I had a starter issue just after getting fuel, walked in to the shop and spoke to the gentleman at the counter, he promptly sent a mechanic to check it out and the mechanic himself figured out the issue and resolved it within a short period of time. I really liked the service and the help provided.

Please be warn, do not come to this place to get work done on your truck. The lady at the front desk is very rude and incompetent. I was charged $680 for 1 hour and 30 minutes to replace a wheel seal. I told the lady it only took 1 hour and 30 minutes to replace the wheel seal. The lady had the audacity to tell me no matter what, they charge by the book and not how long it took for the mechanic to get the work done. This is ridiculous. I was charged 4 hours for the wheel seal even though the mechanic finished the job in 1 hour and 30 minutes because I was watching and keeping time. I also got charged $580 for normal oil change. This is an honest review. These people are overcharging for a simple job.

John & Choung, the GM and mechanic respectively, are awesome guys to deal with. Courteous and professional. Went in needing clutch work and blower motor replaced. It was just the two of them working so I prepared myself for not getting it of there until the next day. Once they got me in the shop, Choung went right to work diagnosing my clutch issue. Ran and got the part needed, came back, installed it and had it done. Same with the blower motor. Checked it out, removed it (this truck has it located inside the dash so not too easy to get at). Went and got the new one and installed it. All said and done, I was out of the shop in under 3 hours. I was very impressed with their level of service and, if I ever need work done when I'm in the Fargo area, I will not hesitate to bring it there. 👍

Had a trailer issue and it was about 1630 and they closed at 1700. Shannon & Aden were both AWSOME!! They took care of the issue and stayed after closing time to get me taken care of. You don't see this kind of customer service in the trucking industry any more. Thank you guys

I came in to get some trailer lights fixed. They got me in within 30 minutes. The mechanic was super friendly and eager to work. The price was very reasonable and the service manager even offered me some doughnuts while I waited. Their location is excellent as it is just off the I29 in the same lot as the Flying J. Very professional team! I'd come back here anytime!

Stay away if you can afford it, loves truck service across the street, Petro has one too. They have techs that have zero experience with any work outside oil changes it seems like.

5 and half hours to replace airbag on trailer. All new techs with no experience. Two managers in office but neither felt like training. Failed to mention no payment over the phone they said corporate did not want signs up

⛔️Stay away from them. They have techs with zero knowledge. I went there with coolant leak that was minor and they made it worse. They charge me $950 and couldn’t fix the issue. And I got towed my truck out of bay.

Too many chances, too many bad experiences These last two times have been great. I like the new girl at the desk, I believe her name is Kim. And Aaron was a very helpful, hard working kind of guy. Wayyy better than that one kid that kept throwing a fit while doing a pm on my truck.

Definitely won't call again for road side service! I just needed a new valve stem and it coast $425 for for a $9 dollar part 10min from their shop. After I was told a different price over the phone. I should of billed them for doing half the work. I got the most unintelligent tech possible. I had to help him through the process after after he droped the valve stem in the tire then had to take it off the truck to compleate. Witch he said he has never done a tire like this multiple times. It is a heavy spec wide steer tire so the same as another semi tire just wider. Waste of time and money I would of been better off walking to the store and walking back and doing it myself
