Absolutely great people! Easiest shop in town to communicate with; they're friendly and honest over the phone without an attitude like others if you struggle with explaining your issues. Turn around time was phenomenal, had a quote the day my vehicle was brought to the shop (frame damage) and they kept the quote within the limits, I was told 1K, I payed $989 total for frame repair, new radiator, trim pieces (fixed what they could) and adjusted headlights. They are by far a go to shop, I've never seen another shop with only 5 Star reviews, that means something! Congrats guys!

Highly recommend. My RAV 4 was hit at a parking lot and was refer to them for the repair. I was given the estimate the very next day. Between getting the parts and the labor to me getting my car back, it took less than A WEEK, another place I checked out said the completion of repairs will be 3-4 weeks. They did awesome. They were very kind to me and despite some unforeseen, unavoidable delays, they kept me up to date on the progress. I'm so grateful they took their time to make sure everything was done correctly. Great service, great communication. My car looks good as new. I highly recommend! Edit: 2/25/25 They really stand behind their work! It's been two months since my accident and my windshield wipers were acting up and eventually stopped working. I called Collision Experts and they were able to fix my car the next day. Again, they were kind and considerate. I will definitely be back if I ever need body work on my car. 10/10 service!

I went to Collision Experts when I took my driveway too soon and cracked my bumper up. They were super great with every step of the process of getting it fixed. They helped me with getting insurance taken care of and they helped with that so much. Janet was so nice and they worked around my schedule. They fixed my car and they were really fast with it. They did such a great job. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do I will definitely be back.
