The service department is not helpful and does not have great customer service. No one greets you when you pull up. I was told that it would take two hours for my accessories to be installed and we spent close to three hours waiting with no update. When asking for an update, the team was unfriendly. They do not have a problem wasting your time. I expect more for as much as we spent service on the accessories. As a new Toyota Owner, I will go elsewhere for service.

These guys were amazing to work with. The salesman Zach took time to sit down with me to go over everything i was looking for. He even went the extra mile to showed me his own personal truck to let me get a better idea of what i could expect. Just an overall awesome experience. To the point that im scheduling my 30k annual service with them. So far the service department has been just as great to deal with. I’ll definitely be recommending these guys to any of my family or friends looking for a new or used Toyota.

On a $99 winter tire mount they forced an extra $15 charge for shop supplies. The work order I signed said up to 10% was a possible shop supply fee and implied that it was based on the actual consumption of materials during the work. $15 is more than 10% and in no way shape or form do you use $15 in materials to mount and balance a tire. Even if they did, their own contract says they can only do 9.99 as the 10% charge. It’s not worth being disrespectful to the kind people running the desk who don’t make the decisions to nickel and dime for slimy fees, but it’s not good business. Would recommend using anyone else in Boulder. The Big O tires on 30th was great for me last year, I’ll probably go there again in the spring.

Urgent: Buyers beware of down payment scam I recently encountered an issue after attempting to purchase a vehicle. As I was walking away from the deal, the salesman introduced his sales manager to convince me to proceed. They promised to fix a few issues with the vehicle and assured me that my deposit would be fully refundable if I decided not to move forward. They even had me sign a deposit document quickly, focusing on the word “refundable” to keep my focus on that assurance. Despite this, I have been unable to reach the sales manager, Mark. I’ve left multiple voicemails and have yet to receive a response. It seems everyone else at the dealership answers, except Mark and the salesman, who were both involved in the sale. I’m reaching out for immediate assistance in getting my deposit refunded and processed. I expect prompt action and communication to resolve this matter as soon as possible. Please contact me directly to resolve this issue. I will update this review once I hear back from the dealership.

I will NEVER come back to this service location. They’ve always done a sloppy job communicating and giving you a REALISTIC estimate of what truly needs to be done on your car. But the final drop for me happened today. They offer a complimentary shuttle service within the 15-mile range when your car is at the shop. Sounds great, doesn’t it? They say, the shuttle driver will take you on within 15-20 min. Sounds reasonable. I asked to be driven to Pearl Str Mall which is 8min away from the shop. On my way out of the shop, I had to wait for 30 minutes to be taken. Not bad, still fine. On the way back to the shop, I waited to be picked up for 90 MINUTES and they still never showed up! I called the service team twice, and they told me “We only have one driver today, and it’s busy”. Of course it’s busy, it’s a day before Christmas. So, why would you have only one driver on a day like that? I waited some more, standing outside in cold this whole time. There was still no confirmation that someone was sent to pick me up, so I just gave up and called an Uber.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Seriously, the WORST. Boulder is sadly captive of this poorly managed monopoly. A 1 hour job (oil change and reset the check engine light) takes 3 hours although I made an appointment. The light keeps turning on (although a new car) and I have to bring it here to reset it. This business is exactly why dealers get a bad reputation. Go elsewhere, drive to Denver to purchase and service your Toyota, I sure as heck wish I had!

I just spent over two hours at Corwin Toyota for a simple oil change—an hour and 15 minutes longer than necessary—all because your team texted my husband (also a working parent), not me, when the car was ready. Let’s be clear: *I checked in myself. *I confirmed my phone number. *I was sent a text link to monitor service progress—which I used diligently. *I sat in your waiting area with my 8-year-old, trying to work. *I was told the car was in “final touches” for over an hour via the link they told me to use. Not once did I get an update. Not once did anyone walk an additional five feet to let me know my vehicle was ready. And when I finally asked? I was told by the rep “helping” me that he didn’t know why I wasn’t notified and would “have to ask a supervisor.” Turns out everything on this vehicle is “in my husband’s name” despite me being on the title. It’s 2025. Why is my gender still the default excuse for making me invisible in your system? Why was my time so disposable that I sat there over an hour after my car was ready? This wasn’t just a communication failure. This was a complete disregard for me as a customer and a human being. I’m not interested in your token “free car wash.” I’m interested in accountability and actual change. Do better. Just don't do business with Corwin Toyota service or sales. Concerning the service department, they will try to gaslight you into thinking your problems are real and charge you $250/hr for basic labor that does nothing

What was the point of me making an appointment? I had an appointment for 1pm, showed up on time, and by 2:50pm the online status showed that it hadn't even been inspected. At that point, I talked to the service rep and asked what the estimate was. She told me they weren't sure if they'd be done by 4pm when I had to leave for work, so I asked for my car back and left after waiting two hours without actually getting the maintenance done. The representatives were all friendly, but the overall experience was very frustrating. I was told that if I wanted to be out within 1-1.5h of my appointment time, I should book an appointment at 7am. If you know you can't keep appointment times except for first thing in the morning, maybe you should change your scheduling strategy. I will be finding another place to get maintenance done.

I just had my car in for service. I was told that the air filters needed to be replaced, the alignment done and tires balanced. When replacing the cabin filter, I was charged for a freshener that I did not request, and wouldn't have accepted as I am sensitive to scents. I called to see what can be done to eliminate scent, as it is causing headaches. Nothing can be done, I just have to wait for it to eventually dissipate. No offer to refund for inconvenience or the upcharge for the scent. Also, tire balance was recommended based on mileage rather than actual need. When I informed them that they were new tires they stated they would just monitor instead. I want other customers to be wary of service here.
