Jared, Tim, & Matt are especially helpful in helping us understand the priority of fixes and how to maximize our time and our dollars to keep our cars working well for the long run.

They were super helpful figuring out what was wrong with my Civic and handling the service quickly. Jared was kind over the phone and in person, and I was able to get new tires and some other fixes within two days. They suggested some extra improvements but didn't force me into anything. Highly recommend!

This location is amazing! I took a 2004 Honda Accord here for a third opinion on repairs and Jared was straightforward about the condition the car was in, the repairs it needed, and he was super friendly. I was so relieved after getting maintenance done at Bobby and Steve's on Nicollet. 10/10 would recommend. If you're wondering what kind of maintenance/repairs your car would need, at the very least get it inspected here. Shout to the mechanics that took their time to perform quality work!

Edited review: Received a call from the manager after posting my review. He apologized, listened, and committed to addressing. As a result, I felt it was only fair to acknowledge their professional handling of the situation. Original review: Went in for a scheduled oil change. Guy who checked us in was scammy and talked down to us. Guy who checked us out was awesome. Point being, it’s a mixed bag over there and it boils down to luck of the draw on who you work with.

Bobby&Steve’s went above and beyond for me when someone vandalized my car. They were extremely responsive with my insurance company and patient with the whole process. Have been using them for a few years for regular tune ups and work but seeing them work through a claim was a whole different level of customer service!

My parents and I have been coming to this specific location for years. However today, after a huge crack ended up showing up on the muffler of our vehicle Tim and Matt not only showed us what was going on but helped us immensely :') God bless you guys and I hope anyone reading this review speaks about their great experiences as well. Coming to Bobby and Steves I remember was like a fun outing together with my parents since I was young and I am so grateful for their services and that you're still going strong with us 🇺🇲💪

Took in my 2012 Subaru Impreza that had ALL the warning lights on. Got a quick and accurate diagnosis of that problem and they checked everything else out and notice a major issue with the tires that needed to be fixed. It wasn't an upsell, I'd run into a curb and gouged the tires and there was a decent sized rubber flap with the steel wires showing. They were able to get parts and do the work the next day. It was accurate, efficient, and they communicated well with me. Will continue to take my car there!

I really appreciate the great service I recently received at Bobby and Steve’s. The trunk on my SUV would not fully close and needed a new liftgate latch. It was not a cheap part, but Jared worked to secure the best price and ordered it so that it arrived next day. I also caught up on several maintenance items, and he took the time to talk through them with me and answer all my questions. I trusted the advice I received and really appreciated the communication and service. Will definitely continue to use Bobby and Steve’s.

Needed to have a lot of things done to my old Jeep that I decided to keep.. shout out, especially to jerad whose communication and follow up was excellent. he helped me understand and discussed the cost benefit of putting so much money into an old vehicle and we work together on what to be done and how to make it affordable for me. Two thumbs up for Bobby & Steve’s in So. Mpls. I got my oil changed there last week. Great price! Check out the coupons on their website. Great service! My car is almost 10 years old so I wasn’t surprised when several things came up on the recommended service list. Jared was very helpful. He walked me through the list explaining what was the highest priority and what could wait. No high pressure sales pitch, just good information. I appreciate that and will be back soon to start checking things off the list.

I brought my car here for an oil change/tire rotation, radiator flush and fill, and a tire sensor replacement and was highly impressed with our service. They were very good at communicating the process of those services as well as letting me know I also needed an engine air filter replacement without pressuring me to do so but also letting me know the pros/cons of doing it. Jared was super helpful at checkout by printing out important info about my car and he even stayed a little late so we could get it before close!
