Went in for a smog. Numbers read pass pass but for some reason Jimmy decided it didn't pass after getting under car plucking at vacuum lines with his giant needle nose pliers. Then offered to fix for an additional 250. Left with vacuum lines pulled out of fender and coolant sensor unplugged from coolant tank. Scam artist for sure

Took almost 2 hours for an oil change and some lady started crying because they where trying to tell her that the work they had done previously wasn't going to fix the problem, and then dude comes out and charges me an extra 5 bucks for the oil cap said it needed to be replaced and didn't even show it to me. I'm not going to get my car work done their ever again.

We went to J&B to have our smog inspection performed. We're so glad that we did!! They were fair in price, Honest and FAST!!! Our first truck went through with flying colors. Our 2nd truck was another thing. It failed the EVAP test. I explained how we needed the truck back a.s.a.p. because we have to have it so, we can work tonight. I went to DMV and took care of everything there and returned to see that they had 3 mechanics working on our truck. From this point on, We will only use J&B for all of our service needs. We are very pleased!! Thank You J&B!!! I guarantee you won't find another facility that shows professionalism the way they did today.... We recommend them to everyone who reads this.
