Honestly need to rename this place because there is nothing Quick about this place other than quick to take your money!! Was told 2 hours on my service ipon arrival and it took 3 hours!!

Used to get all my vehicles serviced here ! Daughter's car leaked oil after last oil change because the techs failed to tighten drain plug, and failed to check plug gasket ! Also left undercover under my car hanging off the bottom of the car !

Went to quick lane for an oil change and to see what can be done about my missing spare tire. Truly disgusted by the manager,Scott and the front desk person , CALIEB . Cause a very hostile situation, refused to let me talk. Lied in the notes on the paper work. Accused me of cursing out technician and leaving with out paying, I have a witness and that is completely false . The manager Scott approached me as if he was going to do something to me, accusing me of cursing the technician out which is a blatant lie. Said they searched for my spare, in which that is complete false. they was trying to tell me that my car does not come with a spare tire, showing me pictures . I’ve been a customer for over a year and for the manager Scott, and caleib to treat me that way , and falsify documents is ridiculous and something needs to be done about that.

Kacie was my service advisor and did a great job! I'm always kept informed of what's going on and how much it will cost. I always make sure she is the one who takes care of my truck.
Worst place ever run so t walk way from them ! Last time I went a guy name Caleb checked me in and out said I had break problem they turned them inside out like to never made it to a shop to have them redone nothing was wrong when I got there at all ..when I left Brakes was grinding so loud you could hear it down the road .. today same thing except with different sale guy His name was Jonathan. Did the same thing and stated they was installed backwards and but it on my ticket ! ( yeah to save his tail because he did work Then I had to stop him because I never told him to do it to rotate tires. It was only an oil change. ) As we were sitting in waiting area heard him ( Johnathan ) tell another customer their car wouldn’t start and he was like I drove it here.( smh what a sin to do this to older people ) he said it’s been fine and they said yeah it won’t start now. You probably need a battery. It’s a shame how they do. I will never go back again. ! Beware of the service not to mention they have to record your vehicle now because they did so much damage to peoples vehicles ( so many people called about a problem with dents in vehicles and damage so they are now recording ) they need to record everything because they are rip offs ! Trading in this ford for a Chevy thanks for helping me make my decision!!! … Billy will get my sale/service now for sure !
