He patiently explained each thing they needed to do and why, and his shop took the time to get both the estimate for my insurance and the actual work right. I hope I don’t need their help again, but if I do, these are the guys!

I had a small amount of fender and bumper damage on my 9 yo Subaru. We drive our cars until they die so I don't care too much about dings and scrapes but I wanted the fender fixed and was hoping to give the car a mid-life facelift. Michael the owner gave a very fair estimate on the primary damage and quoted on some other bumper and door scrapes. He also recommended polishing the fogged up headlight covers. All work was done well and at a great price. The headlamp covers look like new and that really makes it look like a much younger car. Now I'm psyched to drive it for another 100K miles!

Called about a creased dent, sent him pictures. Owner looked at the pictures and told me to go to a body shop! I was hell bent on paint-less dent service. I hired him to do his best anyway and he over delivered. He removed 99% of a dent he recommended I should hire another company to replace my entire door. I’m so happy. Highly recommend. I had a dent at the bottom of my door and a plastic trim that was on backorder for 6 weeks. I thought they wouldn't be able to get it out and fix it, but they not only did that, they were able to salvage the old plastic trim so my car could have the bottom of the door covered until the part came from the manufacturer. They went above and beyond the service requested. I thought they would charge me extra but they kept to the estimate / quote which was very honest. I hope I don't have another dent in with a pole...but if I do...they will be my first call and stop!

They’re awesome! Thanks to the good folks Michael and Peter at Dents By Hand, I was able to bring in my recently purchased car since a part of my grille flew off during windy conditions coming back from a road trip a couple of days ago. Fortunately it didn’t crack my windshield. Michael and Peter were definitely open to take a look at my car after I called. Google maps showed me their shop was en route while I was on the way to an acupuncture appointment a couple of hours later and luckily their shop was the first I saw (with so many happy customers before.) They treated the repair with great care and they were very helpful and kind and it was a relief since this car is new to me. Quality work and sincere folks that love cars.. Glad I brought it to these pros! Will definitely go to them be for dents/etc again

Top notch customer service. Michael was super helpful and kind, I really appreciate his knowledge and expertise. Not many people know this, but they also work on and are very familiar with motorcycle gas tanks, which can be even more difficult to repair. I was recommended to Dents by Hand by my insurance adjuster. This was the first time I had to do a claim on my insurance and of course I was nervous. My SUV had bad hail damage from a freak hailstorm in the Blackhawk area. I've been here for 5 years and this was the first time experiencing something like that. Michael and his team did an amazing job. Hand down will definitely recommend to anyone. They were very nice and professional and guided me the whole way. Time I picked up my SUV it looked brand new.
