Kiefer told us to come in at 930a for what sounded like pickup of the vehicle we were trying to lease. He was in contact with the financial department and gave us the impression everything was a go only for us to find out at 930 that he was just now sending the email. I guess he expected us to just sit with him at his desk and wait for a reply. There was absolutely nothing we could have done by being there other than for him to get another look at my gf and I'm very upset I missed a day of work in Denver to drive to boulder from westminster in morning traffic. Do better.

I just want to thank the team at Emich Volkswagen, especially the mechanics, and Carlos and Alvaro. I had an unexpected repair on my vehicle, and I was not sure if I would have been able to get the financials together to fix my car. Luckily, with the help of family and support, I was able to come through. I am so thankful for the kindness and support from Carlos and Alvaro, I truly believe that they did everything possible to help me through this difficult time and get me back on the road. Such a fantastic team!

I was extremely impressed with the Service Team and how they all worked together. Carlos greeted me with a great smile and asked me how he could help me. I told him I had a damaged front tire (diagnosed from a previous visit) and needed to get it replaced. I thought that I would have to get 4 new tires and was sadly prepared to do so. Carlos brought up the video from my previous visit and looked at it thoroughly. He said, "The measurements on 2 of your tires are great, you only need to replace 2 of your tires". I was joyously ecstatic! Al and Carlos worked together to find the perfect tires for me. I scheduled my appointment to have them put on the next day. Travis checked me in when I arrived, and said he would take good care of me. He was wonderful! He was funny, quick, and thorough in showing me my charges for my visit. I happily swiped my card, was thanked, and escorted to my car. An excellent visit! Thanks, Emich VW Boulder Team!

bought a new tiguan one couple years ago in Charleston, South Carolina. Have kept up all maintenance. Having moved to Denver I figured it a good idea to go to a local dealership to get more routine maintenance and a check up. Get an oil change and an alignment and clean bill of health.. of course, I’m recommended a few other services but nothing pertaining to a battery or altenator. However, a day after a check engine light comes and the car is having starting problems…I’m forced to replace the battery very quickly because you know of life and stuff and now I’m gonna be on the hook 200 more dollars So Volkswagen can program a computer to make my new battery get along with the computer and now told it may be altenator altogether. I’m not a conspiracy theorist, but in such a bad car market it seems too convenient. I can’t help but feel like I’m getting taken for a ride.

I do not recommend leasing a VW. When my car needs an oil change, I either have to wait for (no joke) 4 hours in their waiting room (with an appointment mind you!) or I can pick it up the next day. It is not easy for me getting down to Boulder, and working half of my work day in their waiting room is not an option. So I have to uber myself on an already extremely tight income. For a leased experience, I would say this has been highly inconvenient and I would advise against this company and in particular this location.

Travis in the service department was friendly and easy to work with. Brought in my vehicle for some warranty work and the scheduling and repair process was quick and easy. I was kept informed throughout the process as well.

To preface: I have a 2012 GTI and I love my car. It is the second car I have owned, and the second one I've bought on my own. In February of 2024, I brought my car to Emich for a routine oil change. While they had the car, they managed to crash it into something and mess up the front bumper and quarter panel pretty good. I was kind and patient with them while they fixed it. I got the car back about 3 months later in May with the fixes and the freshly changed oil. I figured that all situations had been resolved, and I was satisfied with how they handled the situation. Fast forward to about a month ago, and I started noticing both a rattling noise on cold startup, and oil spots everywhere I parked my car. They weren't just small patches either, they, over weeks, grew into giant blobs under my car. I figured it was someone else, but one night on the highway my oil pressure light flickered, EPC light came on, and my car shut off in the middle of the highway, in the pitch black. The next day I investigated because I assumed I was dealing with oil starvation. I checked my oil level and it was so low it wasn't even on the dipstick anymore. I looked under the car and, surely enough, there was a slow but steady leak out of the drain bolt. Furthermore, it looked like an explosion had gone off in the heat blanket under the hood. The engine was running incredibly hot because of the friction of having low oil, and so the heat blanket was torched. I knew it was too late to attempt to have this fixed by Emich even though they were the last ones to touch my oil, so I tightened the bolt myself. I quickly tried to top off the car with some oil and assumed things would go back to normal, but I was wrong. Over the past month, the rattling noise has gotten worse, and my car has shut off multiple times in different situations. Once, while I was crossing an active railroad track, and once in the middle of an intersection. I know that it is too late to get any type of payback for what Emich did to my car, but I just have one message for anybody who is considering bringing their car here: If you love your car, don't take the chance with this dealership. I have been forced to watch not only them crash my car, but the slow decline of my car over the past month and I never know when it will be the last drive I get out of it. If it is at all possible, do the maintenance yourself. The service reps may be friendly and inviting, but the mechanics seem to have little pride in their work.

