I had an amazing experience at this location. My friend brought me there all the way from Coral Gables. I was very impressed about the inventory! My sales associate was Luiza and I highly recommend her. She took care of everything and beyond. She was extremely professional, very efficient and I left the dealership with my dream car! I absolutely recommend Mercedes Benz in Pompano, and Luiza! Make an appointment with her and you will definable will be super satisfied! I am very happy that the whole team made it happen for me. The people working at this car dealership are like con artists! This is the third time I've caught them cheating! The first time was when I bought a used Mercedes on the website and the consultant said that the warranty was valid for three years. When we had all the paperwork sorted out, some senior manager said that we didn't have a warranty, even though the website and the salesperson had confirmed it! We waited all day at the car dealership to resolve this issue, but by evening we were told that the senior manager could only give us a three-month warranty! We were tired after waiting all day and agreed! After two weeks, the spark plugs broke, so we took the car in and had them replaced under warranty. There was no problem there. In the third month after the warranty expired, the car stopped starting, so we went to the dealership service center, where the car stood for a week. A week later, my app showed at 6 a.m. that it was being repaired because someone had tampered with the hood and the accumulator. On the same day, the dealership wrote to us that the car had not yet been diagnosed, but we had to pay $400 for them to start the inspection. When we returned the car, we signed a document stating that the inspection would be free of charge. I don't understand why we have to pay for an inspection at the place where we bought the car? Although the guys probably already know the reason! It looks like they are being dishonest with you again! Thirdly, a car wash was included, which, as always, no one had heard of! I think I am disappointed in this company and will not be going back to them. Every time you feel like you are being cheated, it makes you sick. I wrote this to the car dealership manager so that you would at least have some communication with your employees.

Amazing service at this Mercedes location. I’ve been to two other locations and the Pompano Mercedes Benz blows everyone else out of the water. Service is 10/10! Everyone is friendly and says good morning, there’s a clean and stocked coffee area, newspapers, and the coolest shop! I genuinely enjoy getting my car serviced here and stay to look at the cars or chat. EDITED TO ADD: I did purchase my Mercedes here in 2024 and Isaac was absolutely amazing. It was best car service experience I have ever had. He took his time to explain all the features of my new car and had it all ready for me when I arrived. Owning a Mercedes has always been a dream of mine and THANK YOU to Mercedes Benz of Pompano for making it a memorable one!

Review: Mercedes Pompano Dealership Warning: do not do business with Mercedes Pompano, as it is a scam. After 15 days of waiting, I still haven’t received my refund. When I followed up, the dealer from Mercedes Pompano told me he had already processed the refund, but two days later, I still haven’t received it. When I called him again, he said the machine that was supposed to process I strongly advise against doing business with Mercedes Pompano. I paid a $5,000 deposit for a 2024 Mercedes GLS Maybach 600, which was then sold to another buyer without any notification. Since then, I’ve been trying to get my refund, but the dealership doesn’t respond to my messages, claiming they are on vacation. This behavior is highly unprofessional and dishonest. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealer

I had an excellent experience working with Service Adviser Bradley at the Pompano Beach Dealership. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. Bradley took the time to clearly explain what my car needed and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Having been to many dealerships over the years, I have to say Mercedes-Benz of Pompano was one of the better experiences I’ve had. Joe Melillo was incredibly easy to deal with from start to finish and truly went above and beyond — a real class act. I purchased a S-Class, and even the trade-in process was smooth and stress-free, which is rarely the case at most dealerships. In my opinion, the best car salespeople don’t need to sell the car — the cars sell themselves. The best ones are those who can relate to you, make it easy to shoot straight, and tell you not just what you want to hear, but what you need to hear. I would absolutely recommend Joe and Mercedes-Benz of Pompano to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

I had an great experience at this Mercedes-Benz of Pompano. The moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and never once felt pressured or rushed. Fernando, my salesperson took time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through options that truly fit my needs rather than just trying to make a sale. Fernando was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly transparent throughout the entire process. He answered every question clearly, explained features in detail, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. The test‑drive was relaxed and informative. While the negotiation process was a littlebitof a back and forth withe the sales manager, it was not stressful. The finance department was just as impressive — not stressful but honest, and respectful of my time. They walked me through everything without any hidden surprises. I drove away in a car I absolutely love, feeling great about the deal and the entire experience. Mercedes-Benz of Pompano showed me they valued transparency, customer service, and genuine care.

