They didn't charge extra for the repair once they diagnosed it. I expected the electrical diagnosis might be more expensive but it was the going rate and it helped that it was the dealership. Daniel was great with me, spent time answering my questions. They got me in on the same day and had more time available tomorrow if the repairs went over. Great experience. They have a courtesy shuttle but there are also many restaurants nearby and the comfiest waiting room chairs. Don’t hesitate to choose them.

The Boulder Chrysler team really took care of us! My husband and I walked in at 6:20 pm on Tuesday (they closed at 7pm). We knew exactly what car we wanted to look at. We test drove the car and loved it. We went through the buying process and never felt rushed. This team really made us feel comfortable with decision to purchase our vehicle! I came here not knowing what to expect, and left a lifetime customer. Experiences with mechanics can vary, but Dodge Chrysler employs authentic folks who actually care about their customers and what they do, a business dedicated to providing service that goes beyond expectations. They are honest, straightforward, personable, priced right, and most of all, excellent at what they do. On top of that, compassionate to the strife of having car trouble. If you need to go to a mechanic, want to pay a fair price to get the job done right the first time, and like to do business with establishments that feel like home, come here everytime you need service. I can't remember the name of who checked me in when I dropped my vehicle off, but him and Bob were incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, honest, and I'm grateful for all their help! Keep up the good work, guys! PS: I personally endorse that there is no mechanic for Dodge/Chrysler vehicles in town that can fix your vehicle better than these guys! Mediocre service department. My Pacifica had a couple problems that came up early and I wanted to get them fixed while it was still under warranty, so I brought it in twice to get them dealt with but they didn't fix any of them. Now it's out of warranty & I'm paying for their time. Brought it in last week, they kept it for 2 days and didn't fix any of the issues - sliding door intermittently fails, power train malfunction light is still on, door lock button still fails most of the time, and weird steering column friction sound all remain. Not sure what they're doing here, but it's hard to trust that the important fixes - like recalls - are getting dealt with correctly when these issues aren't.

Wile visiting Rocky Mountain National Park from Texas my Ram 2500 broke down in the middle of nowhere (2.5 hours away from Boulder) leaving my wife, our dog, & myself stranded and in a totally helpless situation. I called the service center & explained our desperate situation to the service manager Bob. Bob immediately helped arrange a tow truck to pick us & the truck up. Once at the shop Bob had his technicians quickly diagnose the problem, he then explained all options for repair & even arranged a free shuttle for us. Once we decided on a repair plan they went to work and had us back on the road much sooner than anticipated. Bob & his team went above and beyond to help us out in a very stressful/desperate situation & we will always be thankful for the kind, professional, and speedy service they provided us!!! BUY ANYWHERE ELSE! Terrible experience. Finance manager didn’t know what he was doing. He wanted me to Sign blank documents, which is a red flag due to any errors they may make and can change for me without seeing. Seems like they cannot do the job proper. He also Confused me with other Clients when he calls me needing more documents. Title person made multiple mistakes. Took 3 months to get tags. No apology given just excuses. Truck had bad alignment from their subpar shop causing failure of tires after few hundred miles. Truck had warranty work done multiple times For Oil and coolant leaks. Last straw was engine exhaust crack Was told this is gonna be in every 1 to 2 year issue most likely so sold the truck. This would have cost me $1000 to $2000 every other year to keep if their parts don’t break like their Technicians tell clients. The dealership cost me lots of money and time due to their inability to do their job proper. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership as The parent company should do a full financial audit as well. I have filed a formal complaint against this dealer and recommend not shopping here. Go somewhere who will certify their pre owned as they will sell you subpar unsafe trucks with not a care since they got your money. Buyer beware.

Service center: friendly and good staff at the front desk. I had my trucks coolant system flushed, air filter replaced and software updates flashed as needed. Work was done to standard, so thank you for that. I was a little disappointed that they did not see the power steering fluid was below the fill line, got home and realized it was low, no was it dropped that much in a few miles. What ever happened to multiple point inspection or just a quick look around under the hood? Make me wonder if anything else was missed.

SHADY SALES MANAGERS WASTING MY TIME!! Classic bait & switch. I was contacted by a sales rep in regards to selling my vehicle here outright for $6160 via a Kelley blue book instant cash offer. The sales rep, Darian, was very personable. He did a walk around inspection of my vehicle. All was going well until he spoke with the sales manager & was told they do not buy vehicles over 100,000 miles, but that they could offer some trade in value if I wanted to purchase a vehicle through them. This is despite them offering, in writing, to purchase my vehicle for the instant cash offer price of $6160 outright & contacting me to come in for the inspection and sale of my vehicle. My mileage was disclosed as part of this offer, prior to me visiting the dealership. I declined the trade in & thanked Darian for his time. I was approached by Darian again as I was leaving telling me the sales manager wanted to know how much I would sell for outright. I said I would sell for near the initial offer of $6160. He went back and relayed this information to the manager who counter offered me $100- Yes, $100- without even so much as looking at my vehicle or getting up from the desk during my entire visit. No mechanical inspection was ever completed, just a quick walk around visual done by an inexperienced sales rep. It was bad enough they pulled a bait & switch, but then to offer me $100 as I walk out the door?!? Slap in the face! Recommend you spend your money elsewhere!

SPRINTER VANS ARE DAMAGED!!! I cannot say enough bad things about this dealership and the practices that their salesmen partake in. The sprinter vans were BADLY damaged in a hail storm. The roofs are hammered, and they try to keep you from finding that out. I asked to see a specific van. They brought out 2 others instead, saying "they're all the same" and wanting me to test drive and inspect the others when I'm not trying to buy those. Also, we were there a couple of hours inspecting/test driving/negotiating. The minute that we finally saw the roof, an old, disrespectful, rude man (maybe the manager?) came over and said "you've been here 2 and half hours already. Make a decision already. Yes or no", so we walked out. Be wary if you get any vehicle there, but especially the vans. They're not "as good of a deal" as they seem.
