Awesome shop with awesome employees who are extremely knowledgeable on what they do. Ryan was a big help with a lot of insight into the work done on my Audi, happy to have the service in his hands. Definitely will be bringing my car here for future service.

Unfortunately I have to say my recent visit with SimplyEuro has been incredibly disappointing with an end result of my wife, dog , and I being stranded on a road trip and spending thousands of dollars on rental car, towing, and van repair. I brought my van in to repair a glow plug that blew out of the engine. They called me the next day saying that it was "repaired" and that the threads were excellent and that the glow plug threaded in fine meaning no repair was actually needed. This seemed odd since the glow plug did not thread back in when I tried before bringing it to their shop. They charged me a bit over 300 dollars to do this "repair". When I inspected the work the next day I found that they failed to tighten any of the bolts on the engine valve cover and felt that it was a very disappointing sign of their professionalism(pictured in review). Roughly 1200 miles into our roadtrip about a week later the glow plug blew out of the engine again. I called SimplyEuro and they told me to get a tow to a specific shop because they were part of the same warranty system. A $450 tow later revealed that there were in fact no threads where the glow plug would thread into. Then when calling SimplyEuro to set up the warranty work through this other shop they decided that there is no warranty because I declined to buy new parts from them in the repair(even though they claimed everything was fine with the van so I don't understand what new parts I would have purchased and what those new parts would have achieved). Frustrating to say the least. So now we are stranded across the country from a break down that would have been avoided if SimplyEuro fixed the problem I brought the van in for in the first place. It appears as though someone at SimplyEuro cross threaded or otherwise forced this glow plug into the engine in a way that it held for a short time. Luckily the shop that it is at now is going to properly fix it (a fairly easy and "cheap" fix) but has now ended up costing roughly 2000$ because of negligence or ineptitude. The only thing I will say in support of SimplyEuro in this transaction is that they did refund the 300+ dollars I spent at their shop. It seems as though they are a great shop with great reviews but unfortunately I would have loved for them to have properly diagnosed and properly fixed this issue instead of claiming they did and then telling me to take my van to a very specific shop for warranty work only to decline it once it was towed their at my expense. I originally gave simplyeuro a one star review but have changed that after speaking with them and getting some compensation for my situation. They did offer to help with roughly 1/2 of the total cost to us which was very helpful. Unfortunately the trip was a huge pain rather than a delightful visit to family and every shop I’ve spoken with since has expressed that a glow plug ejecting itself from the engine will absolutely do it again in a matter of time. Another disclaimer is that, if simplyeuro would have installed a new glow plug the entire repair would have been under warranty but they used an old glow plug they had in the shop instead. A new plug plug would have blown out just the same but at least the repair would have been under warranty. Another great lesson to always research your vehicle repair needs as much as possible before bringing to any shop to hopefully get the best results possible.

This team is great man, they are more than willing to help anyone who comes through the door, more than accommodating and just great energy throughout the whole place. Jonah is a super great dude, keeps it real on prices and what they are working on. When I went in they brought me to the back to show me what exactly was wrong and worked with me on pricing and what to prioritize.

Hands down the best automotive shop in Boulder if not Colorado! They have an amazing team of professionals and are amazing to work with. Service and repairs are also top class. They are very welcoming and provided pick up and delivery of my vehicle. That is some amazing service. This level of service is very hard to find these days. You must give SimplyEuro a try for your next maintenance service. Thank you SimplyEuro!

We had the most positive experience with SimplyEuro, we brought our Audi Q5 in to be repaired. They did a full diagnostic and found what needed to be fixed and to my surprise Audi dealership wanted way more money then they charged me. I will now be bringing all of our cars to them. Joseph who helped us was amazing even offered us a rental car we didn't need it but even offering it to us goes way above my expectations. Thank you to the wonderful mechanic who worked on our car now runs even better then before.

I came to this car repair for my pop up engine light that I already fix it before from meineke. This car repair shop fix and no problem. 10 stars.. never go to meineke they didn’t fix properly and again you have to come back.. it’s not about money it’s about loyal. If you have loyal customers come back all the times in future problems.

Simply Euro was recommended to me after I was trying to get a third opinion on my Subaru after getting conflicting info from the dealership and another independent shop. Yes, SimplyEuro does service Subarus! They gave me a free consultation, walked me through various findings including when the car was on a hoist and did the needed services at reasonable costs. Everyone was super friendly and polite and given the recommendation from my friend and that they didn’t push me into not-yet-needed services I believe they are honest.

I had my Audi Q7 in for an oil change and transmission service. They had trouble getting the transmission filter from the dealer and the car wasn't going to be done as promised. They supplied me with a loaner at their expense and the car was delivered the next working day at a fair price and quality work. Thank You

Took my Audi s4 to Simplyeuro for a timing cover replacement. Great experience working with service advisor/mgr Joseph and tech Christian. Was provided updates along with photos throughout the process and was given a great price compared to other local euro shops. Will definitely be using for all future services

Not a lot of German auto shops actually work on AMGs, even when they say they do over the phone. I’ve had a few bad experiences taking my car to the wrong places, but ever since I started coming to Simply Euro, they’ve been amazing. Super knowledgeable, honest, and they actually know these cars.

It's challenging to find a knowledgeable, trustworthy and competent mechanic to work on German cars. The old adage is that when it comes to service, quality or price (value), you can only have 2 of 3. But Simply Euro is breaking the mold. They identified and fixed a worn motor mount issue on my Audi Q5, and have been great with preventative maintenance on a Porsche Cayenne. They're trustworthy - great about only doing what's necessary and have pulled up a CarFax to check maintenance history and make sure we're only changing fluids that are actually due. Top that off with great service from service managers like Joseph, and you have a winning combination. They've even offered to call me a Lyft when I needed to drop my car off and get to work. Save yourself some $$$ and avoid the Audi/BMW/VW/Porsche dealers. P.S. These guys give back to the local community too - they do a great promo every December where they offer a free oil change for donating a toy and have donated thousands of toys to kids in need.

I brought my SUV in for some routine maintenance that was due. I asked prior to the appointment if I could wait there for my car. They said yes, and I was impressed that they completed the service in less than one hour. When I have brought in my car to the car dealership (which is a 30 minute drive each way), they would take 2.5-3 hours for just an oil change. Simply Euro/Auto clearly has sufficient technicians to ensure quality and fast service.

Took my Audi S8 Plus to Simply Euro for an oil change and brake fluid flush. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! The front desk was super professional, the shop did great work, and the pricing was fair. Lobby was clean and comfortable while I waited. Honest mechanics, great service — 10/10 recommend. I’ll be back!

Excellent customer service, fair price, and had my car back quickly. I was very pleased with the quote for the amount of work needed on my old lady (2015 ML 350) but SimplyEuro lived up to the great reviews I read. I wanted to make sure the old lady would be well taken care of and she was, even running better than before. I feel like I can trust them, they communicated easily through text and in person too. I will definitely be using them as my only car care shop from now on.