I first have to say that Jenice in sales is a personable and helpful person. Unfortunately our experience here was far less than ideal. 7 hours to purchase a car in this day and age is beyond ridiculous. My partner and myself have been purchasing cars for years and I have to say this was The most frustrating and exhausting experience. I never even had time to drive the car because they were closing after 7 hours of being there! The whole experience was nerve wracking and puts a damper on the whole ‘modern day’ car buying experience. We offered to do as much of the paperwork beforehand but were told just to come in. Not once offered a water or coffee, very subpar quality for a ‘luxury’ dealership. Service was spread much too thin. After hours we finally got to visit with the finance guy who gave the impression of being absolutely miserable, he rambled quickly over all warranty options and didn’t explain one detail. My spouse is hard of hearing but I’m not, and I couldn’t fathom a word the finance guy was saying. We were pressured to pick a warranty plan with no satisfactory information behind it, only pressure to sign, sign, sign. I recently had the exact OPPOSITE experience at another dealership that took 1/4 of the time, with very pleasant personable people who answered every question thoroughly and professionally. I would never recommend this dealership. Jenice was the only saving grace…IMO she is wasting her talent and should go elsewhere to utilize her pleasant personality and experience.

Absolutely one of my best buying experiences here at Benz of pompano, from the huge beautiful show rooms from new to pre owned that you can say new. found my cute GLA less then 15 minutes do to there inventory impressive 👏 really hats off to their GM in Joe Rey man knows his stuff and truly made us feel like family and knowing we got the very best price! our sales professional David also was a contributing factor in our purchase very humble and not pushy just wanted us to be sure of the purchase as it's our first MB so little confusing but david gave us the reinsurance.. Amazing buying experience!! So easy with my whole transaction from my trade in that I was paid better then I thought 👌from my great sales man in David very knowledgeable had all the answers and very pleasant not pushy just cared about us making the perfect choice nice 👍 the show room is very impressive with a large friendly staff great relaxing area with refreshments if need be . My experience was bifurcated, with management being very good, but the front line (salespeople) being extremely poor. The sales person knew absolutely nothing about the car that I ended up buying, every question I asked (especially with regards to the technology of the sophisticated Mercedes SL-43) he answered, but it was the wrong answer. When I asked if this car had the digital lights show when turned on or the hand gesture feature he answered resoundingly "no". I have infinite amount of respect for people who honestly say "I'm not sure, but I can check" versus making it up as they go along. When I asked about some buttons in the glove box, his answer was that it wasn't part of the car, but it was something the previous owner had installed after market and more than likely a "radar detector". The real answer (that I got from a sales person at a different Mercedes dealership:", was that it was in fact a valet lock for the trunk. I don't think that will get me out of a speeding ticket. But the worst part had to do with the date for my Mercedes certified pre-owned start date. He and the finance manager both used the date off of the Carfax, which didn't seem right to be. They swore up and down and answered in an almost condescending way that basically they see this all the time and it was a bit too complex for someone "not in the business". When I said please sign something that verified the date they refused (which again made me suspicious). Turns out I was right to be suspicious because after I had purchased the car when I was having problem loading the digital apps in the car, I pressed the button in the car and asked the Mercedes Me person (who I thought did a great job and went above and beyond). It turns about the carfax date was incorrect by almost a year and if I hadn't checked I would never have known that my warranty was almost a year shorter then what they had promised. When I called the sales person to get clarification, he immediately turned defensive and asked "why did I call Mercedes and check up on what he had said". The reason, because they weren't telling the truth. Both the finance manager and sales person, whom I asked 3 or 4 times to verify this information and who insisted they were right, were in fact wrong. Here comes the good part of it, the sales managers. When I finally got through to them (because the sales person never followed up), within 3 minutes, checked the Mercedes database, and saw that my information was correct and that my warranty was 8 months shorter then what had been promised. The sales manager made a good faith effort to try and make it right, but had no power to increase the warranty period. But he did admit that the sales person and finance person should not rely on Carfax for their information on warranty. And then to boot, when I saw my registration they had the wrong color of my car (white, not grey). The sales manager got that corrected in a few hours. Lastly, when I went to sign the deal and the price was broken out, I see that they had in the price almost $2,000 in add ons (dent insurance and some sort of paint coat). I said I didn't want those and they said I had to take them. When I finally said I would walk, because I hadn't signed the final paperwork, the sales manager came in and removed them. Bottom line, I like the car, the sales management and Mercedes Me support people were excellent....the entire sales experience left a bad taste in my mouth and when I go to purchase another Mercedes (I own two now), the odds of me returning to Pompano Mercedes is very slim.
