Been coming here for 10 years. The old owner doesn’t run it anymore. But the new owners are pretty straight up and the main mechanic is still there Brian. Very knowledgeable.

The new owners are bad business people. They overcharge, and they add money to the bill for towing almost 50% for doing nothing. I’m on Social Security and they overcharged me by $200. shame on them.

New owner doesn't want to admitt there mistakes. Oil leak shorted out pcm. Loose injectors. Mismatched bolt on new transfer case. Leaking transfer case seal etc. What a joke. Stay very far away. From them.

I had a great experience with this repair shop. They were able to get me in and were more affordable than the dealership service department. I plan on returning for other repairs and would highly recommend. 2/14/24 - Finding a trustworthy, honest, and affordable car repair shop is SO hard. I have a Honda Odyssey with 95k milrs and came to this shop needing new engine mounts. K and W quoted me half what the dealer did and with all the great reviews, i took the chance. HUGE mistake. Less than 13 months later, 13 MONTHS!!! I need new engine mounts AGAIN! Ummmn, i did npt drive another 95k miles in 13 months, why are my engine mounts worn out again! Needless to say, I will never know, will not be returning to this shop, and would like to warn others to save their money.

Im 99.99% sure that these reviews are paid for! I consider this "automotive repair" shop nothing but a storage. Keith kept my vehicle for almost a week. Never picked up the phone to update me, so I finally call only to be told he doesnt know what the problem is. Really? Could have told me that days ago. Stated it was tested and driven, however I doubt that it was. I could tell that my vehicle was not moved from the spot that it was left. Within 5 minutes of leaving his shop, my car breaks down. I call to ask him to assist me in getting it started and back to his shop. He tells me he would, but never shows, leaving my vehicle abandoned over night. Also: I noticed several confederate flags around that place. Never trust a man that can't look you in the eye. A sense of unprofessional, deceitfulness, unreliable, and lacks experience with cars. I took my car to another shop and they found the problem immediatley. Go to a shop with real mechanics. Please save your time and hard earned money and go somewhere else. Trust me.

What a great experience with K and W. They have gone above and beyond helping us decide to repair or not repair our Subaru with 200,000 miles on it. Worked with us long distance over the phone and we felt like we got an honest assessment of what we were looking at and and a reasonable price for the look. New Owners OVER CHARGE, and they are Untrustworthy. I was in the place and watched a customer complaining about being overcharged on his bill. The new owner was rude and yelled at this man telling him if he apologized to him for saying he was overcharged he would lower his bill. The customer was blatantly overcharged and proved it. The new owner wouldn't face him and walked into the back. Never adjusted the bill. STAY AWAY! I WILL NOT BE BACK! Brian was the only good thing about this business since Keith sold... Trust me Brian won't stay!

I have been bringing my vehicles to K&W for years now. They have always been very professional and timely in fixing our fleet of vehicles. David, the new owner, has kept this same level of service alive, which can be difficult for new owners to do. I had a vehicle breakdown recently, and David was able to get me an affordable tow back to his shop. He had the issue diagnosed and fixed within a couple of days for a very reasonable price. We will continue to bring our vehicles to K&W and would suggest their services to anyone looking for honest and reliable mechanics in Pompano Beach.

First time in my life reviewing with a 1 star, usually I review good experiences. But lets start. In Aug/23 stopped by the “sister” mech at sample/powerline for a tire patch. Was everything ok, no problem and I ended up getting 2 new tires. Time pass to March/24, when I stopped to replace the other 2 tires, but I also want to do an alignment and they send me to K and W. Got the other 2 tires, alignment and oil change. Went on a business trip for 3 weeks. On the highway Truck pulling to the right and at 70 miles/hour shaking like crazy. Recorded a video and sent to their number, the girl was very friendly and said, stop by to check again. I did on 4/11/24 stopped by and David “took care” of me. Re-did the alignment and charge me for a tire rotation and balance. So 45 days later I “lost” all 4 tires because were worn out from the outside. So After stopping by some places to check they recommended doing a alignment AGAIN (so 3rd one in 3 months) to see. So stopped by Tire Hut at Sunrise, great service and very very quick. Alignment was a total screw up, do they re-did the right way now. And I personally stop by K and W and showed to them the paperwork from them and tire hut. After promises that they will check with the tire insurance, after texting weekly Sofie, very nice and polity, and is not up to her, replied one week, we are still waiting for the insurance, i text on the next week, any updates? Finally after 2 weeks, no the insurance will not cover, let me check with David and get to you. Of course no reply, so in a week I texted her back, her reply was the she will talk to him and text me that same day for sure. That was 2 weeks ago yesterday. So yesterday I replaced all 4 tires. Stay away K and W, the other location is much better but never again in neither of them. Just cost me w them around $1200 And new alignment and 4 tires another $900 👎🏼
