My wife and I have been coming to Bush Motor Works now for over 6 Years. We are a BMW family, having a 645ci Convertible, X-5 and X-1. Whenever the engine light comes on, we head down to Bush Motor Works for a evaluation of the vehicle. My 645ci had been sitting for a while, I knew I needed front struts but wasn't ready to spend all that $$$, but it was time. I took my 645ci in for evaluation. Not only did it need struts, it needed Control arms, and a water pump. Matt was very comprehensive in explaining to me what he found, and made adequate recommendations to resolve not only these issues, but replacement of hoses, weather stripping around my windshield, and re-installation of my rear view mirror that bracket had stripped out. Come to find out Matt and I have a lot in common, as relationships in business is #1. As a business owner myself, I can appreciate his attention to detail, and immediately resolving any issues and/or misunderstanding that may arise during the course of a repair. Shout out to Steve for Bringing on such an awesome Mechanic/Manager. Matt is an awesome addition to the Bush Motor Works Family. Shout out to Brandee for getting me in ASAP. Have been going to Steve since he opened up back in 99. Can’t say enough for his expertise and professionalism. Staff are good at what they do. Very reasonable prices on parts and labor. I’ve referred many friends and family and they were all very satisfied for the service at Bushmotorworks.

If I lived in this area, I'd come here for every repair. I was in Pittsburg for work and happened to run into trouble with my 7 series. The pricing was unbelievable for a BMW and the repairs were done on time with no shady vibes. The main guy, Steve, spoke to me straight forward and made me feel comfortable about the repairs, and most certainly delivered ON TIME! Thanks, again!

I have been coming to Bush Motor Works since 2000! My most recent visit was for my brakes. They were prompt courteous and honest about the work completed. Car repair shops are an important part of our every day life, and I purposely bought my daughters' first cars, BMWs because I knew I had a repair shop that I could trust and not overcharge me! He is a BMW trained technician and I will always bring my car(s) to Steve and his staff, no one else!

Happy to see that this business has a great star rating, because they deserve it. My main man Steve took care of my i5. To be honest, I wasn't sure that this was the place to get my baby serviced, but to my pleasant surprise they are more than competent and extremely friendly. These guys are amazing! They saved us when we were quoted a ridiculous amount to fix a water pump in our BMW (apparently a standard issue.) They fixed our vehicle promptly, took great care of it, and took great care of us. Wonderful professionals who know what they're doing and know how to treat their customers. We used to only service our BMW at the dealerships, but now we have our new go-to repair company. We trust them much more than the local dealership now! Thanks Bush Motor Works!!!

Found my new BMW mechanics!!! When I arrived at the shop, I spoke with Matt and told him what was going on with the car and he went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Steve gave me very fair pricing for the work that needed to be done and Matt handled all the repairs done to my wife's BMW. Matt went over the car from front to back and made sure I won't have any problems for a long time. No BS no upselling no gimmicks no price gouging just great service and great people at Bush Motor Works.

I brought my 2014 e350 to Steve for oil change, transmission service, change spark plug, and radiator flush.. all done in cheap quote. After few days, leak from transmission pan was dripping due to own fault as parts I provided for them was defective. Without hesitation, Steve and Matt redo and replace original parts without additional charge. They are awesome. Lesson learned is just bring your car for check up and repair and don’t provide them of any cheap parts.. they use all oem parts and all quote are cheap amd fair.

My car was brought to several shops and they were the only ones that took the extra time to find our exact problem without trying every expensive solution to the wrong problems. At pickup I was still charged the initially quotes rate even though I know they spent more time on it than what they charged!
