I cannot say enough good things about these people.! JED and SCOTT are both awesome and wow customer service here is unusually great.! Doesn’t get more honest than this.!! I’ve been coming here for 20 years and they’re the most consistent shop I’ve ever seen.! Stopped by Jiffy Lube because it was closer to my house and I got an estimate for new brakes that I didn’t even need! They said I needed it all for, but I really just needed the front Axle. God I love these guys.!!

2 mistake made. I made 1 of them. I didn’t ask how long it would take since they said they could take me right away. Other mistake they made was the psi per tire. 42,38,39 and 37? All 4 were different! Maybe buying them pizza and they stop to eat in the break room 1 at a time, the customers you get in around 12 don’t have to wait for everyone to stop while we sit there waiting in the rubber room.

Today I took my car in for a tire low on air. I was told they found a screw in it & fixed it for free which I appreciated. However the car sat in front done for over 15 minutes while 3 gentlemen were behind the counter chatting & laughing until I went up to the counter & asked what the delay was.

The customer service is great, tires are well priced, and it even includes a free tire rotation for the lifespan of the tires. However, employees who drive the car back out to the front should be mindful we don't want our cars left smelling like weed. I'll continue to come over and do business with them. UPDATE as of 2/6/2026: I continue to bring my car here to rotate my tires and recently for an oil change as well. The service is great, last visits have been walk-ins and don't really wait that long for my car to be ready. Always check their website for discounts, or ask a representative for discounts for their services, chances are, there's one online. Thank you Big Brand Tire & Service!
