Our experience with this service department has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. We took our Jeep in for repairs, and the vehicle ended up staying there for an entire month. At the beginning, they did not offer a rental because they “didn’t know how long the repair would take.” My husband handled most of the communication, but the few times I called, I felt dismissed, ignored, or spoken to with sarcastic responses—such as, “That’s why we gave you a rental car,” even though the rental was only offered after our Jeep had already been there for three weeks with no clear explanation for the delay. When we finally got the car back, within a day or two new issues appeared: a burning smell and a major leak. We returned it, and although they did assume responsibility and agreed to repair it again without charging us, the results were still unacceptable. After the second repair, the same issues continued. Once more, they kept the vehicle, repaired it, and returned it to us—yet the Jeep continues to show problems and is leaking again. So now, after three attempts, we are still dealing with unresolved issues. We have spent money on the original repair, on transportation during the long delays, and we have had to cancel daily activities due to not having a reliable vehicle. More importantly, we have been driving in fear, hoping the car was safe after each repair—only to discover that it was not. At this point, this situation is not just inconvenient—it is dangerous. Our safety and our family’s safety are directly involved. Releasing a vehicle multiple times with ongoing mechanical failures is unacceptable, and it raises serious liability concerns. A situation like this could easily justify a legal action or lawsuit, especially if the repeated negligence results in an accident or further damages. The first repair tested our patience. The second repair tested our good faith. The third repair is completely unacceptable. Even though they did assume responsibility and did not charge us again, the repeated failure to properly fix our vehicle has forced us to seek another repair shop—meaning we will now have to pay again for a repair that should have been done correctly the first time. This entire experience has cost us time, money, inconvenience, and peace of mind.

Gavin squeezed in an oil change, filter replacements, and tire rotation on short notice with a friendly manner. We were heading out for a mountain trip in our Gladiator and realized at the last minute we were due for maintenance. We love the friendly and honest service at Fowler of Boulder and we are happy to drive there from Denver.

I purchased a 2024 Wrangler from them last year. The drop in oil changes have been great. I had a warranty issue with the rear seat cover, which was quickly resolved. I now have another warranty issue with an O2 sensor alert, which has been difficult to schedule. I am disappointed at the lack of communication. I did not receive any notice(email or text) of my first two appointments. I had to skip the first appointment since I did not get back in town in time.. For my second appointment, I must have put the wrong date in my calendar, since when I showed up, the appointment was for the following week, when I wasn't available. My last two cars were with GM, and they had much better communications with alerts, appointment reminders, and such. Maybe I'm not signed up, but when I ask at the dealership, they don't give me much advice.

Avoid This Service Dept. / Dealership — Not Worth the Hassle Bottom line: poor communication, long delays, staffing issues, and a lack of confidence in the service team. There are far better options—save yourself the time, frustration, and risk and go somewhere else. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership for service. From start to finish, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Their phone system simply doesn’t work. I spent over a week trying to get a service appointment—calling repeatedly, leaving messages that were never returned, reaching out to sales, and even contacting a manager. No follow-up. No accountability. When I finally showed up in person, it took over 30 minutes just to attempt to check my vehicle in. I was told to “bear with them” because they can’t hire enough people, but by that point my oil change should have already been completed based on the quoted 45–60 minute window. Instead, nothing had even started. The service bay itself was chaotic—multiple customers waiting, wrong parts ordered, people standing around with no clear direction. It honestly looked like there’s been significant turnover for a long time, and the technicians working on vehicles appeared extremely inexperienced. That alone made me uncomfortable trusting them with my car. I ultimately left without service and went elsewhere, where I was taken immediately, paid significantly less, and had the work done quickly and professionally.

We thought we had a great deal and a great experience, but it was not. Was sold a premium vehicle and we understand buyer beware but if there were not covered up my mechanic says it was boarder line. He thinks it was covered up though. A couple months later I have about $4,000 in work that was needed. Including an oil leak that the mechanic said had a band-aid, bad shocks, and a bad battery. Definitely took the shine off and I will go from recommending to telling people to avoid this place

Be very careful when purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. I purchased a truck 9/3/2025. It took almost 5 month to register it. They were full of excuses. Now today I’m finding out that the contracts I purchased (windshield, extended warranty and gap) were never purchased by this dealership. I called the number on the contract and insurance company doesn’t have any record of me purchasing any contracts. Spent my over 5k in contracts. I keep getting the run around from them. Please think twice before buying here. SCAMMERS!! I highly recommend you double check to make sure any contracts you purchased at this dealership are actually valid. I still can’t get any answers from the GM Phill Piefer hasn’t responded.

This was the best service experience I’ve ever had with my Jeep Wrangler. Gavin was great—he checked in my Jeep promptly at our scheduled appointment and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The Jeep was in for a recall and a check engine light, and I also had a brake line flush done. Everything was diagnosed, repaired, and completed the same day. I had a great experience today at Fowler Jeep in Boulder. I stopped in around 4 PM looking to order a touch-up paint pen, and Brittany was fantastic to work with. When I mentioned that I was really hoping to have the paint pen by tomorrow, she went out of her way to check availability at other dealerships and found one for me. She even offered to pick it up on her way to work so I could have it in time, which was truly above and beyond. The service department here is top-notch. After being told by a few other Jeep dealerships near Denver that they were backed up on service work and would need to hold my vehicle for 1-2 weeks, I started calling around to other dealerships and jeep repair shops. Fowler parts department and service team are great. Their prices are pretty competitive for large repairs. They helped me order my necessary parts and didn’t try to upsell me anything. Their waiting area is also very nice. I’ve been to a few of the dealerships around the Denver metro area and Fowler’s waiting area is top-tier compared to other Jeep Service waiting areas. It was clean, had coffee, snacks, and overall had a pleasant feel. I was also able to get my jeep fixed in one day, right before the new year! I am now going to use them for all my Jeep services.