Honestly, worth my drive from Aurora. They are always quick to get things done. This Emich versus the one in Denver. I will say over and over again worth the drive. Travis always communicates if there is any delays or fixes any issues if there is any! Keep the Great work! We need customer service like this!

I made an appointment for a recall part replacement at the Denver location by mistake. I arrived without an appointment and the team (Travis) made it possible to do the replacement right away. The complimentary shuttle took me back to work while repairs were completed and picked me up when finished. They (Travis) also made the oil change I needed happen as well! Extremely satisfied and impressed with the service.

Travis is the best. He responds quickly and guided me through the process. Spanish is my first language, and he was very helpful. By the way, get a good repellent for your car so you don’t have to pay hundreds of dollars for damaged wires.

I never thought I’d say this, but after my recent experiences, I’ve completely lost trust in Volkswagen and this service center. In July, I paid around $2,000 to have the water pump replaced on my Tiguan. At the same time, I had them install a fuel injection harness that I had already purchased from a certified VW dealer. Since they were already removing the intake manifold for the water pump, I was shocked to be charged $400 for what amounted to a few extra minutes of labor. They eventually reduced it by $100, but the charge still felt excessive. About three months later, my coolant light came on. Given the recent repair and my financial situation (I had taken out a loan for the work), I assumed it was unrelated and topped off the coolant. The issue kept returning, and by February the leak became severe enough that the car would no longer hold coolant. When I brought the vehicle back in, I was told the water pump they installed was leaking — but because I had exceeded the 12,000-mile warranty limit, they would not cover the repair, even though it had only been about six months. I was never verbally told about the warranty because if I was I would have brought it in immediately, assuming they probably screwed something up, again. After speaking with the General Manager, Wade, I was told labor coverage was at the shop’s discretion. I was made to feel like they would take care of me. Gaslight, 101. The final offer was a $300 discount, which does little to help given the circumstances. A major component like a water pump should not fail this quickly. Being just six months removed from the repair, this feels like a quality issue, or an installation issue, not normal wear. To make matters worse, I was told that if another shop could prove the original installation was done incorrectly, they might reimburse me — placing the burden and additional cost on me. To admit that they possibly did something wrong only to still not honor their work is so far away what customer service should actually be. This experience is especially frustrating given prior visits at this location where my turbo and CV axle were misdiagnosed, costing me thousands more in unnecessary repairs. I chose this location for convenience and hoped for better results, but instead I’ve been left without a vehicle and feeling like my concerns don’t matter. Loyal Volkswagen customers deserve accountability, quality workmanship, and fair treatment. At this point, I cannot recommend this service center, and experiences like this are why long-time VW owners are losing confidence.

Carlos as usual was extremely helpful and he enlisted his Service Manager to facilitate my warranty repair. They both went over and above in giving me and my car their best. Not only that, they brought my dog, my ( Landseer Newfoundland ) a bowl of water.

I purchased a used Tiguan at Emich and have had it serviced twice for issues. I cannot say enough good things about the service team. They are communicative, send great videos explaining what they have investigated and found, have a great technology platform to approve or deny work, and have gone above and beyond to shuttle or Uber me to my office. I'm a satisfied customer.

Emich has always taken great care of my 21’ Tiguan. Alvaro is very personable, professional, and communicates in a very timely manner. I appreciate his ability to assist me with short notice issues, and always makes sure I have an alternative ride. Their lady shuttle driver is also always nice and provides a safe and comfortable commute when possible. The service team provides warm and welcoming smiles every time I have gone in.

Drew and Doug were great to deal with. The entire process was painless and I didn’t waste hours of my life at the dealership waiting. Drew explained all the features of the vehicle and Doug went through all of my finance options and helped me understand. Love the vehicle and the service provided.
