I was more than impressed with the level of communication and care I received. My truck needed a new number due to an accident. It is a work truck so Mike’s could easily have just done the work and given me the truck back, but no. They informed me of every step, then washed my car, detailed the tires, and detailed the interior. Was really impressed and blown by the extra care and customer service. Hope to never need to go back, but if I ever need body work done.... this is the place to go.

My experience with Mike's Auto Body in Pittsburg was nothing but pleasurable. I was constantly kept up to date on when parts were coming in and any delays that came about. Melissa and the rest of the staff were pleasure to work with as well. They always knew who I was when I called, greeting me by name. Melissa is very knowledgeable in her position and cars in general. I would recommend Mike's Auto Body to anyone who needs work done on the vehicle(s). My car looked like new when it was returned to me. I couldn't be happier!!!

Someone crunched the driver's side door on my 2011 F-150 and ran. AAA recommended Mike's and bonus, they are across the street from where I work. The repair was done quickly(1 week) and the finished product looked like the damage never happened. Customer service was great, Susan was on Awesome and on point keeping me informed and answering all of my questions. Hopefully I won't need their services in the future, but if I do I'm giving Mike's a call. Would and will recommend them to anyone who asks. They did me right!

I wrecked my car and thought I've give them a chance with my baby. I brought my car in not knowing the top tier service offered here. I was called about updates they also let me have options, which made me feel apart of the process. When I picked up my car, nothing but not because they not only fixed my car the made her look like the day I bought it. Amazing work and would recommend to everyone. Thanks

The epitome of professionalism & very accommodating. Our car was finished relatively quick, roughly 3 weeks during the pandemic. Customer service was impeccable and they'll shuttle you home. Our car looked showroom ready. I was very pleased & my wife was as well. I'd highly recommend these guys.

They gave me a price. My insurance adjuster agreed, and wrote me a check, less my deductible. I brought my car in on the scheduled appointment date. They handed me items from the car that they thought I might want to retain. They shuttled me back home. They kept me informed as to the status of the repair. When they started the repair, they found more damage. My insurance company agreed. They called to advise the car was repaired one day earlier than expected. I asked for a discount, since I was paying by my bank's cashier check, and they would not have to pay a credit card fee. They agreed. They sent a shuttle to pick me up. The car looked cleaned, inside and out. I was very pleased.

Brought our Car in to fix damage to bumper, sensors and fog light. Left with a Bumper that looks like new :) We added an interior fix that need doing out of pocket (which we are now ecstatic about having had the option) Between AAA and Mike's everything was fixed and looking like new with the least amount of inconvenience possible. From the moment I booked an appointment through receiving my car, I have been so impressed with the professionalism of this place. My repair included the front grill of my car and paint job to fix the damage caused. I was greeted by Destiny, she has a very friendly demeanor. I met with Theresa, off the bat I felt comfortable as she was so knowledgeable, I felt very at ease after getting the explanation of what would need to be done. I didn’t even consult with any other body shops. The communication was amazing. I was kept up to date on the delays that were occurring and why. One thing that really stood out to me was when I was called and informed my car was ready for pick up, shorty after Theresa called me back and let me know after she did a final inspection, she found a minor issue that needed to be addressed so my car would be ready the next day instead. Theresa was genuinely apologetic about the delay. I was so grateful for the transparency and the thoroughness. Crash Champions showed incredible customer service, they did so well with treating me as a valued client, which was so important to me because I had never had an accident before so navigating all this was new to me. My car looks like new because of the great work. Thank you Crash Champions crew!
