially damaging ordeal. After researching, I’ve noticed similar complaints about this location — this seems to be a pattern, not a one-time mistake. Be extremely cautious bringing your car here. I will not be returning.

The staff at this location is great. From the guy doing the check-in, in my case Adrian, to the guys doing the work, in my case tech Wolf C., to the service manager (whose name escapes me, sorry my guy). I went in for a full-set tire change. First off, the Walmart price for the Bridgestone Turanza was excellent, lower than everywhere else, and installation was just $20/tire, which is about half what other places charge around here. All four of the TPMS needed to be replaced, so knowing that I bought my own for a much lower cost than the OEM (Walmart's price for the parts wasn't unreasonable, but still more than what I paid for the entire set). I asked nicely if they would just swap out the old TPMS sensors during the tire change. Every other auto service chain would say "nope" (from past experience with a bunch of them), and their spiel usually is, "if you don't buy our parts, we're not installing anything you've brought." The service manager at Walmart Auto said, "sure, but we may not be able to program them to the car, since it's not our part." Super reasonable. I ended up programming them myself with the $10 tool I had already bought (from Amazon). Took 60 seconds flat, from start to finish. Saved me the trouble of having to remove the tires all over just to have my own TPMS installed. One thing to note is that this place is *busy.* I had an appointment and got there a little after 3 PM on a Friday and they didn't start work on my car until an hour later - you can keep track of what's happening in the Walmart app. So if you schedule an appointment, make sure it's not for later in the day, as they'll be backlogged from all the cars that were dropped off earlier. It took 2.5 hours total, from dropoff to checkout, but I can't complain, the cost savings from the tires, the installation, and the TPMS, were easily a couple of hundred $$$, so I'm a happy customer.
