I have known Tom and used his auto repair service (Rapp’s Repair) for more than 25 years — and the results have always been outstanding — without exception. Tom is really good at what he does: he is not only a superb auto technician (being probably the best systems-thinker on cars that I have met in Boulder during my 40 years here)— he is also a great people-person. He is one of those unusual mechanics who can actually educate people about their cars as well as fix them— and seems to enjoy doing all this.
